In Paris, Sheridan is telling herself how she can't wait to see Jean-Luc's country home, and she can't wait to become his wife. She thinks she has finally met a man she can trust, a man who isn't after the Crane money and power. Meanwhile, Jean-Luc meets with Roger (thought his name was OJ last week) and Jean-Luc gives Roger his money, and tells him to go. Roger wonders if he mentioned him to his fiancee, but Jean-Luc says that nobody knows about their association. As Roger is leaving, Sheridan shows up and later wants to know who his friend is. Jean-Luc tells her not to worry, they won't see them again. Meanwhile, Roger tells his goon that both Jean-Luc and Sheridan must die tonight. Back in his apartment, Jean-Luc tries to convince Sheridan to elope, and she likes the idea. As they leave, Roger tells his goon to kill them tonight.

Back at the restaurant, Mimi gets out of the closet and grills the waiter as to where Jean-Luc and Sheridan were going. The waiter says Jean-Luc mentioned a country house, and Mimi knows exactly where that is. Mimi says Sheridan and Jean- Luc are in for a big surprise.

Sheridan and Jean-Luc arrive at Jean-Luc's country house, and Sheridan thinks its the most romantic place she's ever been. Sheridan says she'd love to live here, she hates living in the Crane mansion because there is no love there. Sheridan can't believe they are getting married tomorrow, and Jean-Luc says nothing on earth could stop them. Jean-Luc apologizes for not being able to take a big honeymoon, and Sheridan asks if she is interfering with his work? Jean-Luc says his business has been finished up. Meanwhile, Roger's goon follows Jean-Luc and Sheridan to the country and plans to kill them. Later, Sheridan gets a tour of the house, and sees a plaque which says "Even a good marriage will shipwreck on deceit." Sheridan says that is the truth. Sheridan shows Jean-Luc a picture of her with some children, and she says they are orphans she sends money too. After making love, Jean-Luc and Sheridan discuss a family, and Sheridan wants to adopt children. Jean-Luc says that raising children is going to be expensive. Sheridan says that won't be a problem, when she marries she comes into the possession of an enormous trust fund. Sheridan then tells Jean-Luc about a fantasy of hers, she wants to give her fortune away to people who really need the money. They then talk about Diana a little more, and how her death was a tragedy. Sheridan tells Jean-Luc that she doesn't want to go to sleep tonight because if she can make it through this night, she will live to be one hundred.

Mimi races to the country house in her car with a surprise for Jean-Luc and Sheridan. She eventually arrives and says Jean-Luc and his fiance are in for a surprise. At the same time, Roger's goon works on a bomb!

In Harmony at the carnival, TC, Eve, Sam, and Grace discuss the fortune teller. TC is troubled to learn that Eve also saw the fortune teller and wants to know what she said? Eve tells TC that she didn't say much, just silly things. Eve says she didn't like her much. Grace says she didn't give this fortune teller permission to set up her tent, and she wants to talk to this woman. Sam says he will go along with her, but TC and Eve don't want to go back. As they walk, Sam talks to Grace about the idea of her having a twin sister. Grace says it may be silly, and she doesn't want to be disappointed again. As they talk about the fortune teller, Sam and Grace say they've never seen TC and Eve so upset. They run into Whitney and ask her about the fortune teller? Whitney tells them to forget about it, she has. Grace asks Whitney what she said to her? Whitney tells them that she doesn't remember. Grace says it sounds like she upset her. Whitney says it is all silly, she never bought into it, but that woman was evil. After Whitney leaves, Grace comments that she wishes this fortune teller could look into the future so she could tell her if she'd ever find her family.

At the tent, Charity asks Tabitha to tell her fortune. Tabitha says they are closed. Suddenly, green smoke emits from the crystal ball and a green light flashes throughout the tent. Faith becomes frightened, Charity thinks its just a neat show, and Timmy asks Tabitha what is going on? Tabitha doesn't know, and that is why she is frightened. Timmy thinks Faith is Grace, but Tabitha says she's not Grace. As the lights continue to flash and things fly around the room, Tabitha cries out "Oh what a world!" Charity asks Tabitha how she is doing this? Faith wants to leave, as does Tabitha. Tabitha tries to leave, but ends up levitating. Charity gets a kick out of it, and is even more impressed when the fortune tellers doll begins to kick and scream.

Elsewhere, Theresa tells Miguel that she is going to marry Ethan and live in the big house on the hill. Suddenly, Theresa spots Ethan gets down on one knee and propose to Gwen. Miguel tells Theresa that they should leave, there is nothing she can do now. Theresa screams out "Nooooo!" Miguel tells Theresa not to do this to herself, no guy is worth it. Gwen doesn't get a chance to answer Ethan because of Theresa's scream, and they both run off to see if they can help whoever screamed. Meanwhile, Theresa tells Miguel that the fortune teller told her that she was supposed to marry Ethan. Miguel tells Theresa that she can't base her life on a some fortune teller, and they should get out of here. Elsewhere, Whitney hears Theresa scream and decides to find her and see what is wrong.

Theresa says she is through with boys and is going to join a convent. Miguel and Whitney make fun of that idea to try and cheer her up, but she tells them that they are being mean. Whitney asks what made her get her hopes up about marrying Ethan again? Theresa admits that she went back to the fortune teller. Whitney can't believe her and tells her that thefortune teller is no good!

Gwen and Ethan end up in a park and decide to pick up where they left off. Ethan gets back down on his knee and asks Gwen to marry him. A tear rolls down Gwen's cheek, and Ethan asks her what is wrong, doesn't she love him, has he blown it by waiting too long? Gwen says she still loves him. Jessica then goes to see her sister and tortures her some more over Miguel's mysterious girlfriend. Later, Kay asks Theresa for some help with the contest tomorrow. Theresa doesn't know if she's going, and Kay says she could have used her help. After talking to Whitney, Theresa decides to go to the carnival to keep her mind off of Ethan.

At the Crane mansion, Ivy aims her gun at Julian and fires. Downstairs, Luis breaks in and makes his way up the stairs. The maid tells Ivy that she killed her husband! The maid begs her not to shoot her as well. Julian is fine and tells Ivy that she missed. Ivy says they were blanks, she wouldn't waist real bullets on him! Ivy tells Suzanne that she's fired, and if she repeats what happened here to anyone, she will come after her with real bullets! Julian puts on his robe and Ivy warns Julian that she is capable of murder if he pushes her. Suddenly, Luis storms into the room and says "no one move!" Luis wants to know what is going on, and Ethan and Gwen arrive. Ethan asks what is going on, and Luis says he's arresting Mr. and Mrs. Crane. Ivy says she can explain, they were listening to a very realistic radio program. Luis says he doesn't buy it, and Ethan tells his mom that this officer has something against the Cranes. Ivy challenges Luis to find the bullet holes or a victim? Luis says he's still taking them down to the station, but Julian, who has been on the phone, tells him that the mayor would like to speak to him! Luis talks to the mayor, who advises Luis leave the Cranes alone. Luis is steamed at the Cranes, but leaves. Ethan compliments his dad on his nice move. Ethan tells his parents that officer is Pilar's son. Julian says he doesn't care, he wants his badge. However, Ivy says no way, and tells him that having an officer fired would be bad publicity. Ethan says it is late, so he and Gwen will be going. Gwen leaves, and Ethan follows when he realizes his parents won't come clean about what happened here tonight. After he leaves, Julian asks Ivy if she is pleased with herself? Ivy says she doesn't care about the publicity, she is only concerned about Ethan. Ivy says that Ethan doesn't know what type of marriage they have, and she wants him to be happily married to Gwen. Julian asks why she is so concerned with Ethan and not the other children? Ivy says that is not true, it is just that Ethan is the oldest. Julian tells Ivy that this is all her fault, she hasn't slept with him in years, which is why he brought the maid into his bed! Ivy tells Julian that he is disgusting. Julian says she didn't used to think so, he still finds her beautiful, magnificent, and enticing. Julian tells Ivy that he wants her. Ivy pretends to play along, but then says "I'd rather die!" Ivy tells Julian that he knows why she doesn't come to his bed, they have a bargain. She says that she kept her part, he has his children. Julian tells Ivy that she has a cold heart and wouldn't know how to love anyone. Ivy leaves, looks at her locket, and says Julian is so wrong.

Downstairs, Gwen asks Ethan what is wrong? Ethan says nothing, and suggests they go get something to eat to take home. However, he doesn't know where they could go where he'd be safe from his stalker. Gwen jokes with him about it, but Ethan is dead set on finding this girl. As they drive to their destination, Ethan thinks he could use Pilar's son to find out who his stalker is.
