Elsewhere, Whitney tells Theresa that she should take the job at the Burger Hut to save money for college and help her family. Whitney tells Theresa to put her unrealistic dreams aside for both her and her family's sake. Luis shows up and tells Theresa that she's supposed to start work at the Burger Hut today. Theresa says she is going. Luis takes Theresa to her new job, and all her friends show up to make fun of her. They all bark out what they want, and Theresa tries to keep up. Later, Whitney tells Theresa that she is handling this job really well, she's proud of her. Theresa tells Whitney not to worry, she'll never meet a Crane in here. Theresa goes to the next table, and it's Ethan! Ethan asks her if he knows her from somewhere? He then realizes she is the girl who dumped paint on him at the carnival. He tells her that she's an accident waiting to happen, and he's out of here. She asks him not to go, and dumps a drink in his lap! Theresa can't believe what she did. She tells Whitney that her life is over, and wishes someone would shoot her. Whitney tells Ethan that Theresa is really sorry and would never purposely dump stuff on him. Theresa runs into the kitchen to get a pail of water, but inadvertently grabs barbecue sauce, which she also dumps on Ethan!
At the Bennett home, Sam is making Grace breakfast, but Grace thinks she should be the one making him breakfast. Tabitha shows up and has a present for Grace, she gives her the Timmy doll! Later, Eve and Sam talk about Grace's past. Sam says that he's tried to look for her past before, but always came up empty. Tabitha and Grace show up in the kitchen with Timmy. Grace says he'll make a perfect prize for her game at the carnival. Tabitha lets out a "no!" Tabitha says she made this doll for Grace, and she can make another doll for the carnival. Grace says there isn't time and she'll keep the next one she makes. Tabitha finally caves, and Grace and Tabitha decide to go to the carnival together. After Sam, Eve, and Grace leave, Timmy comes to life and says he's out of here, he's not going to be a carnival prize! Tabitha says she will think of something. Grace returns and tells Tabitha that her doll is so life like! She picks the doll up and they head out to the carnival.
At the Carnival, Grace puts Timmy on a stand as a prize for someone to win. Suddenly, Grace is hit with a weird vibe, and hears someone calling to her to save her. In a vision, Grace is running through the woods as someone calls to her for help. Eve tells her that her pulse is racing. Grace tells Eve that she feels like evil is after her. Eve wants Grace to go to the hospital, but Grace refuses. Grace promises Eve that she'll get some rest after the carnival, but Eve tells her that she's such a liar. However, she does promise Eve that she'll tell her if she feels bad again. Eve asks Grace what she meant by saying evil is after her? Grace says that she feels like her soul is in danger, which is what the little girl was warning her about.
Meanwhile, Timmy tells Tabitha that he wants to go home, but Tabitha says she has other problems to think about. Timmy asks Tabitha if she'll come back for him? Tabitha tells him to zip his lip and don't go anywhere.
Elsewhere, a Grace lookalike wakes up from her nightmare of running through the woods. She opens her drawer and pulls out a picture of herself and Grace together. She hugs the picture and says she misses Grace so much.
All the kids, minus Theresa and Whitney, return to the carnival. Miguel admits to Jessica that he thinks of her sister as a friend, and sometimes he forgets that she is a girl when he's playing ball with her.
Sam goes to work and researches Grace. He decides to post a message on the net about Grace. Luis shows up and tells Sam about his little sister's dreams about Ethan, and how freaked out he was when Ethan showed up at their doorstep last night. Sam says that family has caused pain for too many people. However, Sam tells him not to worry, the Cranes would never with the likes of them. Sam goes into a chat room on the net searching for info on Grace's past, but nobody responds. Sam says there has to be someone out there searching for Grace. Luis asks him how he knew her name was Grace when he found her? Sam says that he found a piece of paper in her pocket with the name Grace, everything else was burnt. He says that they assumed her name was Grace. Sam also admits that Grace maybe remembering her past, and it is scaring her.
In Paris, Sheridan and Gwen return to Sheridan's place and Gwen tells Ethan that his sister seems fine. Ethan asks her to keep an eye on Sheridan, and Gwen tells Ethan to get out and know the citizens of Harmony. Sheridan tells Gwen that she sure one her nephews heart, and she approves. Sheridan asks what this deal about mingling with citizens in Harmony is? Gwen tells her that she wants Ethan to get out and know the people in Harmony. Gwen and Sheridan go out to eat and Sheridan tells Gwen that Ethan is the only one in the family who loves her, and she lost her mother at a very young age. Sheridan says she remembers getting an urgent message to come home on her 21st birthday. She says she thought her family was going to give her a spectacular party, but all her father wanted was for her to sign some trust papers. They talk about true love, and Sheridan is positive that Jean-Luc is Mr. Right. Sheridan and Gwen make a pact, they will both be one another's maids of honors. Gwen doesn't know if Ethan will ever marry her, but Sheridan knows he will.
Elsewhere in Paris, Jean-Luc is getting ready to go see Sheridan. Mimi is jealous, but Jean-Luc says that Sheridan is very wealthy and he can use her in his business. Mimi asks why he won't tell her what her business is? Jean-Luc says be cause it is too dangerous, and she is not to ask him again. Mimi and Jean-Luc walk to the cafe, and Mimi warns Jean-Luc that he better not be fooling around with this Sheridan Crane behind her back. Jean-Luc goes to meet Sheridan, and the two kiss. Mimi sees them from a store window and is furious! She remembers Jean-Luc telling her that Sheridan was not prettier than her, in fact, he told her she was plain like a horse! Mimi calls Jean-Luc a lying bastard.
Ethan goes home to shower and gets a call from Sheridan, who is in bed and looking at Jean-Luc, who is sipping champagne. Sheridan tells Ethan that she is in love, and wants to know when he's going to marry Gwen. Ethan thinks Gwen has put her up to this, but Sheridan says Gwen has gone off somewhere. Jean-Luc has to run some errands and tells Sheridan goodbye. After he leaves, Sheridan tells Ethan that she is so involve with Jean-Luc, and she will not bring him home to meet her brother and father. Sheridan thinks that Jean-Luc loves her for who she is, not her name or family fortune.
Back in Harmony, Gwen shows up and surprises Ethan. Gwen tells him that he smells like barbecue sauce, and Ethan tells her that it is a long story. Ethan and Gwen make love, and Ethan asks her why she came back so soon? Gwen says that she and his aunt Sheridan had a long talk about love, and . . . . Gwen tells Ethan that she was afraid he might meet someone else while she was away, but Ethan tells her that he loves her and only her. Ethan tells her not to worry, the only girl he has met has been dumping stuff on him. He then tells Gwen that he thinks this girl is a stalker. They end up making love again, and talking about how they don't have any secrets from one another.
In Paris, Mimi confronts Jean-Luc and tells him that he is a liar and she hates him. JEan-Luc tells her that she doesn't mean that, and that Sheridan means nothing to him. He tells her that his interest in Sheridan is purely business. Later, Jean-Luc and Sheridan tour Paris. He surprises her with a romantic carriage ride. Mimi spies on them and says she doesn't trust Jean-Luc. Meanwhile, Jean-Luc tells Sheridan that he made a promise to God to spare her life and he would devote all his time to her. He asks her to be his wife, and produces a ring. As they kiss, Mimi watches with anger. Sheridan happily accepts, which Mimi overhears. Mimi decides that it is time Sheridan learn what type of man she wants to marry.
At Tabitha's house, Tabitha is dressed up in a gypsy get-up, which includes aging make-up to make her really look like a witch, and tells herself that the people of Harmony have no idea what they are in for today.
At the carnival, Timmy wonders where Tabitha is. Elsewhere, Grace is still remembering the little girls warnings. Grace asks Eve if she believes in angels? Eve says she believes in God, but she's not sure about angels. Grace tells her about the little girls warnings, and how she feels like she's only half a person, and the other half is somewhere waiting for her. Grace leaves go to work at the jellybean guessing boot, and Eve tells TC that she's scared for Grace. A little girl sees Timmy and decides to make a guess as to how many beans are in the jar. Timmy tells himself that he refuses to go home with that little girl. Tabitha shows up at the carnival in her gypsy outfit and talks to Timmy. Timmy asks her if this is her plan to rescue him, dressing up like a gypsy? Tabitha tells him that she's a fortune teller. Timmy says whatever and asks her to rescue him because he is no prize. Tabitha tells him "you can say that again!" Tabitha tells him that she'll come back for him later because she has more important things to do. Tabitha takes of and Timmy says he is not happy. The little girl returns to try and win Timmy. She keeps guessing, but keeps getting it wrong. When Grace sees how down the little girl is, she caves and tells her that she guessed correctly, and gives her Timmy! The little girl is excited and says she won't even let her twin play with him. The remark about having a twin sister makes Grace become depressed and distant.
Kay and Simone are on the ferris wheel gossiping about Miguel and boys in general. Kay tells Simone that she is going to lose her virginity to Miguel this summer. Simone asks her if she wants to be a slut just like another girl who she is trying to be like? Kay says she won't be a slut if she sleeps with the boy she loves. Kay and Simone find Jessica, who tries to blackmail Kay into giving her her beeper. As Jessica makes fun of her sisters "I must increase my bust" exercises, Miguel shows up and asks Jessica what she is doing? Jessica tells him that she saw a girl doing this to build up her chest to catch a guy. Miguel says that is weird, and asks Kay for her opinion. Miguel asks her is people really do that? Jessica says someone does, someone he knows very well. Suddenly, Miguel sees the smoke and realizes the Burger Hut is on fire!
Everyone races to the Burger Hut and Theresa tells Eve that her whole life is going up in smoke before her eyes! TC races inside to try and help, despite Eve's insistence that he not. They manage to put it out and the only real damage is from the smoke. Luis shows up and learns that Theresa started the fire, and that she has been fired. Luis drags Theresa back to the carnival and tells her that the only place in town that is still hiring is the cannery. Theresa begs him not to make her work there, but Luis says she has no choice and he will speak to the foreman later. Theresa then spots Tabitha's fortune telling booth and decides to give it a try. Tabitha tells them that she has so much to tell them about love and their futures, and when they aren't listening she says "and murder!"
The mysterious Grace lookalike checks a missing persons chatroom on the net and sees Sam's message. She wonders if Sam's Grace could be hers? She responds to him telling that she has a missing a Grace who has been gone for twenty years. At the station, Sam is about to leave, but realizes that someone has answered his message. Sam responds and identifies his Grace as two moles, and the lookalike asks if they are on her left shoulder? Sam is thrilled and thinks he has solved the mystery of Grace's past. Sam asks her what her name is, where she lives, he has to meet her. The lookalike is about to answer, but realize it could be the people she is hiding from. She wonders if she should take the risk. Sam swears to her that she can trust him, but the lookalike leaves the chatroom. Sam goes to the carnival and tells TC and Eve about his breakthrough, and letdown regarding Grace's past.
The lookalike looks at a picture of herself and Grace and wonders if this person on the net is her or "them," who are still out to hurt them. She tells herself that she has to be on guard from now on. As she is about to respond to Sam's last message, she hears something and thinks "they" have found her.
At the Crane mansion, Ethan tells Gwen that maybe they can go to Paris to see Sheridan on their honeymoon. Gwen wonders if this is a proposal? Ethan says he will marry her, someday. Gwen wants to know what is keeping him from marrying her? Ethan says that he just needs time. Gwen tells him that sometimes she thinks that her dream of a wonderful future with him is just that, a dream. Ethan tells her that is nonsense, it will happen one day. Ethan then says that he's going to the carnival.
At the carnival, the little girl who won Timmy talks to Grace about her family. Grace admits to her that she doesn't know if she has a family. Meanwhile, Sam is with TC and Eve and they are watching Grace. Sam says that Grace had the same look on her face the day he found her that she does now. Sam approaches Grace and asks her what is wrong? Grace says the little girl mentioned she had a twin and it struck her hard. Grace tells her husband that she wonders if she has a family out there somewhere. Sam promises Grace that he'll keep searching as long as it takes to find out about her past. Later, TC tries to cheer Grace up and offers to listen if she needs someone to talk to. They talk about their pasts and TC admits that he wouldn't mind if his past was long forgotten.
The little girl drags Timmy around the carnival, and Timmy comes to life! Timmy manages to hit her arm so that her ice cream cone hits her in the face. Later, Timmy tells the little girl that if she thinks she's taking him home to meet her bimbo barbies, she should think again! The girl thinks Timmy is a doll who can talk, but he won't talk for her again. She says that he can't do anything, so he hits a stand and causes things to fall and break, and leaves the little girl looking like the culprit. The little girl realize Timmy is who is causing all these accidents. She tells him that she doesn't like him, and Timmy comes to life and tells her that he doesn't like her either! She throws Timmy off of the docks and runs. Timmy screams to Tabitha for help because he can't swim.
In Tabitha's fortune teller's tent, Theresa doesn't believe Tabitha is a real fortune teller, until Tabitha tells her that she knows about her spilling milkshakes and barbecue sauce on a young man. Theresa begins to believe Tabitha, who tells her that the young man is currently in bed with another woman. Theresa asks what type of fortune this is, it's all bad? They decide to leave, but Tabitha stops them and asks Whitney what love has to do with Tennis? Tabitha tells her that she could be in the next Olympics, if she keeps it up. Theresa says that nothing will get in the way of Whitney's dream. Tabitha says "not even a murder, death, a killer in her family?" Tabitha tells Whitney that her dad will commit murder if she continues to pursue this idea of becoming a Tennis champion. Theresa says this woman is full of it, she doesn't even know the name of the guy she spilled stuff on. Tabitha tells her that it is Ethan Crane! Tabitha tells Whitney that the murder doesn't have to happen, it is up to her. As they are about to leave, Tabitha tells Whitney that she knows her secret, the one she doesn't even tell her daddy. Whitney runs out, and Tabitha asks Theresa if she wants to hear more about Ethan? Theresa says she doesn't want to hear anything else from her nasty mouth, and then she leaves. Tabitha says they will be back. Suddenly, Tabitha thinks she hears Timmy, but says it must be the wind. Later, Timmy shows up soaking wet and Tabitha laughs at him. Timmy calls her an evil old witch, and Tabitha thanks him.
Theresa tells Whitney that the fortune teller was a phony, but Whitney says she was no phony, she is pure evil. TC ends up showing up and asks Whitney what has made her so upset? Theresa says that they were just at the fortune telling tent and she was a jerk. TC says there is no fortune telling tent this year. Theresa says there is and its over by the docks. TC says he will go deal with this fortune teller because nobody hurts his baby! Whitney freaks out and says she has to find her mother, maybe she can stop her dad before it's too late. TC shows up at Tabitha's tent, and TC tells her that he knows exactly who she is.
Meanwhile, Sam and Eve talk about TC. Eve tells Sam that she worries about TC sometimes because when he feels like his family is being threatened, he snaps and becomes a different person. Later, the little girl returns and tells Grace that it's almost time, she's coming. Grace shouts "your back!" and turns around, only to find Sam. Sam asks her who she thought was here? Grace tells him that she heard the little girl, and she says "she is on her way"
In Paris, Sheridan and Jean-luc are kissing as Mimi watches. She says this will be the last time Ms. Crane kisses Jean-Luc. Sheridan wants to plan their wedding for Septemnber, but Jean-Luc says he wants to marry her tomorrow. Suddenly, Mimi runs up behind the carriage, which they have gotten into, and yells at them to stop. Jean-Luc tells the driver to go, but Sheridan asks him to stop. The carriage drives on and later, Jean-Luc tells Sheridan that the woman following them was probably a reporter after photos of them together. Elsewhere, Mimi shows up at Jean-Luc's place and bangs on the door. She tells Jean-Luc to open up, she has something she needs to tell his rich American tramp. She uses her key and enters, but Jean-Luc is not there. Back at Sheridan's place, Jean-Luc steps out to get Sheridan her surprise and he forgets his phone. The phone rings, so Sheridan answers it, unaware that Mimi is on the other end! Jean-Luc returns with his surprise for Sheridan and Jean-Luc takes his phone. Mimi is furious with Jean-Luc and wants to tell Sheridan what type of man she is going to marry. Jean-Luc ends up hanging up on Mimi. Sheridan opens her gift, which is a ball gown. Jean-Luc wants her to wear it to the ball they are going to tonight. Back in Jean-Luc's apartment, Mimi trashes Jean-Luc's place and eventually finds an invitation to a ball. She realizes Jean-Luc is taking Sheridan there, so she plans her own little surprise for Sheridan.
Back in Harmony, Ethan and Gwen show up at the carnival, and Ethan wins Gwen a stuffed lion. Gwen gets a call from Sheridan, who tells her that she is going to marry Jean-Luc! Gwen says she is thrilled, and gives the phone to Ethan, who is equally as happy. Sheridan then tells Ethan not to disappoint Gwen, don't let her get away! Ethan tells his aunt that he won't. As they kiss, Theresa shows up and sees them together.
At the carnival, Simone tells Kay that Miguel won't fall in love with her because he thinks of her as a pal. Kay says that she has a plan to change his feelings. Whitney shows up and asks Simone where their mom is. Simone says she is around and asks why she is so upset? Whitney won't tell Simone, and storms off. Simone and Kay continue to talk about Miguel, and Kay says she is about to launch "Project Naked Men!" Kay doesn't want to talk about this in public because Jessica could be spying on them, and she is. In someplace she thinks is private, Kay tells Simone that she plans on having Miguel win a contest with a mystery date, who will be her! KAy tells Simone that they can't let Jessica find out about her plan, but she already knows. Kay and Simone find Luis and ask him to help with a contest tomorrow. He says he will, so they tell him to bring his bathing suit. Later, Kay spots Ethan and decides to ask him to be in the Mr. Harmony contest as well? Ethan says no, but Gwen talks him into it.
Sam talks with Eve and tells her that Grace's little girl showed up again and told her that someone is coming. Sam is positive this has something to do with her past. Eve asks where Grace is now? Sam says that he took her home to rest. Eve offers to check on her if he wants her to. Whitney shows up and tells her mom how her dad ran off after a fortune teller who upset her. Eve asks what the fortune teller told her to upset her? Whitney says it doesn't matter. Eve asks where the gypsy is? Whitney tells her it's down by the dock and she has to find him before something happens. Eve tells her to g enjoy the carnival, nothing bad will happen.
In Tabitha's tent, TC tells Tabitha that nobody hurts someone he loves, nobody! TC tells her that the carnival committee did not allow her to set up this tent, and he wants to know who she is. TC gets the feeling that something is not right here. Tabitha says she is only an honest woman trying to make a living. TC threatens to call the police. Tabitha offers to make him a deal, she'll give him a reading to prove she isn't a fake. Tabitha tells him that his father, who is dead, worked at the country club. She says that he thought his father was weak for saying "yes sir and no sir" to the white rich people in order to get tips. Tabitha says his father hated being a servant, but he did it for his wife and son! TC can't believe she knows this. Tabitha says that his dad died with a broken heart because of all the business with his leg. She says that all his dad's dreams ended when he (TC) broke his leg. TC says it wasn't his fault, and Tabitha says it was someone else. Tabitha says that this person is the reason his father died, and he could kill that person if he found them. TC says "yes, give me their name!" Tabitha tells him that he'll find out soon. TC tells her that he has no idea what games she's playing, but she better stay away from his family! TC leaves and Timmy comes out of hiding. Timmy thought TC was going to kill her! Timmy wants to know who the person TC is after, but she asks why she should tell him? Timmy says "because Timmy's a bad mo. . . ." Tabitha puts her hand over his mouth and says he's been watching those rap videos again! Tabitha whispers the name to Timmy, who runs and hides when Eve shows up. Tabitha says she has been waiting for her. Eve wants to know what she told her daughter that upset her so much. Tabitha says she only told her the truth, just like she told her husband. Tabitha says that her husband is an honorable man and loves the truth, but she has been lying to him! Tabitha tells Eve that she knows the truth about her, and if her husband, children, friends, and church knew what she knew, what would they think of her then? Eve tells her that she knows nothing, she plays on people's emotions and fears. Tabitha says she knows what she did years ago outside of town! Tabitha says she can prove she knows the secret and will tell her every horrible detail.
Sam finds TC, who is steamed. Sam says he hasn't seen that look on his face for a long time. TC tells Sam about the fortune teller and how much trouble she has been causing. Sam can't believe that he's falling for this psychic mumbo jumbo, but TC says that woman is pure evil and doesn't want anyone he cares about to go near that tent.
Luis talks to Miguel and tells him that Theresa was fired because of Ethan Crane. Miguel says it was an accident, but Luis says that she is obsessed with Ethan. Miguel tells Luis that Theresa said it was over, and he believes her. Luis says that Ethan would never hang out with the likes of them. He then says that he has a new job for Theresa, she's going to be cleaning fish at the cannery. He thinks that this closeness to reality will put an end to her fantasies.
Theresa sees Ethan kissing Gwen and she says that Gwen isn't the girl for her, she is! She says that she should be in his arms, and then fantasizes about Ethan falling in love with her. Miguel finds Theresa crying and he asks her why she tortures her over someone she can never have? Theresa wishes people would stop saying that, but Miguel's says they are from two different worlds. Theresa says she thought Ethan would fall in love with her once she saw her, but Miguel says there is no such thing as love at first site. Theresa tells him that he knows nothing about love, and that she could make Ethan happy. Miguel tells Theresa that she needs to forget about Ethan Crane. Whitney shows up and Theresa tells her that she knows she's lost Ethan forever. Whitney talks with Miguel about Theresa's new job. Whitney says she doesn't need to hear this today, so Miguel decides to talk to Luis to hold off telling her for a day. Unfortunately, Luis shows up and tells Theresa that she starts working at the cannery tonight! Theresa says she'll find another job, but Luis says this is the last place that is hiring. Luis tells her that she's doing this for her future. He gives her a kiss and runs. Theresa cries that she's going to be a fish woman, just like the women they used to make fun of on the bus. Theresa decides to take a walk and enjoy her last fish-free hours.
Ethan tells Sheridan that after he finishes the contracts for her father, they can go to Paris. Ethan wants to check out his Aunt's boyfriend to make sure he is right for her. Gwen tells Ethan that he is so sweet. Later they ride the carousel. Ethan tells Gwen that he's glad she talked him into coming here, he's having a good time. After Gwen convinces Ethan to enter the Mr. Harmony contest, Ethan and Gwen have lunch and read their fortune cookies. Gwen's fortune startles her, and Ethan asks what it says?
In Paris, Jean-Luc and Sheridan go to the ball. Unfortunately, Mimi has also arrived at the ball, and plans to spoil Sheridan's night. Inside, Sheridan and Jean-Luc dance, and Sheridan tells Jean-Luc that she couldn't bear to lose him. Jean-Luc goes to order champagne, and Mimi searches for Sheridan. Jean-Luc returns and Sheridan and Jean-Luc toast each other, and then they dance some more. As they dance, Mimi spots them. Jean-Luc is beeped, by Mimi, so he tells Sheridan that he has to take this business call. Jean-Luc leaves and Mimi plans to meet Sheridan on the terrace.
In Paris, Jean-Luc is on the phone with a man named OJ and tells him not to threaten him. Jean-Luc says that he is engaged to a very rich woman, and Mimi is out of his life forever. Jean-Luc says he is in business for himself from now on, but OJ says he has no idea what being involved in a drug trade means. OJ says that he double crossed him, and he wants his money tonight! Jean-Luc says he is not threatened by him anymore, his fiancee will protect him. OJ doesn't care and wants to meet him now!
Meanwhile, a waiter tells Sheridan that a woman is waiting to meet her on the terrace. Sheridan goes to opens the door to the terrace, where Mimi is waiting for her. Unfortunately, the door won't open. The waiter says there is another door over there, and points to it. Sheridan tells the woman to go to the other door. Unfortunately, Jean-Luc gets to Mimi first! Mimi tells Jean-Luc that she is going to tell SHeridan the truth! Sheridan shouts "where are you?" and as Mimi is about to answer her, Jean-Luc grabs her and covers her mouth. Jean-Luc throws Mimi in a closet and tells Sheridan that they should go back inside. In the closet, Mimi vows to tell Sheridan everything about Jean-Luc tonight.
Jean-Luc and Sheridan go back inside, and Sheridan worries about the woman who was looking for her. Jean-Luc tells Sheridan that they should go to his house in the country to celebrate their engagement. Sheridan says that sounds wonderful, just like their future together. Sheridan is positive that nothing will come between them.
Jean-Luc returns home, alone, and is accosted by OJ and a thug name Pierre. OJ wants his share of the drug money, but Jean-Luc says no and tells him to get out. OJ tells him to reconsider, because anyone who crosses him dies, including his fiancee!
In her apartment, Sheridan thinks if she can get through this night without anything going wrong, she will have love forever. Suddenly, Sheridan gets a call from Ethan, who is seeking help about Gwen. Ethan tells her about the fortune cookie mishap and needs advice. Sheridan tells Ethan to propose to Gwen immediately! Sheridan tells Ethan to trust her, commitment is wonderful. She talks about Jean-Luc, and tells Ethan that she wants to break the news to the family. Gwen returns and Ethan says goodbye to Sheridan.
In Tabitha's tent, Tabitha asks Eve if she should tell her her secret out loud?? Eve screams "no!" and runs out of the tent. She cries that the gypsy can't know, what if anyone found out? Theresa shows up outside the tent, but says she's not going in. Tabitha says if she'd rather clean fish than live in a mansion, she can go right ahead. Theresa is amazed and goes inside thinking she has nothing else to lose. Theresa says she is still upset with her for saying those things to Whitney. Tabitha says she just calls them as she sees them. Theresa says if she could really see the future, she would have told her that she has lost the man she loves forever. Tabitha says lets see if she's right! Tabitha says she sees her in a large room eating caviar. Theresa asks where she is, and Tabitha tells her that she is in a mansion and looks happy, she is giving orders to her servants. Tabitha tells her that she is in a gown that is being tailored by her servants, and a man in admiring her. Theresa thinks it must be Ethan. Tabitha says the vision has faded, and now she sees her signing her name to some papers and have two rings on her left hand. Theresa can't believe she is married. Tabitha tells her that she can see her married name, it begins with a C. Theresa thinks that it must be Crane, she is going to be Mrs. Ethan Crane! She then snaps too and thinks Tabitha spied on her earlier and is lying to her, but Tabitha says her crystal ball doesn't lie. Theresa says she has to grow up because Ethan would never marry her. Theresa tells herself no more impossible dreams, no more Ethan. Tabitha makes her a deal, she will tell her something only she knows is true, and she believes her vision in return? Tabitha then describes Theresa's room to a T. Theresa is shocked and says she wants to believe her, but she's trying to be mature. Tabitha says either she is a good guesser, or she is telling her the truth. Theresa tells Tabitha that she believes her, she is going to marry Ethan. Tabitha says of course she is. Theresa wans to pay her, but says she is broke. Tabitha tells her that it is on the house. Theresa says she will pay her back after she marries Ethan. After Theresa leaves, Timmy asks Tabitha why she made that girl happy? Tabitha says that Theresa won't have the life she thinks, her life as Mrs. Crane won't come easy. She says that Theresa will have to make choices that will hurt the people she loves. Tabitha tells Timmy that Theresa is going to be like a tornado sweeping through Harmony. Tabitha decides to ruin someone else's life, but her crystal ball grows dark and emits green smoke! Tabitha says they should go home, and Timmy says he's going to make his special drink, a MarTimmy. Tabitha says they better leave before "they" come.
Faith and Charity arrive at the carnival, and Charity wants to see everything! Charity wants to buy her mom a T-shirt, but Faith doesn't want to publicize her name. Charity decides to buy her mom a shirt with the name Seeker on it instead. Miguel runs into Faith and tells her the carnival is great this year. Miguel tells her that he'll see her and to take care. Miguel walks away, and right into Charity! Charity dumps a drink on him, and he tells her not to worry about it. They stare into one another's eyes and are entranced with one another. Miguel has to go and says maybe he'll see her around. Charity says she's just her for the day, and Miguel says too bad. Faith finds Charity, who gives her mom her shirt. Faith tells Charity that this is a nice town, and Charity says it would be great if they could live here.
Sam is patrolling the carnival and runs into Grace. They talk about her being stressed out and overworked. Grace says that she's been thinking about the little girl and what she said, and she asks Sam to hear her out. Grace says that the little girl said "she" was coming, and wonders if she was talking about the sister she never knew she had? Grace tells Sam that she thinks she could have a twin sister. Sam tells Grace that he has a confession to make, and he tells her about the break he found on the internet. Sam says the person in the chatroom used the name seeker, and asks if it means something to her? Grace tries to remember, but can't. She says she wishes she knew who this seeker was. Suddenly, Grace begins to feel odd. As they hug, Faith and Charity walk right by them!
TC runs into Eve, both are on edge thanks to Tabitha. TC apologizes to Eve for being angry earlier and says he doesn't want to hurt her. Eve says she doesn't want to hurt him either. TC says she could never do that, she's perfect. Later, they run into Miguel and TC asks him who the girl is? Miguel says he forgot to ask her name! Eve asks if he has seen Grace and he says he just saw her and she seemed a little odd, she didn't ask him about his family. Later, TC and Eve run into Sam and Grace. They mention that Miguel said she wasn't herself when he saw her a few minutes ago, but Grace says she hasn't seen him since the fire. Grace tells Eve and TC that Sam told her about the internet lead, and it has her puzzled. Grace wishes she could see into the future, which upsets Eve and TC. Sam tells her that the gypsy fortune teller is not what she needs.
Theresa finds Miguel and her head is in the clouds. Miguel tells Theresa that he's beginning to think you can fall in love with someone at first site. Theresa says she knows a person can, and just got the best news of her life. Theresa tells her brother that she is going to end up with Ethan after all. Miguel tells her that she is going to get hurt, but Theresa says she won't let anyone stand in her way. Miguel asks her who told her this, and Theresa says it was a fortune teller.
Charity and Faith are still walking around the carnival, and people wave and smile at Faith. Charity tells her mom that she has a great idea, they should have their fortunes told! Faith refuses and says she doesn't like that idea. Charity manages to convince Faith into doing it, and they approach Tabitha's tent. Inside, Tabitha tells Timmy that "they" are here!
