Back in Harmony, Luis talks to Beth outside of her house. He fears there is nothing anyone can do, but she is helping him feel better. Beth tells him that she will always be here for him. Meanwhile, Beth's mom wonders what Luis would think of what Beth did to the photo of Luis and Sheridan! Luis and Beth go inside, and Beth begins giving Luis a back massage. Luis and Beth both tell one another how much they care for the other, and how there is a bond between them. Luis says it is a bond that can never be broken. Mrs. Wallace spies on them, and plots to sabotage their relationship. Luis tells Beth that he doesn't want to waste anymore time, because it is precious, and he doesn't want to have any more regrets. Beth asks Luis to decide what it is he wants, and make a choice. Suddenly, Beth's mom calls out and interrupts them. Beth's mom asks Luis to come in here right now because she has to talk to him. Luis goes into her room, and Mrs. Wallace tells Luis that the news just said Theresa is to be executed tomorrow! Luis says he has to go, and takes off. Beth then yells at her mom for messing things up for her as usual. She accuses her mother of getting a kick out of ruining things for her. Beth says Luis was going to propose! Mrs. Wallace says that man dumped her once, she needs to take a hint. She accuses him of settling for her because the woman he really loves is gone! Beth tells her mother to shut up, and her mother says she wonders how Luis would feel about how she treats her own mother. Mrs. Wallace accuses Beth of being mean to her, but Beth says she isn't mean, she just drives her crazy! MRs. Wallace accuses Beth of not loving her, but Beth says she does love her. Mrs. Wallace says she was a good mother to her and sacrificed everything for her, and she doesn't know how Beth ended up so selfish, where did she go wrong? She then tells BEth how she was an embarrassment because her boyfriend dumped her, she never went to college, and she lost her own business! Beth runs out of the room, and hopes Luis will come and take her away.
At the prison, Theresa faints after learning she is to be executed tomorrow, and that there is nothing anyone can do! Theresa comes too, and she begs Ethan not to let this happen. Ethan says he's tried everything. Theresa asks what about Alistair, can't he help? Ethan tells her to forget about Alistair, but Theresa says he can't want a Crane to die. Ethan says Alistair can't help them now, and Theresa soon realizes that Alistair doesn't give a flying frick about her. Theresa finally realizes there is nobody left to help her, and she is going to die! Ethan says he will keep trying, but doesn't want to get her hopes up. Theresa tells Ethan that he is the only one who can save her now. Ethan gives her a picture of her baby, which she treasures. Theresa shows Ethan the family album Luis brought her, and she says she wants to fill it with pictures of her baby. As they talk, a guard arrives and tells them that they'll have to end this visit because times up. As the guard walks Ethan out, she tells him that Theresa better stop hoping because Theresa will die tomorrow, and nothing can stop it. Back in her cell, Theresa refuses to believe she will die. She says Ethan couldn't let her die knowing she is protecting him, he just couldn't.
MEanwhile, Alistair meets with the warden to make sure everything goes as it should, and there are no problems with THeresa's execution. Later, Alistair spies on Theresa as she tries to convince herself that Ethan won't let her take the punishment for what he did.
Ethan goes to see Baby Ethan MArtin and feels bad that he's never going to know his mother. HE breaks down and says he's tried everything to save her.
On the docks, Luis has a run-in with Alistair. Alistair says he came back to make sure his son's killer is executed. Luis realizes he is the one who got Theresa's execution date set so quickly. Alistair says his sister killed his son, and she must pay. Luis asks him when he ever cared about his son, or his daughter? Alistair says he will forgive him for this personal attack because he knows he is in pain. Luis says he could kill him for the way he treated Sheridan. Alistair tells him to go ahead and do it, it seems his entire family is a bunch of criminals! Luis tells him that he isn't worth killing, it would be like stepping on a bug. AListair tells Luis that he should go home and be with Pilar because she'll need him since half of his family ran out on them, another characteristic of their family. Luis asks Alistair why he hates them so much, what did they ever do to him! Alistair refuses to talk, so Luis tells him that this isn't over, not by a long shot! Luis vows to make AListair sorry one day. Luis walks off, and Alistair says when their paths do cross again, he will be the one who is sorry. Alistair says his family will end up being torn apart, destroyed, and they will have more heartache then they could ever imagine.
At the cave where Charity is frozen, Tabitha and the Zombie realize that the ice around Charity is melting because Timmy is growing closer to the demons horn. Zombie casts a spell on her, to keep her frozen longer, and then zaps herself and Tabitha back to the Bennett's.
At the Bennett's, everyone waits for news on Theresa. Ethan exhausts all his contacts trying to save her, and later Sam gets news from the prison. He tells everyone that if they want to see Theresa then they better head to the prison now. Meanwhile, Kay warns the zombie that she'll never have Miguel because deep down he senses she isn't the real Charity. Zombie and Tabitha return to Tabitha's place, and Zombie creates a potion to give herself the sickening sweet essence of Charity in order to fool Miguel. Meanwhile, Tabitha asks the scroll to show her where Timmy is. She sees tomorrow's paper, which not only indicates that Theresa has been executed, but a small boy has been lost in the mountains and is feared dead!
At the prison, Whitney comes to see Theresa and begs her to please confess for whom she is covering for, because it is her only chance. Delusional Theresa thinks she has one more chance, that Ethan will not let this happen to her because he must know she is covering for him. Later, Theresa's friends and family all come to say their goodbyes, and Theresa holds her baby for possibly the last time.
At the cave, Kay realizes the water coming from the cave has stopped, so Charity must no longer be mealting. She decides to get to Miguel.
At Tabitha's, Zombie bottles Charity's essence while Tabitha worries about the story in the scroll about a little boy being lost. The scroll then shows Zombie and Tabitha an image of Timmy trapped in the cage. The scroll then shows Chartity melting again, and is about to cast a spell to kill Tiimy, but Tabitha stops her. She says if Zombie doesn't use this opportunity to seduce Miguel, she might never get him again.
Ivy and Rebecca show up at the prison to watch Theresa die. They are the first to arrive in the witness room, and Rebecca tells Ivy that she told her that her plan would work. Ivy says soon they will be the only Mrs. Crane's left, but Rebecca says there is only room for one!
Zombie shows up to be there for Miguel, but he insists she not stick around after what has happened to her the last few months. Zombie decides to cause more pain and suffering for others, and zaps herself out of the prison. She returns to Tabitha;s, and finds her still watching the scroll. Zombie decides to get rid of Timmy once and for all, but her spell is interrupted when Tabitha clubs her! Zombie is furious, but she puts her punishment off when she sees Charity's arm burst through the ice. She casts her spell, and Tabitha can't believe she used that one!
Up on the mountain, the whole mountain begins to shake under Timmy and Julian's feet!
In her cell, Theresa continues saying goodbye to her family, friends, and her baby. Theresa tells her baby that she will be watching him throughout his whole life from above, and that she will always be there for him. Whitney and Chad beg Theresa to tell the truth, but she says she still thinks things will be okay. However, she says if she is wrong, she wants them to take care of her son. Her family all says goodbye, and all beg her to tell the truth. Pilar asks her to do the right thing. Theresa says she is, and no matter what happens, her son will be loved. Ethan tells Theresa that he doesn't know what to say. Theresa asks him to say he'll find a way, a miracle to save her. Ethan says only the truth will save her now, but she says no! She asks Ethan to take care of her son. Ethan begs her to tell them whom she is protecting. Father Lonigan tells her to listen to Ethan and telll the truth; she does not have to die tonight. Theresa refuses to confess, and tells everyone that everything will be fine and they will have a party tonight at the mansion. Ethan gives Theresa a kiss, and she says she knows he'll come through for her. Everyone but Father Lonigan leaves, and Father Lonigan asks how she can do this terrible thing! Theresa says she can't let Ethan spend his life in jail for something he did for her. Farther Lonigan dolesn;'t think she understands the ramification of her actions. Father Lonigan tells her that what she is doing is equivalent to suicide in the eyes of the church, so she will spend eternity in hell! Theresa says she will not die, something will save her. Father Lonigan wonders if Ethan really did kill Julian, because he can't believe Ethan would let her die for his crimes. Theresa says that is why Ethan will find a way to save her. Suddenly, the warden shows up to walk Theresa to the death chamber.
The family arrives at the chamber and is horrified to see Rebecca and Ivy there. Ethan decides to have a word with his mother. Meanwhile, Theresa walks the green mile with Father Lonigan at her side. Theresa says she is doing the right thing, for everyone.
