The Face in the Pool refuses to fill Tabitha in on the details of the impending doom. However, he entertains her by providing images of the current goings-on in Harmony. Timmy leaves the lair for the Crane mansion to whip up a martimmy and comes upon a drunken Julian, who is distraught at having to murder his sister. Timmy speaks to Julian as his conscience, and attempts to talk him out of killing Sheridan. However, when Timmy begins to hiccup, Julian catches him and realizes Timmy is alive. Julian is furious and wants to know why Timmy is trying to drive him insane! Julian then decides that Timmy knows too much, so he decides to cut him up into pieces.
Whitney startles Chad when she shows up at the tabloid office. Whitney tries to hide her feelings for him, but she admits she was worried he'd get caught breaking into the office. Later, the two come across tomorrow's paper and see the headline. Whitney says this cannot be, but CHad says the paper claims they have proof the email came from Theresa's computer. Whitney knows this isn't true, but it will destroy Ethan, and he'll never be able to forgive Theresa.
Sam bursts into Grace's room with his gun drawn after he and Grace hear a noise from inside. The room appears empty, but the Bennetts don't realize David has escaped through the window. Grace senses someone is trying to separate her and Sam. Watching the action through the magic pool, Tabitha notes David has the power to destroy Sam and Grace's marriage. Later, Sam and Grace make love, and afterwards Sam becomes hungry. Grace heads to the kitchen to whip up something to eat, and runs into David! Grace faints, and David picks her up. He says that he is taking her out of here.
Theresa worries about bad luck since she and Ethan are together on their wedding day (it's after midnight). Ethan assures her it's just a superstition. Ethan and Theresa's passion grows and the two begin to make love on the beach. Ethan asks Theresa if she's sure she wants to make love before the wedding. An eager Theresa notes at least they've waited until their wedding day. Ethan realizes he has no condoms, but Theresa says she is on the pill, so they make love.
At the cottage, Sheridan is frightened by an intruder, but is relieved to discover it's just Luis. She admonishes him for coming to see her on their wedding day and tells him to leave so they won't have bad luck. A playful Luis tempts fate by convincing Sheridan to at least share a dance. The two tango, and soon tango into the bed!
Up at the mansion, Timmy tells Julian that he promises not to tell anyone about his plot to kill Sheridan with the poisoned ring. Julian tells Timmy that he knows far too much to leave, and he decides to cut him open and see what makes him tick. Julian ties Timmy to a chair, and shines bright lights on him. Julian then interrogates him about how he works. Julian tortures poor Timmy by tempting him with martimmies to make him talk. Julian says when he is through questioning him, he will cut him open. Timmy tells Julian if he does that, people will never believe he is alive. Julian realizes Timmy is right, but if he doesn't destroy him, he'll blab about the murder plot. Timmy swears he will keep his secret. Julian asks Timmy how he knew about his plan to kill Sheridan, and how does he make these martimmies? Timmy tries to dodge the questions Julian throws at him. Julian thinks the fact that Timmy is alive has something to do with Tabitha. Timmy has no comment about his princess. Julian then grabs a pair of scissors and tells Timmy that soon, he will know his secrets! Timmy tries to appeal to Julian with an offer of friendship, but Julian says he knows way too much for them to be friends. Timmy then tries to talk Julian out of killing Sheridan. Timmy says he knows he doesn't want to kill Sheridan, but Julian says there is no way he can stop it. Timmy says he can, if Julian lets him go, Timmy will snatch the ring and then he can clean off the poison. Julian considers Timmy's offer, but can't take him up on it because of his father and the consequences that would result if Luis and Sheridan married. Timmy says he knows that if Luis marries Sheridan, he will find out about his father. Julian becomes upset that Timmy know about that, and says Sheridan must die, she will die! Timmy says "but," but Julian says this subject is closed. Julian tells Timmy to be a good lad and make him a martimmy. Timmy says he can't until Julian unties him, so Julian agrees, but only if Timmy is good. Timmy promises to be good, so Julian unties him. Timmy begins to make some martimmies, and throws the ingredients in his face and then runs for it. Julian chases Timmy, who begins to scream. Down in Hecuba's lair, Tabitha hears Timmy screaming and wonders what trouble' he has gotten himself into now.
In Tabitha's kitchen, Grace is pouring a glass of water, and senses someone watching her. She turns around and sees David standing there! Grace drops the glass, and David tells her that he's come for her. Grace faints, and David catches her. David picks her up and tells her that he's going to take her away from all this, forever. Later, Sam shows up in the kitchen and discovers the glass Grace dropped when she saw David, but he can't find Grace. Sam follows some footprints outside, and realizes someone has taken Grace! Elsewhere, David has taken Grace to his room at the B&B. He lies her down on his bed and tells her everything will be fine, she is with him now. Grace comes too, and sees David staring at her. Grace asks him who he is. David says he is David, he has come for her. Suddenly, Sam bursts in and pulls David away from Grace.
At the cottage, Luis and Sheridan are dancing the tango, and tango over to the bed! However, Sheridan says she doesn't want to make love before their wedding day. Luis says technically it is their wedding day, but Sheridan wanted their wedding night to be special. Sheridan says they aren't even supposed to be seeing one another before the wedding. Luis isn't superstitious, and he talks Sheridan into making love. Afterwards, they both comment how this time it was different between them, more intense. Sheridan says it was almost like they were making love for the last time. Luis says it is the last time they made love, as single people that is. Later, Luis and Sheridan watch the sun come up. Suddenly, Sheridan gets a chill and feels like someone is walking over her grave. Luis closes the window and says there was just a cold breeze blowing in from outside, that is all.
At the tabloid office, Whitney and Chad look at the copy of the paper. Whitney refuses to believe the story because Theresa deleted the files on her computer before the tabloid got the story. Whitney says there has to be more too this story, and they can't let Ethan and Theresa see this before their wedding. Chad, however, says he has to tell Ethan about this before he marries Theresa. Chad says this will hit the newsstands today, but Whitney says that doesn't mean they have to see it before the wedding. Whitney tells Chad that he has to give Theresa the benefit of the doubt, and this will destroy them. Whitney says nothing should come between two people in love. Chad tells Whitney that is just what she did to them. Chad asks her why she let something come between them? Whitney says she doesn't want to get into this. Chad gets into it anyways, and the two begin arguing about Simone and the promise. Whitney tells Chad to just forget it all, because she has to get focused on her tennis again because she hasn't been since . . . . Chad completes the sentence and says "since you fell in love with me." Whitney tells Chad that it is over, and to just leave it alone. Chad searches for the proof the tabloid has, and finds the email sent to them. Whitney recognizes the address as Theresa's. Still, Whitney says even if Theresa did do this, she would have told her. Chad disagrees, and says Theresa has a lot of things that she may not be telling them. Chad says that Theresa didn't tell them the truth about Ethan until long after she found out. Still, Whitney knows Theresa wouldn't do this, she wouldn't destroy someone's life. Chad says he's not going to argue with her about this anymore, Ethan is counting on him to tell him what he has found out. Whitney tells Chad if he does this, there will be no wedding, is that what he wants? Chad says it isn't up to him, it's up to Ethan.
On the beach, Ethan and Theresa make love. Afterwards, Theresa says it was incredible, and now she is a woman. Theresa tells Ethan that she is no longer superstitious, and she knows without a doubt that they will spend the rest of their lives together. They then talk about how it was right of them to wait to make love until they knew one another. Ethan tells Theresa that he is so lucky he found her, he knows he can count on her to be true to him and completely honest with him. Ethan says he doesn't know what he'd do if he lost her. Theresa says he never will, and asks him to make love to her again. Later, the two watch the sun come up, and realize that this is a brand new day, for both of them.
At the cottage, Luis tells Sheridan that the only thing wrong with her is she is jittery about their wedding day. Sheridan asks him if he thinks that is really what is wrong? Luis is positive, and he tells her after today there is nothing Julian and Alistair can do to break them up. Luis says he has to go get ready for the big day, and he wants to give the rings to Hank to hold onto, but Sheridan refuses to let the rings out of her sight. Luis jokingly says "yes dear." Later, Luis has to leave when he gets a call from Sam.
On the beach, Theresa asks Ethan to promise her that he won't be mad if she tells him something. Ethan says there is nothing she could say that would upset him. Theresa tells Ethan that she feels a little bad that they made love before they were married. Ethan asks if she regrets what they did? Theresa says no, she will hold this memory in her heart forever. Ethan then tells her how important honesty is to him, and he wants them to always feel free to say anything to one another. However, he says he knows they'll never have any big secrets from one another, and that is one of the things he loves about her, he knows she'd never hide anything from him. Ethan says he doesn't think he could stand it if she did hide anything from him. Theresa becomes upset, and Ethan sees this. He asks her what is bothering her? Ethan asks her if she is hiding something from him? Theresa tries to speak, and Ethan says he's sorry for accusing her, and asks what is bothering her. Theresa says sometimes she is afraid she won't be able to make him happy. Ethan says that is silly, of course she will make him happy. Theresa remembers that they never opened their fortune cookies, so they do so. Theresa's fortune tells her to beware of what today brings, which confuses her. Ethan assures her that nothing will go wrong. Still, Theresa says her last fortune came true, so perhaps this one will too. Ethan throws the cookie into the ocean, and tells her that it no longer exists, all that is left is his love for her. Theresa says that is all she needs. Ethan hugs her, and she says she feels safe and protected in his arms. Ethan says that is how she should feel, and then he realizes he has to get her home. Theresa ask Ethan not to tell anyone about this night, because she wants it to be their secret. Ethan says okay, they can keep secrets between themselves, but not from themselves.
Ethan takes Theresa home, and she asks Ethan to read his fortune. Ethan agrees, because he can't refuse her anything, and his fortune tells him that he got his greatest wish, and now his next one will come true. Theresa asks him what his next wish is? Ethan says he has what he wants, but there is one other thing he wants, he wants to know who sent the email to the tabloid and ruined his life.
At the tabloid office, Whitney still does not believe that Theresa sent the email to the tabloid. Chad says he is having a hard time believing it too, but Ethan has a right to know. Whitney says Ethan will call off the wedding if he sees this, and she begs him not to do this. Chad says that he promised Ethan he would tell him who sent the email to the tabloid before his wedding, he has to keep his promise. Whitney refuses to let Chad ruin Theresa's dream, and she closes the door and blocks it. Chad laughs and asks Whitney just how she will stop him? Whitney says she's not going to let him ruin Theresa's wedding. Chad changes the subject to them, and demands to know if she loves him. Whitney says that is not the point, she made a promise and won't go back on it. She says that they just can't see one another. CHad says fine, and then tells the big strong tennis player to try and stop him from leaving. Whitney continues to block the door, and Chad is tempted to pick her up and shake some sense into her. He also tells her that he's going to do whatever it takes to bring them back together. Whitney asks Chad, and she's not saying she'd do this, but if she agrees to go back to him, will he agree not to show Ethan the tabloid? Chad says if he says yes, and he's not saying he'd do this, would she come back to him for real? Whitney says this is silly, she shouldn't have brought it up. Whitney says all she knows is she's not letting him leave with that tabloid and email. Chad says if they stay, they will get caught, and if they leave, the tabloid will still get published, so it's a lose lose situation. Whitney realizes Chad is right, they do need to leave. As they go to leave, they discover that the door is locked! Chad realizes the key is in the lock on the other side of the door.
At the B&B, Sam bursts into David's room and pulls him away from Grace. Sam tells David that he ought to work him to pieces for touching his wife! Sam asks Grace if he hurt her? Grace says she doesn't know what he was doing. Sam knocks David out, and Grace begs Sam not to hit him anymore because she can't stand the violence. Sam wants to call Eve to check her out, but she says she is fine, and he didn't hurt her. Sam asks Grace if he said anything to her? Grace says she doesn't know, it is all kinda foggy. However, she remembers him telling her his name, and saying he's come for her. Sam wonders how this guy knows her name. He asks Grace if she knows this guy. Grace says she doesn't think so, but Sam asks her if she is sure? Grace becomes upset, and Sam apologizes for upsetting her. Sam then calls up Luis and asks him to come over to the B&B right away. Sam tells Luis he has someone they need to take down to the station to question. When David comes to, Sam sits him on the bed and asks him who he is and what does he want? When David says nothing, Sam tells him not only is he Grace's husband, but he is the chief of police. Sam tells him to start talking, how did he know his wife's name, and why did he bring her here? Luis shows up and asks what is going on. Sam informs Luis of what is going on, and he asks Luis to book this guy, but do it quietly. Luis thinks he can do that before the wedding. Sam can't believe he dragged him down here on his wedding day, but Luis says it is okay, he has plenty of time. Luis tells them that the next time he sees them, it will be at the church. Sam then turns to David and tells him that he has things to do, so he wants answers now. David agrees to reveal why he's here, but only to Grace, alone. Sam laughs and tells him no way! Grace says she'll do it, but Luis says no. Sam asks him if his name is David, and he says yes. Sam asks Luis to get David out of his site and book him. Luis cuffs David and reads him his rights. Sam tells Grace that they will get to the bottom of this, and he says this guy will never bother her again. Sam promises her that this is over, but Grace isn't so sure.
Back at the cottage, Sheridan holds up her wedding dress and begins talking about how the days she's always dreamed of is finally here. Sheridan then looks at her ring, and says she will love Luis till death does them part.
At the tabloid office, Whitney panics when she and Chad get locked in. She thinks it is all over for them, they are going to be arrested, and Theresa's wedding will be ruined. Suddenly the phone begins to ring. Chad answers it because he doesn't want someone else to come in and answer it, discovering them. Gwen is on the phone and asks to speak to the editor about the Ethan Crane story, but Chad says he isn't in yet so she should call back. Both Gwen and Chad feel something is very familiar about one another's voice. Chad tells Whitney it's obvious the story has broken to the public, so it would be better if Ethan hears this from his friends. Whitney still believes in Theresa's innocence, and defends her to Chad. Still, Chad says when people are in love they do crazy things. Suddenly, Chad and Whitney hear keys jingling on the other side of the door! They hide as a security guard comes in to check the place out. The guard gets delayed when he gets a call from his wife, and later the editor shows up! As the editor goes to make sure the copy of the paper and the proof is safe, Gwen calls back.
At the mansion, Tabitha and Timmy think Julian is dead, but he's not. Julian begins to moan, and Tabitha's dream of a dead Julian is shattered. Tabitha says they better get out of here before Julian comes too completely, and they scram. Rebecca shows up and asks Julian what is wrong? Julian says he has to get help to catch Tabitha's doll. Rebecca is furious and tells Julian that doll is not alive, but Julian tells Rebecca that he is! Rebecca thinks Julian has just been drinking too much. Julian opens his mouth about the ring plan, and Rebecca wonders if they did anything to her ring. Julian says they didn't, so Rebecca tells Julian never to mention the talking doll again or Ivy will use it against him in the divorce settlement. Ivy shows up and tells Julian that she heard him running through the halls earlier, and she thought he was chasing one of his sluts, and now she finds him with the biggest slut of all! Ivy says she doesn't care what he does in this house, as long as he doesn't interfere with her parts of the house. Ivy says all her doorknobs have been removed and her phone has been turned off. She warns him to fix everything, or else! Julian laughs and asks what she can do? Ivy threatens to delay this divorce for years, so Julian agrees to fix everything. Ivy is pleased, and also says Rebecca's decorators are to stay out of her room. Ivy thanks him, and then informs him all the staff has been given the day off for the wedding, so they'll have to fix things for themselves today. Ivy leaves, and Julian calls her a bitch. Rebecca tells Julian that he can never mention the talking doll again, otherwise Ivy will use it against them. Later, a courier delivers an envelope for Mrs. Julian Crane. Rebecca signs for it, and opens the envelope containing the tabloid!
Sheridan gets ready for her wedding, and thinks nothing can go wrong. Gwen shows up, and Sheridan tells Gwen she has to ask her something about Theresa, and she wants an honest answer. Sheridan says she wanted to wear a family heirloom today, a diamond necklace, but she doesn't want to outshine Theresa. Sheridan says it is her mother's necklace, so Gwen tells her to wear it if it means that much to her. Sheridan doesn't know how she can sit there so calmly with what she is doing today. Sheridan tells Gwen that she thinks she is very brave, putting her anger for Theresa aside to see her marry Ethan. Gwen says she just wants Ethan to be happy. Sheridan tells Gwen that someday she'll meet a man she is meant to be with. When Sheridan goes to make them some coffee, Gwen calls the tabloid to again to have a copy of the tabloid mailed to Ivy. As Gwen talks to the editor, Chad and Whitney overhear the conversation and wonder who he is talking to. The editor tells Gwen not to worry, he has already sent a copy of the tabloid to Mrs. Crane. When Sheridan returns, she asks Gwen who she was talking to?
Back at the office, Chad and Whitney learns the newspaper won't hit the stands till tonight, so Whitney begs Chad to let Ethan and Theresa get married. Chad says they don't have time to discuss this, they have to get out of here now!
At Pilar's house, Pilar's brother and sister-in-law show up. Pilar is thrilled to see them and they all hug and kiss. Pilar shows them pictures and makes them some coffee. Up in Theresa's room, Theresa tells Ethan that in her heart they are already married, and she will love him forever. Ethan says he'll always love her forever. Ethan and Theresa begin kissing, and fall onto the bed. Suddenly, Theresa hears her uncle calling out to her to wake up! Theresa freaks and says her uncle can't find him with her, he's from the old country and is very superstitious! Ethan hides in Theresa's closet as Tio Francisco knocks on the door and asks Theresa if she is in there. Theresa lets Tio in, and he tells her the secret to a good marriage. He tells her never go to bed angry, never bring bad feelings to bed. He also says he knows about her promise, and she says she did keep her promise not to make love till her wedding day. In the closet, Ethan knocks some clothes over, and Tio wonders what the sound was. Theresa says something just fell over, so he opens the closet. Ethan pushes some stuff out, and Tio tells Theresa that her closet it a mess! Theresa promises to clean it up after the wedding. Ethan is not discovered, and Tio leaves. Back downstairs, Luis shows up and says hello Tia Christina. Pilar asks Luis where he has been? Luis tells her about what happened to Grace, and how she is okay. Later, Tio Francisco gives Luis a special gift, a pocket watch that belonged to his grandfather.
Tabitha and Timmy wander around the Harmony, and Timmy picks some flowers from the Lopez-Fitzgerald's yard to make a bouquet with. They then head to Pilar's house to give her some flowers for Theresa. Luis notices that the flowers look like ones they planted out front last week. Timmy smiles, and Tio Francisco sees him smile! Tabitha tells Senior Lopez that he must have a touch of jet-lag. Ivy also shows up to see Theresa before the ceremony. Chritsina begins questioning Ivy about her life, which she's read so much about. Ivy becomes a little annoyed and eventually tells them that they are here to celebrate their children's future. Luis goes upstairs and catches Ethan with Theresa, but he says it is okay, he couldn't stay away from Sheridan. However, he warns them that the entire family is downstairs, so Ethan better be careful and not get caught sneaking out! Luis offers to take Ethan out the back way. Theresa goes downstairs and see Tia Christina.
Chad and Whitney escape the tabloid office, and Whitney is glad that the paper won't hit the stands till after the wedding. However, Chad says he's still going to tell Ethan the truth before the wedding. Whitney begs him not to do this, Ethan and Theresa's fate is in his hands. Chad says okay, but if Ethan asks him, he will tell him. Whitney appreciates this. Chad says the only reason he is doing this is because he's still head over heels in love with her. Whitney thanks him, and heads to Pilar's place.
At Pilar's, Luis sneaks Ethan out the back, while Miguel and Kay come downstairs dressed in very little clothing! Tio Fransisco thinks Pilar has become very open minded, but Pilar explains that Miguel and Kay are best friends and sleep in separate rooms, and why Kay is staying here. Charity comes in, and Pilar introduces them to Miguel's real girlfriend, Kay's cousin. Tia Christina thinks this story is spicier than the Spanish soap operas. Meanwhile, Ivy thanks Theresa for making her son so happy, and she gives her some diamond earrings that belonged to her grandmother. Ivy then tells Pilar that they are finally going to be family, which makes her very happy. Pilar agrees, and Ivy says she will see them all in church. Later, Tio Francisco gives Theresa a family heirloom, the mantilla (sp?), which is a Spanish bridal veil. Later, Miguel catches Charity looking at the mantilla, and he urges her to try it on. Charity, however, says she'd rather wait till their wedding day to put one on. Meanwhile, Kay doesn't hesitate to try it on, and fantasizes about marrying Miguel. When Charity sees Kay wearing the veil, she gets a chill. Elsewhere, Tabitha and Timmy make themselves at home, and make some tea. Pilar, Tia, and Tio return from the mansion (see below), and catch Timmy and Tabitha having a tea party. Tabitha offers to read their leaves, but Pilar says she doesn't need tea leaves to tell her today will be a perfect day. Meanwhile, Whitney finally arrives to get ready. Whitney says she'd never let her down on her big day. Theresa says nothing can ruin today. When Whitney says hopefully everything will go as planned, Theresa asks Whitney if she knows something she doesn't?
At the mansion, Rebecca celebrates when she sees the paper, and thinks Ivy will stop the wedding, and Gwen will get Ethan back. Julian returns and asks Rebecca what she is holding? Rebecca says she doesn't know, it came for Ivy, so she'll just put it on the table for her. Later, Ethan shows up at the mansion to see his mother. Ethan meets his mom as she is returning from Pilar's. Ethan says he came here to tell her that even though it hurt him deeply that she lied to him, he has put that behind him. He says he now knows what true love is like, and he doesn't know how he can repay her for sacrificing her true love for him. Julian runs into Ethan and congratulates him on his big day. Ethan says it is a big day for Sheridan as well. Julian says yes . . . and walks off. Ethan wonders what is up with Julian? Ivy says she stopped trying to figure him out long ago. Ivy then goes inside, and finds the envelope from the tabloid on the table and wonders what it is. However, Ivy is delayed in opening the envelope because she tells Ethan she wants to show him something, and they head upstairs. A spying Rebecca thinks this is perfect, Ethan will be with his mother when Ivy opens the envelope! Julian, who was out walking to settle his nerves, returns, and is still a wreck. He's asked Rebecca to make him some tea, and she says the kettle is on the stove, all he has to do is pour it and put a tea bag in a cup. Rebecca feels it would be safer for her to be out of the mansion when Ivy learns the truth. Unfortunately, Julian has forgotten where the kitchen is. Julian realizes it is only hours till the wedding, but Rebecca smiles and says one never knows what could happen in a few hours. Upstairs, Ivy wonders what is in the envelope, so Ethan tells her to open it. However, before she can, Ethan notices her door has no doorknob. Ivy explains what Julian and Rebecca have been up to, but she has taken care of it. She tells him not to let anything worry him on his wedding day. Ivy shows Ethan the Winthrop Family Bible, and says that today she will add his and Theresa's marriage to the Bible. Ethan is touched. Ivy urges Ethan to cherish his love to Theresa and not to let anything come between them. Ethan tells his mom that he'll see her at the church, and he leaves. After Ethan leaves, Ivy decides to open the envelope containing the tabloid. Down on the grounds, Ethan meets up with Chad and asks him if he found out who sent the email to the tabloid?
At the cottage, Sheridan wonders who Gwen was talking to on the phone. Gwen says she was just checking to make sure the flowers are ready for the wedding. Sheridan thinks Gwen is just so wonderful for making sure this day will be perfect for her. Sheridan then asks Gwen to hold onto the rings for her because she's afraid she might lose them in her state. Sheridan then gets a call from Luis, after receiving some roses from him. Luis tells her that they are the same kind his father planted for his mother in the gazebo. Later, Pilar takes Tio and Tia over to meet Sheridan, and to give her a mantilla as well. Luis calls Sheridan back to make sure everything is going well. Gwen goes outside when she sees her mother pacing, and asks her what is wrong? Rebecca says she is so nervous she had to get out of the house. She says that Ivy and Ethan are in there, and Ivy has the envelope. Gwen says this is going to kill Ethan, but Theresa deserves what she is going to get. As they are talking, Pilar, Tio, and Tia run into Rebecca as they are leaving. Pilar says something in Spanish when she sees them, and Rebecca says she understands Spanish! Pilar then lashes out at Rebecca in Spanish, and tells her she is not welcomed at this wedding! BAck in the cottage, as Sheridan and Gwen are getting ready, Gwen looks at Sheridan's ring. She wonders if it would fit her, so Sheridan tells her to see for herself!
