At the Book Cafe, Theresa is positive that once Ethan hears her message he will realize he loves her. Theresa waits for her cell phone to ring and hear Ethan telling her that he loves her. Meanwhile, one of the other waitresses at the cafe finds blood on the chair, and it worries her. SHe decides to call Chad and find out what he knows. However, Chad isn't answering his phone.
At Chad's place, Chad is lying on his couch in pain. Something is very wrong with him as he keeps looking at his side. He says he needs to call Beth to tell her that he can't go into work today. Unfortunately, Chad passes out cold, and is sweating profusely. His phone begins to ring, which finally wakes Chad up. Chad answers, and Karen, the worker at the Book Cafe, asks him if he's coming in today? Chad says no, he has stuff going on, and hopes he isn't leaving her in a bind. Karen asks Chad about the blood on the chair. Chad says that some guy accidentally cut himself on the a glass, and he thought he cleaned it up. Karen worries about the guy and thinks he should be in the hospital if he is loosing blood at that rate, but Chad tells her not to worry about the guy because he can take care of himself. After the call, we see that Chad has some kind of bloody wound in his side.
Back at the Book Cafe, Karen tells Theresa and Whitney what Chad claims happened last night. Theresa tells WHitney that she should go and check on Chad. Whitney doesn't want to because she thinks Chad will think she is a busybody. Theresa says fine, tells Whit to stay here, but she is going home to wait for Ethan to call her. Theresa leaves, and Whitney eventually leaves as well.
Whitney shows up at CHad's place and knocks on his door. She asks him if he is home, but he does not answer.
At the B&B, Les calls Hank, who is in bed, and asks if Sheridan is dead? Hank says no he didn't get the chance. Les warns Hank that if he doesn't take out Sheridan today, he will take out one of his nieces! Hank doubts Les would kill a cop's kid, but Les asks whether he is willing to take that chance? Les threatens Kay, and then says he better see a news bulletin about Sheridan's untimely death this morning!
At the Bennett's, Sam continues to wonder if Ethan is his son. Tabitha and Timmy are spying on Sam when Grace walks into the kitchen, and she is wearing Charity's pendant! The pendant begins to glow, and as Sam looks at an article about Ethan, Grace says she can't get over how much he looks like Noah. Suddenly, Grace gets the feeling that Sam is keeping something from her. Sam says it must just be the case he's working on. Grace feels bad that Ethan is blaming him for the prom boat disaster, but Sam says Ethan will never succeed in getting him fired. Grace becomes upset and starts saying that she feels something is going on around here that she doesn't know about, something that could hurt her and this family. Sam assures her that nothing will happen to cost her his love. Sam notices the pendant around Grace's neck, and for a second he thought it was glowing. Grace says she found it on her bed stand and was going to return it to Charity, but a little voice told her to put it on. When Sam leaves, the pendant starts glowing. Grace says that Sam is keeping a secret from her and she doesn't like it one damn bit! Timmy is shocked that Grace said a bad word, and Tabitha tells him that the pendant is turning her from a housewife into a vicious shrew. Hank shows up and Grace offers to make him some eggs. Hank almost says no thank, but she yells him not to argue with her! Kay shows up and decides to skip breakfast to go out shopping, but Hank tells her that he thinks she should stay home. Kay hugs Hank and says she'll be fine. Hank swears to himself that he won't give Les a reason to act on his threat. Hank looks at Grace's pendant, and when he touches it, evil flows into him. Grace asks Hank to say hi to Ivy if he sees her at the estate, but Hank says he will be to busy taking care of Sheridan! Hank leaves, and Tabitha goes in to visit with Grace. She brings a book on dreams and spells to interpret her nightmare, but Grace doesn't think Father Lonagin would approve. Tabitha makes a joke about Father Lonagin's belief in witches, and she asks Grace if she thinks she is some kind of evil witch come to prey on her? Grace says of course not, and she says she doesn't want to talk about her dreams. Tabitha tells her not to be a nervous ninny, tell her about her dream. Grace's pendant begins to glow, and Grace yells that she dreamt about a hooded woman following Sam with a little boy. Tabitha decides to use the book to interpret the dream. Tabitha tells Grace that according to the book, that the dream means the woman is perusing her husband, and the little boy is her husband's son. That seems to put Grace right over the edge. Suddenly, Grace begins to glow red! Tabitha tells Timmy that this has never happened before, and it is not good! Grace turns around, and she is possessed! A beam of light shoots out of the pendant and fries Tabitha's book, which she drops. Demons have possessed Grace, who attacks Tabitha. The demons use Grace to speak to Tabitha. They demand she bring on the destruction of Harmony. Grace then begins to choke Tabitha!
In Ethan's room, Ethan decides that he must find Theresa and talk to her, today! Ethan decides to go talk to Sheridan for some advice. At the cottage, Luis is sleeping on the couch while Sheridan searches for a book of hers. She finds it behind Luis. When she goes to reach for it, Luis grabs her and pulls her on top of him! Suddenly, Ethan walks in and finds Sheridan on top of Luis. He asks what in the hell is going on here? Luis says he was sound a sleep when his auntie jumped all over him. Sheridan says she was only looking for her book. Luis decides to catch a shower and then head down to headquarters. Ethan yells at Luis about the job he is doing, and he and Luis soon end up in and argument. Sheridan breaks them up, and Luis goes to take a shower. Ethan can't believe a nice girl like Theresa has a brother like Luis. Sheridan says that Luis has saved her life on a number of occasions. Sheridan asks Ethan why he is here, and he says it has to do with something that could rock this family to the core. He tells Sheridan that he has to talk to her about his feelings for Theresa. Sheridan asks Ethan if he has fallen in love with Theresa? Suddenly, Hank walks in, and apologizes for walking in on something. Ethan says he was just leaving, but Sheridan wants to talk about this. Ethan tells her that talking about this won't help, he has to make this decision on his own. Ethan thanks Hank for guarding Sheridan, and then he leaves. Later, Hank gets a call from Les, who is trailing Kay as she shops! Les warns Hank that if Sheridan Crane's death doesn't make the news soon, Kay's will! Hank looks at SHeridan and then reaches for his gun.
Sam heads to work and starts searching the computer for information on Ethan's birth date and Julian and Ivy's wedding date. Luis finds this info on his computer and asks Sam why he's so curious about Ethan? Sam claims he is just looking for evidence on them. When Luis tells Sam good for him, they should take that whole family down, Sam blurts out "No, not Ethan and Ivy!" Luis asks Sam what is with his attitude change towards Ethan and Ivy Crane? Sam says nothing has changed his mind about the Cranes, he is just working hard to get along with them because they all have to live in this town. Luis ends up leaving, and Sam calls Ivy to demand the truth from her. He informs Ivy that he is coming over right now for answers and he won't leave until he gets them! Sam shows up to see Ivy, who dismisses her servants. Sam demands the truth from Ivy, is Ethan his son?
Pilar takes the attache case home, and runs into Theresa. She is shocked because she thought Theresa was out, but Theresa says she came home to wait for a call from Ethan. She tells her mom that she feels Ethan might come by to see her in person to tell her that he loves her, so if he comes by, they might need their privacy. Pilar doubts that and says that Ethan probably just wants to let her down easy, but Theresa knows Ethan is on his way over. The doorbell rings, and low and behold it is Ethan! Ethan tells Theresa that there is something he must tell her. Theresa says she knows, and it is something she has been waiting to hear. Ethan tells Theresa that he knows she loves him, and now she needs to know if he loves her to? As Pilar listens in, Ethan tells Theresa that he is here to talk to her about their future.
