At the station, Luis learns someone is coming to see him, but he doesn't know who or about what. Outside, Brian and Sheridan show up to drop off the keys. They peer in the window, and Brian points Luis out. Luis' back is to them, and Sheridan says he seems familiar. Brian says she'll get to see him when they go inside. Back inside, Nick Corelli from Private Lives calls and tells Luis that they just got an anonymous tip that Julian has been murdered. Luis says they haven't heard anything, and until he gives them facts, they better not print this story! The reporter says that he can print whatever he wants! Luis takes off, right before Brian and SHeridan go in! They are told to wait for Luis, so they do. On Luis' desk is a photo of Sheridan with Luis, but neither of them see it!
As David develops photos, John talks to him. John is crazy about Grace, who he thinks is his mother. David says she is a lovely woman. John notices that the people in the photos don't look very happy. David says the rich have their own problems. John says the rich are different, except for Ivy Crane, who he thinks is very nice. David warns him to be careful, the rich can get him to sell his soul if he's not careful. John asks if there is something about Ivy he isn't telling him? David says no, there isn't. John then asks if they can go see his mother today. David says sure, he has to bring her some of these pictures anyways. David feels bad about lying to John, and vows to get John out of Harmony somehow.
At the mansion, Gwen thanks Ivy for letting her sleep over. Ivy says her mother lives her now, so why not. Ivy asks how Rebecca is? Gwen says she's still laying down with an ice pack on her head, and she is wondering about Julian. Ivy says there are no telephones in hell! Gwen asks if Julian is dead? Ivy says she doesn't think a body has been found. When Gwen asks about Theresa, Ivy says she hopes she is in hell with Julian! Gwen says she hates Theresa too. When Ivy begins talking about all the things Theresa had done, for example sending the information on Ethan's paternity to the tabloids, Gwen begins to feel bad. Ivy then tells Gwen they should talk about her marriage to Ethan! Ivy says Ethan needs someone who would never hurt him or lie to him, and she is that person. She begs Gwen to go to Ethan and get him back, she won't rest until he is with someone that he can trust completely. Gwen says she will fight for Ethan, and leaves. Ivy says now that Ethan's love life is worked out, she just has to fix her own!
Tabitha and Timmy arrive at the Bennetts just as David and John do. Tabitha talks to Sam about Julian, and the rumors that he is dead. Sam says Julian will probably turn up like the bad penny he is. He also tells her not to believe everything she hears. Tabitha and Timmy leave, and Tabitha can't believe nobody is investigating. Timmy says perhaps Julian really isn't dead. Tabitha says he is dead, she knows that much! Later, David tries to get rid of John by saying that John has to go back to school soon, the next semester starts in a few days. David also says that he is leaving Harmony too. John begs to be allowed to stay, he says he can skip one semester. Suddenly, Ivy shows up! Ivy learns that David wants to leave Harmony, and take John with him. Ivy says "you can't do that!" Sam asks Ivy why she cares? Ivy says she just hates to see John leave after he just met his mom. Suddenly, Luis shows up and tells Sam that the tabloids have news that Julian has been murdered. Sam says they better get back to the station and get to work on this. Later, David talks to Ivy and tells her that he can't do this to John, what if he finds out the truth? Ivy says he won't, and if he leaves well enough alone, John will get the best mother in the world, Grace! Ivy blackmails David into staying, and letting John stay. David then questions Ivy about Julian, and he has a photo of Ivy staring at Julian as if she wanted to kill him!
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald's, Theresa hugs Ethan, who she thinks has come back to him. Ethan breaks away from Theresa, and begins packing his stuff. Ethan tells Theresa that he can't stay here. Theresa thinks he wants to get their own place together, but he says that is not it. Ethan tells her that what she has done has lasting consequences which will never go away. Ethan says she didn't trust him enough to tell him the truth, and he can't forget what she has done. He says that he can't forgive her for the abortion. Theresa tells Ethan that she didn't have the abortion, she couldn't go through with it. Ethan is glad that she didn't get the abortion. Theresa says she kept the baby hoping that they could raise the baby together, because she knew their love was that strong! Gwen shows up and spies on them. She hopes Ethan won't let Theresa sink her hooks into him. Theresa begs Ethan for his forgiveness, and asks if he still loves her? Theresa says she knows he is angry and hurt, but she knows he must still love her. Ethan tells Theresa that he does still love her. However, he says that doesn't change the fact that she lied to him, he can't trust her. Ethan says her lies have destroyed both of their lives. Ethan tells Theresa that their relationship is over.
Tabitha and Timmy head down to the cannery to investigate. Tabitha sees Julian's jacket, and decides to plant it in the vat. Tabitha and Timmy then hide and let the workers discover the jacket! They examine it, and discover the jacket belongs to Julian Crane. They begin to wonder if Julian may have fallen into the vat! Meanwhile, Sam and Luis head back to the station, where Sheridan and Brian are waiting!
Sam and Luis return to the station, and outside Sam wonders if Julian has been murdered. Luis says that it will be a long suspect list. Luis then talks to Sam about Sheridan, and how he keeps feeling her presence near him, though he know she is dead. Sam says he feels the same way about Grace. Luis then asks about this John character, and Sam fills him in. Sam is still suspicious of David. Sam says he won't be unhappy when John and David leave town! Sam feels like there is an evil force out there scheming to bring him and Grace down.
Inside the station, Brian and Sheridan continue to wait for Luis. Brian ends up getting a call from Liz about their plane, which is taking off soon. Brian refuses to wait any longer, so he leaves the keys with one of the other officers along with a note. The minute they leave, Sam and Luis show up. Luis gets the message from his brother, and realize he is leaving. He also gets the odd feeling that Sheridan was just here. Luis then begins to wonder if Sheridan is alive, because he felt Sheridan's presence on the island as well. Luis wonders if Sheridan sailed the boat back, and she is alive and here in Harmony! Luis then runs outside and begins looking for Sheridan, who is on her way to the airport with Brian. Sheridan has another memory of Luis.
At the Bennett', Grace continues to talk to John, who she wishes didn't have to go back to school so soon. Outside, David asks Ivy if she killed Julian or not? Ivy says she couldn't kill Julian in this chair, but David says she could kill a rhino in that chair! Ivy tells David that he better worried about his own problems. SHe orders him to go in there and tell Grace that both he and John will be staying here in Harmony. David is afraid his son will get hurt, but Ivy tells him to stop worrying. David warns her that if he gets anything on her, their little "scheme" is off! Ivy asks if he really thinks he can take John away from his mother now? Ivy orders David to go in t here and tell Grace that they are staying! Ivy and David go inside, and David says they will be staying. John plans to enroll in a local college while in Harmony. Suddenly, everyone hears the news on the radio that Julian is missing, and rumors are circulating that he has been murdered. They begin discuss the possible murder, and David shows her pictures from the party in which everyone was staring at Julian like they wanted to kill him. Grace then recalls Eve wanting to kill Julian, and she worries about her friends.
At the cannery, the workers who have found Julian's coat learn on the radio that Julian is currently missing, and they wonder if he is dead. The workers don't want to get mixed up with this, and agree to forget they found this jacket. Tabitha is not happy to hear this. Tabitha and Timmy end up being caught by the workers, and Tabitha claims she and her grand-nephew were on a special tour of the cannery. Tabitha then notices Julian's jacket and says it looks like the jacket Julian was wearing. She asks how it got here, and why it is shredded? They say they found it that way, so she tells them that thy should report this. They tell her no way, and they suggests she forget all about this! Tabitha refuses and decides to report the jacket herself. Tabitha and Timmy take the jacket to the station and to Sam.
At the Lopez-Fitzgeralds, Ethan tells Theresa that it is over between them. A spying Gwen calls her mom to tells her the good news about Ethan dumping Theresa. Back inside, Ethan tells Theresa that he can't trust her and he never will. Theresa tells Ethan that they still love each other, but he says it is over. When Ethan storms off, and Gwen sees the pain he is in, she begins to feel bad about everything she did to break him and Theresa up. Gwen realizes she is no better than Theresa. Back inside, Pilar comes out to comfort her daughter. Theresa says they have to be able to work through this, but Pilar says this time that might not be possible. Theresa says she lied for the right reasons, but Pilar says the road to hell is often paved with good intentions. Theresa wants to go to Ethan, but Pilar tells her no, accept Ethan's wishes and accept responsibility for her actions. Pilar says now is not the time to go to Ethan. Pilar tells her that she needs to accept the fact that Ethan has ended things with her, and he's not coming back.
Ethan finds Gwen in the park crying, and he asks her what is wrong. Gwen says she is upset because of something she did, and she wishes it had never happened. Ethan asks her what she's talking about? Gwen says she knows he broke up with Theresa, and she is so sorry for what he's going through. Gwen says she has to tell him something, and she tells him that she has done horrible things. She says she prayed for this day, and now it has happened, and she is not happy about it. She says she didn't deserve him then, and she doesn't deserve him now. Gwen says she did some horrible things to him, she betrayed their friendship and he should have nothing to do with him. Ethan tells Gwen that Theresa chose to lie to him, and he doesn't want to talk about Theresa anymore. Ethan wants to be friends with Gwen again, but Gwen says she has to be honest with him if they are going to be friends. Ethan says that is the kind of friend he needs now, and hugs her.
Elsewhere, TC opens a desk drawer and finds a gun. Both TC and Eve think about wanting to kill Julian. Eve doesn't think they should keep a gun in the house, but TC says it is registered. Still, Eve says you never know when someone might get angry and do something horrible. Grace shows up, and is very worried about Eve and TC. Grace tells Eve that Julian is missing, and possibly dead! Eve says a number of people were angry with Julian last night. Grace shows her the photos David took, and she says the looks on their faces scared her. Eve asks her what she's trying to get at? Grace asks her if she knows anything about Julian's disappearance. Suddenly, the news reports that Crane Industries is refusing to report on Julian's whereabouts, adding fuel to the rumors that he met with foul play. Grace asks Eve if she took the gun from the library after she left? Eve lies and says she didn't. When TC sees the photos, he rips them up and says he hopes he burns in hell!
At the station, Tabitha shows Sam the jacket she found at the cannery, and that Julian's name is in the jacket! Tabitha asks if Julian could really be dead? Sam says he doesn't know, and questions Tabitha about how she found this jacket. Tabitha claims Julian promised to meet them there and give them a personal tour, but he wasn't there. She then describes the workers finding the jacket, and how they refused to report it because the Cranes might get mad if the canning process was to be shut down. Sam orders some men to meet him over at the cannery so he can investigate this.
At the Lopez-Fitzgeralds, Pilar tells Theresa that she must leave Ethan alone right now. She tells her that she knows she is hurting, but so is Ethan. Pilar says Ethan needs time to heal. Theresa says she has to find Ethan before someone steals him away from her! Pilar tells her daughter that she has lied and deceived Ethan so many times that she has lost count. Pilar tells Theresa that if she had stopped to think about Ethan's feelings, then none of this would have happened! Whitney shows up to see Theresa, and learns Ethan broke up with her. Whitney tells Theresa about her conversation with Chad, and how he has said he has to move on with his life, with or without her. Theresa tells Whitney that Simone doesn't even know she made that promise, and she urges her to talk to Father Lonigan, he will tell her the same thing. Theresa says she lost her chance at love, so she (Whitney) shouldn't lose hers! Theresa tells her to go to Chad, she shouldn't lose him because of a silly promise! Whitney and Theresa head to the Book Cafe, and Chad sees Whitney outside and wonders if she has changed her mind. Whitney goes inside and sees another girl flirting with Chad, and she chickens out. When Chad sees her leaving, Chad agrees to go skating with the new girl Kelly.
In the park, Gwen tells Ethan that she still has to tell him the things she did to him and Theresa, but Ethan says it doesn't matter because Theresa is the one who lied to him. Gwen decides to go freshen up, because the thinks she probably looks like a mess. She tells him that she's glad they are friends again, and Ethan says he is to. Later, Theresa catches Ethan with Gwen, and is not pleased.
Doc and Liz show up at the boat to pick up Sheridan and Brian for their flight back to the island. Sheridan continues having memory flashes of Luis, and thought that coming to Harmony would have helped her remember. Meanwhile, Luis thinks Sheridan could be alive and in Harmony, and begins searching for her. Luis arrives at the boat, and runs into Liz, not Sheridan. Luis was hoping that the woman who dropped the keys off was his fiancee. Luis gets a call from Sam and asks him to come to the cannery. Luis says he'll be right over, and takes off. Liz begins to wonder once again if Diana/Sheridan is Luis' long lost love. She tries to stop Luis, but is too late. Sheridan and Brian show up, and Liz says Brian's brother was just here. Sheridan tries to run off and find him, and Liz tells Brian that his brother may be Diana/Sheridan's fiance! Brian says that is crazy, nobody has recognized her, so she can't be from Harmony. Sheridan fails to find Luis, and thinks there is nothing here for her after all.
At the cannery, Sam shuts the place down, which worries the workers. They claim they'll find no evidence that Julian fell into the vat, because most of that tuna has been canned and shipped already. As Sam and the others investigate, Tabitha begins swiping some of the tuna cans, which Timmy thinks is disgusting if Julian is in there! Timmy and Tabitha go home, open the tuna, and Tabitha finds Julian's signet ring inside! Tabitha then feeds the tuna to Fluffy.
At the Russell's, TC apologizes for over-reacting to the news that Julian may be dead. He looks at more of the pictures, and notices how Eve is glaring at Julian. Grace suspects one of them was involved with Julian's disappearance, and she understands how hate and rage can cause good people to do things they might regret later on. After Grace leaves, Eve prays for forgivingness, and TC looks at a photo of his dad and says they got their revenge!
Tabitha heads to the station with her can of chopped Julian and his signet ring. She claims the cannery workers gave it to her as a souvenir of their tour last night. Sam tells Luis they better start making a suspect list, and Luis says it's going to include a lot of people they know. They begin making a list, which is very very very long. When Sam adds Theresa to the list, Luis becomes upset and says Theresa would never kill Julian, and neither would his mother. Sam asks Luis if there is something he needs to tell him about the night Julian disappeared? Luis tells him that he should also be a suspect then, and puts his own name down on the board. Sam tells Luis that he might want to hire himself a lawyer! Later, Grace shows up and sees the list of people and is shocked.
In the park, Whitney meets up with Theresa and counsels her about seeing Ethan with Gwen. Theresa asks Whitney about what happened with Chad? Suddenly, Chad and Kelly show up, walking hand in hand! Theresa is shocked, and Whitney says it took Chad thirty seconds to get over her. Chad runs into Ethan, who is shocked to see him with another girl. While Kelly goes to get them skates, Chad tells Ethan that he had Whitney pegged all wrong. Ethan asks him to give her another chance, but Chad says he can't take being rejected over and over again. Still, Ethan says neither of them have done something that can't be fixed. Chad replies "unlike Theresa?" Ethan says he just can't trust her, and he needs that. Kelly returns with some hot chocolate and skates. Meanwhile, Whitney refuses to try and fix things between her and Chad, because there was never anything between them anyways. Later, Theresa sees Ethan leaving with Gwen, and decides to follow them. She screams to Ethan to wait, but Gwen refuses to let Theresa to talk to Ethan. Gwen calls Theresa a slut for allowing Theresa to touch her, and then accuses her of plotting to go after Julian because he is a real Crane. Gwen tells Theresa that she is still the wife of one of the richest men in the world, since her pregnancy invalidated the annulment! Gwen and Theresa go at it, and Gwen doesn't deny that she still loves Ethan and would take him back if he wanted her. She tells Theresa that Ethan would have been much better off without her, he lost everything because of her! Gwen and Ethan go into the book cafe, and Theresa realizes she really has lost Ethan. Back in the park, Whitney tries to talk to Chad, only to find him kissing Kelly!
At the mansion, Rebecca accuses Ivy of tipping off the tabloids about Theresa and Julian. Ivy says that is something she would do, not her. Rebecca tells Ivy not to forget they went to boarding school together, she knows who she is talking to. Ivy tries to get Rebecca all riled up about her having nothing, but Rebecca refuses to stoop to Ivy's level. Rebecca and Ivy finally agree on one thing, that Gwen and Ethan are back together, so it seems. When Rebecca and Ivy toast to getting rid of Theresa, Pilar walks in and demands to know what they have done to her daughter! Ivy says she hasn't done a thing, Theresa brought all of this upon herself. Pilar says she does not condone what Theresa has done, but very few people knew about her situation, and she is the only one that would have done anything against her. Pilar warns Ivy that if she found out she had anything to do with what happened to Theresa, she will get behind her wheelchair and push her over a cliff! Later, after some news interruptions, Pilar tells Ivy and Rebecca that it appears Julian has been murdered.
On the plane, Sheridan has another sleepwalking incident, and she keeps saying she did it, it is all her fault! Meanwhile, Tabitha peers into a bowl to look at the suspects, and Sheridan's face appears.
At the Bennett's, Kay continues to plot having Miguel all to herself. Kay asks Zombie what it is like being a zombie? Charity says the book says it all, but Kay wants to know what she is like, what gets her juices flowing? Zombie Charity says she loves suffering, and making Miguel suffer makes her happy! Kay says she doesn't want Miguel to suffer. Charity tells Kay it is a done deal, she took the love of his life away and he is suffering! Kay says that Charity is the one causing him pain, she is a nut job and a wacko! She is doing Miguel a favor by saving him from a lifetime of lunacy with Charity, but he will be happier with her eventually. Zombie Charity says whatever, what is it they say, no pain no gain? Later, Miguel and Reese show up, and Miguel says he was just at the cave where they played hide and seek near, and he knows why Charity has been acting so odd. When Kay hears this, she drops the glass she is holding!
At the station, Grace says some of the people on his suspect list are their friends. Sam just hopes anyone with information comes forward voluntarily, or this case may turn ugly. Around Harmony, all the suspects think that Julian got what he deserved, but who really killed him? Grace ends up dropping David's pictures, and Sam sees them and notices how angry Eve and TC look. Grace says she know, and she tried to talk to them about it. She says that Eve and TC acted like she was crazy for suspecting them. Sam hopes to God the killer is someone else, someone he doesn't know. Suddenly, Tabitha shows up just as Grace and Sam are talking about evil. Tabitha hopes she isn't a suspect, and Sam says she isn't. Sam decides to start interviewing suspects, so he and Luis leave. Tabitha offers Grace a muffin, but she says she is too upset to eat. Grace goes out for air, and Tabitha says she managed to get revenge on the Cranes and the Standish women all in one day!
At the Book Cafe, Ethan tells Gwen about a new job interview he has, and she congratulates him. Outside, Theresa realizes she has done this to herself. However, then she realizes this isn't all her fault, Julian took advantage of her, and now Gwen is taking advantage of the situation to get Ethan back. Theresa decides to get her own revenge on Rebecca and Ivy for what they have done to her! Back in the Book Cafe, Ethan meets with Mr. Maddox, who is very impressed with him. Ethan gets the job, but then learns that Gwen recommended him for the job. Ethan ends up turning the job down, because he didn't get the job on his own. Maddox tells Ethan that if he ever changes his mind, he'll have an office waiting for him. Gwen apologizes to Ethan, she didn't know she was doing anything wrong. Ethan says he knows she didn't mean any harm. Gwen says she just wants to be his friend, and Ethan says right now he only wants a friend, nothing more. Gwen says she understands.
Theresa arrives at the mansion and finds Rebecca and Ivy toasting to Ethan and Gwen! Theresa bursts into the mansion and damns them both! Rebecca and Ivy tell her to get out, but Theresa refuses, and smashes their glasses. Pilar shows up to try and calm Theresa down, but Theresa says she heard Ivy and Rebecca celebrating the reunion of Ethan and Gwen. Theresa accuses them of being puppeteers, pulling strings to make what they want happen. Theresa then accuses Rebecca of sending the letter to the tabloid, and Ivy of exposing her pregnancy to the tabloids. Rebecca and Ivy fight over who is Mrs. Crane so they can throw Theresa out. Theresa tells them that she is the one and only Mrs. Crane, so shut up and listen up! Theresa tells Rebecca and Ivy that from now on, their lives will never be the same. Rebecca realizes Theresa is right, she is Mrs. Crane. Theresa says yes, and Gwen is the one who clued her in! Theresa says she is still MRs. Crane, and is still pregnant with Julian's child. Pilar is glad to hear Theresa did not have the abortion. Ivy can't believe this is happening. Theresa says believe it, she is pregnant with the Crane heir. Theresa tells them to watch Mama Crane play dirty! Luis and Sam show up and hear the girls arguing, and break up the argument. Luis learns that Theresa is still pregnant, and she is planning to give her baby everything it deserves! Ivy decides to call Alistair and have him take care of Theresa, but Sam says enough! Sam and Luis tell them that they are here to investigate Julian's murder. Theresa accuses Ivy and Rebecca of doing the deed! Sam tells Theresa to relax, and they just want to know where they all were last night. Ivy and Rebecca also accuse Pilar and Theresa of wanting to kill Julian too. Pilar remembers that Rebecca dress smelled of fish, and Rebecca says Ivy's wheelchair was leaving a trail of fishguts last night! Sam tells them all to shut up, he will question them all, and no one will get preferential treatment, not even Luis and Ethan.
On the plane, Sheridan is sleepwalking and is saying she took everything away from him, he got what he deserved! Doc thinks she may be reliving an event, something she did that is eating away at her. Sheridan says that it is done, he has paid for all his crimes, he is dead! The stewardess wants to call the police, but Liz claims she is just preparing for a part on a soap! The stewardess buys the excuse. Brian manages to get Sheridan to sit down, and she falls back asleep, but he can tell her dreams are still upsetting her. Brian tells Liz how much he loves her, and Liz says she's always known she was the one for him. Brian tells Liz that what they had was special, but they were both younger then. Later, Doc tells Liz if Sheridan's lover is alive and thinks she is dead, and she finds him, she could have Brian back!
