At the Russell's, Chad asks Eve why she called him Julian? Meanwhile, Sam talks to TC. TC still blames Chad for getting Whitney drunk, and vows to make him pay for what he did to Whitney. Suddenly, TC and Sam walk into Whitney's room, and TC is not happy to find Chad there. TC demands to know why Chad is here, what is he up to, and begins to attack him again. Simone walks in and defends Chad, and says Chad has been nothing but nice to them. TC says Chad just conned them into trusting them so that he could get close to Whitney. TC says Chad is nothing but a punk from the streets of LA who conned them all. Chad can't believe this, and Whitney finally snaps too. Whitney asks what is going on? Eve explains what is going on, and that Chad was going to hurt her. Whitney refuses to believe Chad would hurt her. TC asks Whitney what happened at the youth center, why did she lose control? Whitney can't remember anything, and TC tells Chad to get out of his house and never show his face here again. Chad leaves, and Whitney asks Simone what happened tonight? Simone tells Whitney to forget it, and accuses her of turning mom and dad against her boyfriend. Meanwhile, Sam asks Grace about the connection between Julian and Eve? Grace tells him that she can't tell him, but Sam thinks it will eventually come out in the murder investigation. Elsewhere, TC wonders the same thing, but thinks that she just must have been thinking about what Julian did to Theresa and comparing him to Chad.
In the woods, Charity tells Miguel that she is tired and wants to go home, but Miguel demands to know what is going on with her. Miguel tells her that it is like she is a totally different person. Kay tells Miguel that they should just leave Charity alone. Zombie Charity then accuses Kay of being after Miguel, which Miguel doesn't believe. Zombie Charity says that Kay has been after him for months, and she is pathetic chasing after someone who doesn't love her. Kay runs off in tears, and Miguel doesn't understand how she could be so cruel. Suddenly, Miguel hears the real Charity calling to him from in the cave. Miguel wonders what is going on. Charity says she just threw her voice again, and he keeps falling for it! Miguel leaves to find Kay, and the Zombie goes back into the cave. Kay walks through the woods, and realizes she's going to have to free the real Charity and tell Miguel everything. Miguel shows up, and asks Kay what she needs to tell them? Kay tries to tell him the truth, but Miguel thinks it is about what she said and interrupts her. He tells her that he's sorry Charity hurt her, and not to excuse what she is done.
In the cave, the block of ice continues to melt as Tabitha and Timmy watch. Charity begins mumbling Miguel's name. Charity begins to wake up, so Tabitha and Timmy hide behind her so she can't see them. Tabitha ends up muzzling Charity, who continues to thaw. The zombie shows up, and Charity fully thaws out. Charity sees Tabitha and Timmy, and asks what is going on? Charity then turns around and sees her double. Charity says she knows who she is and what she is up to!
In the cave, Charity sees Tabitha and Timmy, and then the zombie. Charity tells the zombie that she knows who she is and what she is up to! Charity says she remembers everything, and what she has done to her. She accuses the zombie of trying to tear her and Miguel apart, and she won't let her get away with this. Timmy cheers Charity on, telling her to go get her! Charity realizes the zombie is pure evil, and is out to destroy everyone in Harmony, she sees it all! The zombie congratulates her for catching on so quickly. Charity then accuses Tabitha of being a witch and being behind this all, and she wonders why Timmy is alive. Charity asks Tabitha if she has any idea the hell she has unleashed? Tabitha says she is on the zombie's side actually. Charity vows to stop her, but the Zombie says good and love won't conquer evil this time! Zombie challenges her to bring it on, and begins zapping Charity. Charity goes down, and Timmy runs to help her. Timmy tells her that the angle girl told him that their lives were connected, and he tries to call the angel girl for help, but Tabitha stops him. Charity gets back up and decides to call on true love to battle her, and the power of love will win! Charity calls out to Miguel, and Tabitha asks the Zombie to do something. The zombie says she has everything under control, she is just letting Charity think she has hope, which she doesn't. Zombie pretends to be getting weaker, but Charity doesn't fall for her tricks. The Zombie then summons the powers of darkness and begins to refreeze Charity. Once again Charity is encased in a block of ice. Later, Timmy realizes that Charity is crying from within the ice, because the water dripping from the block of ice is salty. The zombie says Charity is crying because she knows what is coming to for the people of Harmony!
Ethan and Gwen are out together, and Ethan thanks Gwen for helping him try and move on. They decide to head to the mansion to check on their mothers. At the mansion, Ivy is searching for her pain pills, which Rebecca has. Ivy begs for her pills, but Rebecca says she wouldn't be a friend if she let her over-medicate herself. She also taunts Ivy with the fact that her plot to break up Sam and Grace is about to blow up in her face, and she wants her to feel every bit of pain that is coming her way! Ivy and Rebecca soon begin arguing over which one of them killed Julian. Ivy then says even if she does wiggle out of the murder charge, she has other things on her. Ivy then accuses her of being behind the letter being sent to the tabloid in order to try and get Gwen back together with Ethan. Rebecca denies Ivy's accusation, so Ivy threatens to tell Ethan! Rebecca one ups her and says she will just tell Ethan how the tabloids found out Theresa was pregnant with Julian's child! Ivy says she has no proof of that! Suddenly, Ethan and Gwen walk in! They ask what is going on here? Rebecca and Ivy claim they were just arguing about Ivy's pain medication. Ivy says she wanted more, but Rebecca wasn't letting her have any more because she was concerned she was over-medicating herself. Ethan leaves to get them all some tea, and Gwen demands to know what they are really up to? Rebecca and Ivy say nothing, and then urge Gwen to push Ethan for a relationship. Gwen says no, she loves Ethan but is not going to scheme to get him. Ethan returns with tea, and suddenly Theresa walks in and asks them where Theresa is, what have they done to her! Ethan asks her what she is talking about? Pilar says Theresa is so unhappy and depressed that she is thinking of taking her own life! Rebecca and Ivy think this is just another scheme, so Pilar tells them to shut their mouths! Pilar asks if she came here, and Ivy says no, why would she? Pilar says she would have come here because they are the ones who set her up in the tabloids, and now she believes she has to take her own life! Ethan asks his mother if this is true, is she responsible for the tabloids finding out Theresa was pregnant? Ivy doesn't answer, and Ethan tries to call Theresa's cell, but she doesn't answer. Rebecca still thinks this is a trick, and Ethan once again asks Ivy if she exposed Theresa to the papers? Ivy says none of this is her fault, and Ethan hopes for Ivy and Rebecca's sake they didn't do any of these things. Pilar accuses them of driving her baby to despair, and if she takes her life it will be on their heads! Ethan assures Pilar that they will find her, and they leave. Ivy then tells Rebecca that if Theresa does kill herself, it will be one less problem they have to deal with. Rebecca agrees, and if Theresa and her baby die, there will only be two MRs. Cranes left!
At the Lopez-Fitzgeralds, Pilar returns to discover Theresa is gone, and she fears her daughter may try and kill herself. At the pier, Theresa climbs onto the railing and contemplates jumping into the river. Theresa says she has lost everything, she has no reason to live. Theresa even thinks about her mother telling Gwen, Ethan, Rebecca, and Ivy the news about her death, but in her vision none of them care at all. Theresa thinks nobody cares if she lives or dies, and as she is about to jump, Miguel and Kay show up. They ask her what she is doing? She claims she was just looking out at the water and dropped her scarf, so she was looking for it. Theresa's phone begins ringing, and she sees it is Ivy Crane calling so she decides not to answer because she thinks she is just calling to pour more salt in her wounds. Miguel asks Theresa to come home with him and Kay, but Theresa claims she wants to be alone with herself a little while longer. Despite his better judgement, Miguel leaves Theresa alone. Theresa hugs Miguel and says she loves him, mama, and Luis. Miguel and Kay walk off, and suddenly Miguel hears Charity screaming his name. However, when he stops hearing her call him, he thinks it was just wishful thinking. Back on the pier, Theresa jumps into the river!
Grace and Sam return home, and Grace realizes they have to talk to John soon about the DNA tests. Grace doesn't know if she wants to put him through all this turmoil right now. She also doesn't want to face the possibility of TC's theories being right, and losing another son. As they discuss the test, John shows up with David and asks what kind of test he has to take? John asks what is going on here? Sam says they are just taking precautions. Grace tells Sam that she'll tell John, and she says that there have been questions raised if whether or not his father is being honest and if he is really her son or not. John thinks this is crazy, he refuses to believe his father would lie about this. He asks Grace if she trusts him, if she doesn't believe him? He says he and his father would never do this to her. Suddenly, Sam gets a call from Kay about Theresa, and they all head down to the wharf.
In the cave, Zombie tells Timmy and Tabitha that nobody will survive her evil wrath! The zombie then uses the ice block as a crystal ball to check in on what is going around town. The zombie decides to go out and have fun, and leaves Tabitha and Timmy alone in the cave, watching what is going on in the ice crystal. They watch Theresa go to hell, and Timmy feels bad for her. Tabitha says that this is all Theresa's fault for lying to Ethan, sleeping with Julian, and killing herself. Later, Tabitha realizes what the powers of darkness are up to, and it frightens even her!
At the mansion, Ivy and Rebecca begin to get into the idea of Theresa being dead. They pour some champagne, and toast to Theresa burning in hell! Later they discuss who the real Mrs. Crane is. Ivy thinks she has a better chance at getting the Crane Estate than Rebecca does, but Rebecca warns Ivy to back off and acknowledge her as the only Mrs. Crane or she'll expose her plot to break up Sam and Grace! Ivy says nobody will believe her, but Rebecca says Ethan will, and that is all that matter, because he will hate her! She says Ethan may even think she set Theresa up, and pushed her to committing suicide! Rebecca asks Ivy if she is willing to risk the love of her son? All she has to do is say one little word and she loses Sam, Ethan, and the Crane fortune! Rebecca warns Ivy to back off, or she'll take it all away from her. As they bicker, Ivy gets a call from Sam about Theresa, and how Ethan has jumped into the water after her.
Theresa jumps into the river, and slowly begins to sink. Meanwhile, Pilar and Ethan run around looking for THeresa. Pilar says committing suicide is a mortal sin, and she will burn in hell for this! Back in the water, Julian calls to Theresa and urges her to come to him! Theresa ends up in hell, begging God to help her. Satan shows up, and Theresa is wheeled into hell in a chariot pulled by some wraiths. Hell ends up looking a lot like the Crane Mansion, only in red, and with bad lounge music. Theresa meets up with Hitler, Mussolini, John Wilkes Boothe, and other evil villains. Theresa doesn't understand why they aren't suffering? They tell her it is because they are the honored guests here in hell, and she is only here because she has friends in high places. Satan shows up, and eventually morphs into Julian Crane! Theresa tries to attack Julian, and he morphs back into a demon and tells her blaming him won't solve her problems, but listening might! Julian turns back into himself, and tells her that she could have had Ethan if she had thought and acted like a Crane. Theresa asks what she could have done differently? Julian tells Theresa there might be a way to return her to life, and get her everything she ever wanted. Julian tells Theresa to listen to him carefully!
Back on the docks, Pilar, Ethan, and Gwen run into Miguel and Kay and tell her what is going on with Theresa. Miguel refuses to believe Theresa would kill herself, but then he remembers her on the ledge of the pier earlier. Everyone goes to the pier, and Miguel blames Ethan for all of this. He calls him selfish, and as they argue, Pilar and Gwen stop them and say they need to look for Theresa. They run into two women, who just called 911 after they saw a girl fitting the description of the woman they describe as Theresa jumping into the water. Ethan, without thinking, jumps into the water to look for Theresa. Kay calls her dad and tells him about Theresa.
Down in hell, Julian tells Theresa there is a way for her to get Ethan back and get revenge on Ivy and Rebecca. Theresa asks what she has to do, but then realizes she can't make a deal with him. Julian says if she doesn't take his deal, she stays in hell forever. When Julian starts talking about how Ethan will end up with Gwen if she stays in hell, Theresa says she'll do it! Julian snaps his finger, and a contract appears in his hands. He then pricks her finger and squeezes some blood into an ink well and tells her to sign away! Theresa signs it, and hopes she doesn't have to do anything bad. Julian says her to stop whining and listen to what he wants her to do! Julian whispers something in Theresa's ear, and she refuses to do that! Theresa refuses to get Ethan through lies and manipulations, she wants a relationship based on honesty and truth. Julian says her relationship with him before was never based on that, and he continues to tell her his plan. Theresa says she could never do anything so evil, but Julian says they have a deal and she can't back out. Theresa says too many people will be hurt, but Julian says Ivy and Rebecca don't care about her! Suddenly an alarm goes off, and Julian says she only has a few seconds before her human body is beyond hope. He tells her to make up her mind, spend eternity down here, or go back and carry out his plan. Theresa tells Julian that she'll do it, she'll carry out his plan. Theresa is then dragged back to earth by the wraiths.
At the pier, everyone arrives and Miguel jumps into the water to help look for Theresa, who has sank to the bottom of the sea. Sam jumps in and demands Ethan and Miguel get out, but they refuse. The police and fire department show up, and divers are on the way. Ethan finally finds Theresa, and brings her up. The rescue team begins working on Theresa, who is still and lifeless. They announce that it is too late, she was in the water too long. Ethan refuses to give up and starts CPR on her. Much to Rebecca and Ivy's disappointment, Ethan brings Theresa back, so he thinks Pilar thanks him, and Theresa says she came back to be with him. Ethan tells her not to say that, nothing has changed.
In the cave, Tabitha and Timmy continue to watch what is going on in the ice crystal. Tabitha says Theresa has committed mind, body, and soul to the darkside, she gets Ethan, and Harmony gets hell on earth! Tabitha just hopes his plan does not involve them. Suddenly Julian appears and tells her of course it involves her, in a very big way! Julian wants Tabitha to make sure Theresa carries out his mission in Harmony. Julian then transforms into the Zombie Charity and says she owes her! Tabitha is shocked that she was Julian, and Zombie Charity tells Tabitha that she is as dumb as Theresa, and it was a piece of cake fooling her! Charity then warns Tabitha not to double cross her, and zaps her out of the cave.
Back on the pier, Kay runs into the Charity and tries to put her in her place, but CHarity tells her not to order her around! Charity then threatens to go to Miguel and say she is sorry, and then sleep with him! Kay says she can't do that! Charity tells her to keep her mouth shut then, she'll get Miguel and she (Charity) will get what she wants. Charity also tells her to stop praying, because nobody is listening to her! Charity says this is not a game, no matter what she thinks! Kay wonders what she has done, she has created a monster! Meanwhile, Miguel tells Theresa that he's sorry Ethan hurt her, but she tells him not to worry about her, she'll be all right, in fact she's never been better! Theresa glares at Ivy, who begins to worry! Theresa tells herself that soon Ethan will be hers.
At the Russell's, Eve continues worrying about Whitney. TC says with Chad gone they don't have to worry about her getting mixed up in the club scene, drugs, and having sex like a tramp. Eve thinks about her own past, Meanwhile, Whitney wakes up and still can't remember last night. She is woozy, like she is hung over, and begins remembering bits and pieces of last night. Whitney goes down to breakfast where Simone treats her like crap, and her mother demands to know what happened last night. Whitney says she doesn't remember. Eve asks Whitney if she drank or took drugs last night? Whitney says of course not! TC asks if Chad could have drugged her? Simone says Chad is not to blame for Whitney acting like trash! Whitney says she doesn't remember what happened. They ask her about her singing, and where that came from? Whitney says she doesn't know how she got that talent. Whitney asks why she is so fixated on her singing after everything else she did last night. Eve says she just didn't know that she could sing like that. Whitney says she never sang because she felt it bothered her, and Simone says she feels the same way. Whitney and Simone both say that they are good girls and don't do drugs. Eve says she may not have willingly done the drugs, and this things happen to good girls all the time, good girls can be lured into the drug scene thinking they can handle it. Eve goes off about how they could end up pregnant and alone, and she won't let that happen to her. The phone rings, and Eve answers it. It is the hospital with Whitney's drug test. She announces that Whitney had drugs in her system last night. Whitney is shocked, and Simone cracks a smile! Whitney swears she didn't take the drugs, and TC thinks Chad did this . Simone says Chad wouldn't do this, and Whitney also believes Chad wouldn't hurt her. TC says Chad did this to her, he is a punk from the street who wanted nothing but to take advantage of her. TC says all the other kids at the dance were from Harmony high, and the junkies weren't there. TC says Chad is the only one who knows junkies, since he is from the streets of LA. Eve agrees, and she tells Whitney and Simone to stay away from Chad from now on. Whitney says CHad didn't do this, and she probably picked up someone else's drink. TC tells them to listen to her mother and follow her example. TC praises Eve's good, clean, respectable life, and he says he wants them to be perfect like their mother. Later, Simone tells Whitney that she hates her because she's ruined things for her and Chad! When Whitney is finally alone, Chad shows up to see her!
At Tabitha's, Zombie Charity looks in Tabitha's crystal ball to see what Theresa, hell's newest little helper, is up to. Charity admits that she didn't really sign a real contract, she just fooled her into thinking she did, and that is all she needs from her. Charity morphs into Julian, and then disappears like Jennie, with a head bop.
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Theresa continues to have nightmares about hell, and the deal she made. Theresa wakes up, and wonders if it was a nightmare or not. Theresa sees a prick on her finger, and realizes it was real. She screams, and Pilar shows up and asks what is wrong. Theresa tells her mom that last night she went to hell, and Julian was there! Pilar asks what Julian said to her? Theresa decides to keep quiet about the pact and just hope she gets Ethan back another way. Theresa says she doesn't recall exactly, but it frightened her. Pilar hopes Theresa will never try suicide again. Theresa says she won't, it was wrong and stupid. Pilar then tells Theresa that she knows how much she loves Ethan, but she has to let him go. Later Pilar leaves to make Theresa some breakfast, and "Julian" appears to Theresa in the mirror. He tells her to do what he told her, and she'll get Ethan back. Theresa refuses to go along with his plan, and ends up shattering her mirror! Julian still appears in her cracked mirror, and says the only way to get Ethan back is to follow his plan. Later, Pilar talks with Theresa and tells her that she doesn't know what happened in hell, but she hopes she follows God's plan for her. Suddenly, Ethan shows up to check on Theresa, and she ponders what to do, be good or evil? Theresa answers the door, and Ethan says he was hoping they could talk.
