Downstairs, Kay, who looks like Charity, makes out with Miguel. Miguel thinks she must feeling better. Kay says she does, she feels like a whole new person! Tabitha and Timmy spy on the two of them, and Tabitha thinks they will get a reprieve from their friends in the basement for this one. Kay plans to make love to Miguel. Miguel notices that her kisses are way more intense. Kay tells Miguel that she just feels now she can finally show him how much she loves him, and they continue kissing. Kay then begins talking about babies, and how wonderful they can be. Miguel says he loves babies, and can't wait until they are married and can afford to have one. Kay tells Miguel that a baby bonds two people together forever. Miguel decides they need to slow down, and takes the dirty ice cream dishes to the kitchen. Suddenly, Kay hears the real Charity and her mom talking, and realizes she has to turn herself back into Kay fast! She begins flipping through the book to find a spell.
Ethan decides to head to the mansion to see how Theresa is, and to get the annulment papers singed. Luis decides to stay behind in the gazeboo. Later, Beth shows up to check on Luis and how he is doing. Luis says he still can't get over Julian taking advantage of Theresa. Luis then begins to think about Sheridan, and how much he loves and misses her. He wonders why he felt so close to her on that island.
Up at the mansion, Eve tells Theresa that the new test indicates that Theresa is pregnant. Theresa can't believe she is pregnant with Julian's baby. She thinks her life is over, and that she will lose Ethan forever! Eve damns Julian for doing this again, and tells Theresa that she will have to tell Ethan. Theresa says she can't do that, Ethan will know she lied to him again and he will break up with her for good. Eve says Ethan will be angry, but his fury will be directed towards Julian. Theresa says that is even worse, Ethan and Luis will kill Julian for sure when they learn this. Eve says there is no way she can lie to Ethan about the paternity if it is Julian's child. Theresa, however, says she cannot tell Ethan the truth. Eve says she will start showing eventually, Ethan will find out one way or another. Suddenly, Ethan shows up and asks what it is she has to tell him? Ethan notices that Theresa is crying, and asks if she is sick? He says whatever is wrong she can tell him, and they can get through this. Eve covers and says that Theresa's blood pressure just dropped, that is all. Ethan, however, thinks he knows what is going on. He sees a note Eve wrote about Theresa being on birth control, and thinks that is why she must have fainted. Ethan thinks if it is making her sick, they should try something else. Eve says it isn't the pill. Ethan is glad, and he says he can't wait until they have a baby. However, he is glad that there will not be a drop of Crane blood in his or Theresa's children. Ethan suggests they sign the annulment papers now. Theresa says okay, she just needs to freshen up. Ethan leaves, and Theresa realizes that there is no way Ethan will accept that she is pregnant with Julian's baby.
On the islands, Liz wonders about Brain's connection to Harmony. Sheridan/Diana insists she sail with Brian to Harmony, but Liz says that Brian has decided he doesn't want to go anymore. Sheridan asks him why he has changed his mind? Is there something or someone in Harmony he is avoiding? Brian says no, he just didn't want to leave her behind for so long. Sheridan/Diana says she wants to go now, but Brian still refuses. Later, Liz tells Brian that if he ever wants to talk about Harmony, she's here to listen. Brian says there is nothing to talk about. Liz knows he is hiding something, and she admits to herself that she is too. Brian eventually agrees to sail to Harmony with Sheridan.
At the mansion, Ethan finds Luis, who is still at the gazebo and thinking of Sheridan. Elsewhere, Theresa doesn't know how she is going to face Ethan now. Eve begins to realize something is wrong, and opens to door to find Ivy spying on them! Eve asks how much she has heard? Ivy says enough, she has heard that Theresa has done something that will separate her and Ethan forever! Eve tells Ivy that she is wrong, and shows her out. Ivy knows Eve is lying, and says that she will stop this wedding. Theresa thanks Eve for not telling Ivy the truth, but she still doesn't know how she will get through this. Eve tells Theresa that she has to put her baby first, she must think about the baby before herself. Theresa says she understands. Eve tells Theresa that she's going to have to tell Julian and Ethan that she is carrying Julian's child. Theresa, however, thinks she can pass this baby off as Ethan's. Eve begs Theresa not to make the same mistake Ivy has made. Theresa asks Eve if she has ever kept a secret because she knew if it came out it would hurt people. Eve says she does know what it is like to keep a secret ones whole life, and the feeling of wishing you could unburden yourself of it. Theresa asks if she is saying she has a baby she never told anyone about? Eve says no, she was speaking of a patient of hers. Eve says that she must tell Ethan and Julian the truth.
Meanwhile, everyone begins gathering for the signing of the annulment papers. Everyone wonders what is keeping Theresa. Harper tells Julian that perhaps she is pregnant! Later, Ivy tells Pilar and Sam that Theresa does have a secret, and Eve knows what it is but is lying for Theresa now. Sam asks why Eve would do that, and Ivy says because Eve is a big of liar as Theresa is. Sam becomes furious and tells Ivy to stop this now! Luis shows up, but Sam and Pilar convince him to leave because he might do something that will cost him his career, or freedom. Luis leaves, and Theresa shows up. Theresa and Julian get ready to sign the papers, but Ivy tells Ethan that she knows now that Theresa has another secret! Ethan doesn't believe her, and the signing continues. Theresa says she doesn't want any money, and Ethan only demands an apology, which Julian gives her. Ethan comes to a question that must be asked, but he doesn't want to ask it because he knows the answer. Ivy makes him ask it, so Ethan says if there was intimacy, which he knows there wasn't, and Theresa happened to become pregnant with Julian's child, then there would be problems with granting the annulment. However, Ethan knows Theresa isn't pregnant. Ethan says she needs to tell them that she's not pregnant as a formality. Theresa chokes up, and everyone waits for her to say she is not pregnant.
On the island, Sheridan is glad Brian is going to Harmony with her. Sheridan/Diana feels that this trip is going to change her life. Brian secretly hopes the change will have to do to him. Sheridan then has a flash of the man she loves in a gazebo. Later, Luis calls Liz, but Sheridan answers the phone. The connection is bad, so Sheridan hands the phone to Liz. Liz fixes the phone, and talks to Luis. Luis apologizes for having to run out like he did, but he says he had family troubles. Liz says that Brian and Diana are going to be bringing the boat to Harmony, and they seem to know of the place. Luis asks if they were ever here, he may know them. Liz says neither of them remember being in Harmony, but they may have past through as tourists. Meanwhile, Sheridan recognizes something familiar about the man's voice on the phone, and decides she wants to talk to him again.
At the mansion, Ethan asks Theresa if she is pregnant? Theresa faints, and Ethan thinks it is because of the stress she is under. Harper tells Julian to look at the guilt on her face, Theresa could be pregnant! Eve attends to Theresa as Ivy tries to convince Sam that Theresa is lying to Ethan again. Sam says all he sees is a girl under and enormous strain. Luis shows up and catches Julian with a picture of Sheridan, and yells at him. He tells Julian it is his fault that Sheridan is dead, and to stay away from Theresa. Meanwhile, Pilar sees the looks between Eve and Theresa and wonders if Theresa is keeping another secret. Theresa and Julian eventually sign the papers.
Later, at the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, everyone celebrates the annulment. Toasts are proposed, and as Theresa is going to drink, Eve tells her that she can't drink! When Ethan asks why, Eve says because of her fainting spells earlier. Suddenly, Ivy crashes the party under the guise of wanting to apologize to Theresa for all that has happened between them. Meanwhile, up in her room, Theresa admits to Whitney that she is pregnant with Julian's baby.
Meanwhile, back at the mansion, Pilar finds the pregnancy test and realizes Theresa is carrying Julian's baby. When Julian shows up, Pilar tells him that she will kill him! Julian tells her to calm down, and Pilar realizes that Julian doesn't know Theresa is pregnant. Pilar runs off.
At Tabitha's, Charity runs into the kitchen after seeing Kay disguised as her, and warns Miguel that evil is in the house. They run into Grace, and Charity says she has seen evil disguised as her! As they search, Kay hides behind the sofa. Meanwhile, Tabitha casts a spell to try and help Kay, but it ends up making 3 Charity/Kays appear! Kay multiplies! Charity senses something evil is near the couch, so Grace and Miguel decide to investigate, but Charity begs them not to. They decide to search for Kay, and Sam shows up to help them. As they search, Charity realizes evil Kay is hiding in the closet. She opens the door and comes face to face with herself again.
On the island, Sheridan attempts to talk to the man on the phone, but Luis has hung up by time she grabs it from Liz. Later, June comes into the bar, and Sheridan sees June and says she knows her! June plays dumb, and later learns about Sheridan from Liz. Later, June calls Julian and warns him that Sheridan is alive!
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Ethan thinks things are looking up, Theresa is no longer keeping secrets and his mother has accepted her as her daughter. However, Eve can't help but think Ivy is here to cause more problems. Eve does her best to keep Ivy away from Theresa, but Ivy is determined to find out what is going on.
In her room, Theresa tells Whitney that she is pregnant with Julian's baby! Theresa says she doesn't know how she is going to tell this to Ethan! Whitney asks if she is sure she is pregnant? Theresa says yes, her mother gave her two tests! As they talk, the doorknob to Theresa's room begins to open! Theresa asks Whitney what she should do? Whitney says this time they need to take their time and think about this one, because it will be the end of her and Ethan. Suddenly, Pilar shows up and says it is true! Theresa says yes it is true. Pilar says Julian does not deserve to live, he has ruined her life and taken away her dream of marrying Ethan. Theresa says she can still marry Ethan, but Pilar says no, she cannot keep this from Ethan. Theresa says she will find a way, but Pilar says no, the longer she lies the more stressful it will be for her and the baby. Pilar says that Ethan must be told. Pilar tells Theresa that if she had only listened to her mother and not her own crazy ideas, and she beds Theresa for once to listen to her and tell Ethan. Theresa knows she should tell Ethan the truth, but she says she can't lose him. Pilar says she must tell Ethan the truth, or the pressure could harm her or the baby. Suddenly, Ivy bursts into the room and apologizes if she is interrupting anything. Whitney assures Ivy nothing is going on, but Ivy knows something is going on and she vows to find out what.
Later, Pilar tells Eve that she knows the truth about Theresa. Eve apologizes, but says she couldn't tell her because she promised Theresa. Pilar says she's had it with the secrets and lies, she is going to tell Ethan the truth right now! Eve tries to convince her not to do this now, but Pilar's mind is made up.
Luis continues to wonder about Sheridan and why he felt so close to her on that island. He hears Sheridan calling him, and wonders why.
June calls Julian to warns him that Sheridan is alive! However, Julian won't listen to her, as he thinks she is blackmailing her. Julian hangs up on June right as she tells him that Sheridan is alive. June thinks Julian is a jerk, and says she should tell her everything. Sheridan shows up and asks June if there is something she wants to tell her. June realizes her life would be in jeopardy if she blabbed all, so she tells Sheridan no her phone call didn't have anything to do with her. Sheridan feels bad about eavesdropping, and fixes June a cup of coffee. Sheridan still thinks she knows June, but June says she most have her confused with someone else. Sheridan questions June about a town called Harmony, but June says she's never heard of it. Later, June thinks she should call Julian back, but decides that Julian gets everything he gets!
Luis returns home, and continues to hear Sheridan calling out his name. Luis talks to Chad about how he keeps hearing Sheridan call him. Chad tells Luis that he has to accept that Sheridan is gone. Meanwhile, Pilar decides that she must tell Ethan the truth. Eve tries to talk Pilar out of this decision, but Pilar says she must protect Theresa and that baby from anymore harm, and the only way to do that is to tell the truth! Pilar screams out that she has to do this! Luis shows up and asks what is going on? Ethan and Ivy also wonder what is going on with Pilar. Theresa says she doesn't know. Ethan says that he only saw her this upset at the hospital when she learned about Theresa and Julian being married, but this time she is even more upset, so it must be worse news. Luis asks his mom what is wrong? Before Pilar tells Luis, Eve tells Pilar that she is becoming too upset and takes her to the kitchen to calm down. Eve tries to calm Pilar down, but there is no helping Pilar. She says that Julian has stolen Theresa's innocence, and her dreams for a happy future. Pilar begins to think she wasn't a good enough mother. Eve tells her that she is the best mother she knows, and even though Theresa is wonderful, but she is stubborn and willful. Eve says all they can do is try to protect their children the best they can, and she assures Pilar that this is not her fault. Pilar says her family has been going downhill ever since MArtin disappeared. She says soon after Antonio left, and she had to send Paloma to live with her sister because she couldn't afford to take care of all her children. Pilar just hopes that one day her family will be reunited. Meanwhile, Luis talks to others, who wonder if this could have to do with Antonio? Luis says no, and as far as he is concerned, he is no longer part of this family because he ran out on them. Besides, Luis doubts they'll ever hear from him again. Ivy corners Theresa and begins badgering her about all her lies, and how they don't seem to affect her at all, it is her mother and Ethan who end up getting hurt! Ivy knows Theresa is hiding something, and it seems that her mother intends to tell Ethan. Ivy says soon Ethan will know that she has been right about her all along. Later, Luis goes to check on Pilar, and tells her that everyone is very worried about her. He tells her that whatever has her upset she should tell them and get it off her chest. Pilar says that it is time to do just that. Pilar gathers everyone together, and assures them that she is feeling a little better. Theresa tries to convince her mom to lay down and rest a bit more, but Pilar refuses and says she has to do this.
On the island, Sheridan/Diana is happy to be going to Harmony. Sheridan thanks Brian for agreeing to go to Harmony, because she thinks if she sees the town she might remember something. She asks him when they leave, and Brian becomes upset and says he doesn't know! Sheridan apologizes for pushing so hard, and he apologizes for snapping. She asks him if he has changed his mind again? Brian says he doesn't know, and Sheridan thinks she knows why he doesn't want to go to Harmony. Sheridan thinks that Brian is just concerned how she will react when they are out at sea for so long, and she assures that she is fine now. Brian isn't sure, so Sheridan suggests they take a trial run. Later, Brian logs onto the computer and looks up the latest events in Harmony. He looks at pictures of Luis, and of Theresa and Ethan's engagement party. Sheridan walks in on Brian, and exclaims "Oh my goodness, I remember!"
Doc talks to Liz about her, and Brian. Liz says she doesn't know why Brian doesn't want to go to Harmony, but she thinks there is something or someone in Harmony that he does not want to face. Doc thinks maybe she's making too much out of this, maybe he's just worried about the weather. Liz says no, this is something more.
