At Tabitha's house, Tabitha lays on the couch as Timmy calls up a store to have some MarTimmy ingredients delivered to him. The person on the other end doesn't want to deliver the goods because Tabitha and Timmy are behind with their bills, so he tells the person how his book is being published and is holding a check for a large amount of money. Tabitha hangs up the phone and scolds Timmy. Timmy is fed up with Tabitha and tells her that this check is the answer to all their problems. Tabitha, who is now looking out the window, tells Timmy that they'll never be able to enjoy that money if Charity and Miguel make love. Tabitha gets a terrible feeling that something is going on at the Bennett house, something that could lead to her demise. Tabitha says they must go over to the Bennett's, but Timmy wants to go deposit their check. Tabitha tells him that they can't keep that check because the book won't be published. As Hecuba scolds Timmy, Tabitha smells sulphur coming from the Bennett house, so she tells him that they must go over their right away.

Charity once again begins to sense evil is close. Meanwhile, Kay goes into the kitchen and continues to argue with Hecuba about her soul. Suddenly, Charity walks in and tells Kay that she knows why she can't get into the Christmas spirit, she knows the truth! Charity thinks that Kay is missing Noah and is wishing he was here to celebrate Christmas with her. Kay says that is it exactly. Grace returns, along with Pilar and Theresa, and Tabitha and Timmy spy on the family and learn about Hank and Eve being held hostage. Suddenly, Grace and Charity are both hit with very bad feelings. Tabitha thinks that Sam must be as good as dead if Charity and Grace are sensing bad things. Everyone decides to pray, but Kay is unable to pray because she lacks a soul. Tabitha wonders why Kay isn't praying? Timmy thinks maybe she is taking a bathroom break, but Tabitha doubts that. Tabitha decides to go inside and keep everyone busy while he goes up to Kay's room to see what she is up to. Timmy says he's tired of doing the dirty work, but agrees to go when he is threatened with facing the friends in the basement. Tabitha goes inside, and she talks with Pilar and Grace about what is going on. Meanwhile, Theresa tells Miguel how worried she is about Ethan, and how she told God that she'd even stop loving Ethan and give him up forever if he would bring him back alive. Charity hears this and tells Theresa that she doesn't have to make bargains with God, he loves them and will take care of them. Later, Tabitha realizes she needs to give Timmy some more time, so she offers to read everyone's tea leaves. Pilar says the church is against such things, but Theresa thinks it will be fun. Grace also objects, but Tabitha says it is just a harmless parlor game. Tabitha looks at Theresa's leaves and sees her crying. She then sees the entire town of Harmony crying, and they are all in a church. Theresa fears they are at a funeral, Pilar and Grace think this is just making things worse, but Tabitha says it isn't a funeral, and the men will all return. Grace asks "what about Eve?" Tabitha says she can't quite make out what is going on with Eve. Grace worries, but Theresa is sure Eve will be okay. Theresa then asks Tabitha why they are in church? Tabitha says they are at a wedding! Theresa thinks she is going to marry Ethan. Pilar points out that Ethan could marry Gwen, but Theresa knows she will marry Ethan. Tabitha continues to study the leaves and tells Theresa that she'll be able to tell her very soon.
Upstairs, Hecuba tells Kay that she needs another favor from her. Kay refuses, stating she already got Hecuba a hair from Charity's head, so now she wants her soul back! Hecuba tells Kay to stop throwing tantrums and do as she says! Suddenly, Kay and Hecuba start fighting! However, Kay is no match for Hecuba, who zaps her. Hecuba tells Kay that she'll get her soul back when she says she can have it back. Hecuba tells Kay that until that time, she has some wonderfully evil things for her to do. Outside Kay's room, Timmy shows up and spies on her and Hecuba. He wonders why that witch is here? Back downstairs, Charity feels bad for Kay, and decides to go check on her. Charity can't seem to shake the feeling that Kay is in trouble. As Charity approaches the room, Timmy goes lifeless, and CHarity finds him. Sheridan refuses and says she wants to be with Luis. Back in her grave, Sheridan mumbles "Luis, save me!" Katherine realizes that Sheridan is being pulled back to earth by Luis and Ethan's love, so she may still have some time left. However, a gust of wind blows against Sheridan, and Katherine tells Sheridan that they must go, there is no time left. Katherine takes Sheridan's hand, and they walk towards the light.
At the Bennett's, Theresa is more positive than ever that Ethan will choose her after Tabitha reads her tea leaves. Pilar eventually puts an end to Tabitha's reading because she refuses to let Theresa plan her life based on some silly hocus-pocus. Tabitha offers to read Pilar's tea leaves, but she rather not have them read. Tabitha looks at them anyways and tells her that it is her decision, but she should know that a certain man is coming back into her life after a long absence, a man she's misses terribly. Pilar thinks this is nonsense, but Theresa and Miguel think this is wonderful and it could mean that Papa or Antonio are going to return. Pilar tells Tabitha not to say another word because she puts her faith in her religion, not in fortune tellers. Grace agrees with Pilar and thinks this stuff can be dangerous if it gives people false hope. Tabitha feels insulted and decides to go home, but Grace tells her that she doesn't have to leave. Tabitha starts feeling sorry for herself and says it is no wonder she isn't invited anywhere because she's just a stupid old bat. Suddenly, Grace gets a call from the Harbor Master and learns that everyone is all right. Miguel decides to go upstairs and give Kay and Charity the good news.
Upstairs, Charity, who is holding Timmy, wonders if Kay is talking to herself? Inside Kay's room, Hecuba warns Kay that Charity is right outside, so she better not let her find out what is going on. Charity knocks on Kay's door and asks her who she is talking to? Hecuba warns her that if she rats her out, she'll never get her soul back! Charity announces that she is coming in, so Kay asks to hold on because she isn't decent. Hecuba warns Kay that she cannot be in the same room as Charity because Charity is pure goodness. Hecuba disappears, and Kay considers telling Charity about Hecuba because she could help her get her soul back. However, Hecuba, who is floating outside of Kay's window, tells her that would be a bad idea! Hecuba tells her that Charity can't help her get her soul back, and she has no other choice but to trust her. Kay isn't so sure and thinks she should tell Charity. Suddenly, Charity walks into the room and asks "Tell me what?" Fortunately, Miguel walks in and tells Kay and Charity that everyone is okay. Charity notices Kay can't be happy, and she asks her what is wrong with her? Kay says she doesn't know what is wrong with her, and decides that she needs to talk to the both of them. As Kay is about to tell them the truth, Hecuba shows Kay the future, Miguel and Charity's wedding, and threatens to make it happen if she rats her out. Grace tells her that it is okay, she can read them. Grace says that she sees a man who has been away for a very long time coming home to her house. Grace thinks it must be Noah. After Grace leaves, Tabitha waits for Theresa to come and stop her from leaving. Theresa arrives right on schedule, and Gwen shows up and eavesdrops on their conversation. Theresa asks Tabitha what she was wearing in her premonition? Tabitha says she was wearing a veil. Theresa is more positive than ever that she will marry Ethan, and she runs off. However, Tabitha says, after Theresa is gone, that people wear veils at funerals as well! Later, Tabitha continues to smell sulphur, and yells to Timmy to stop playing hide-n- seek and show himself. Pilar and Ivy talk about how hard it is to keep her secret about Ethan. Rebecca ask Julian when they got married and Julian is puzzled why she is asking. Ivy tells Pilar that Sheridan is dead and Julian basically says "I told you so." Ivy accuses Julian of not loving Sheridan and Julian defends himself saying that digging her up was a waste of time. Julian and Rebecca toast on soon being in-laws. Rebecca tells Julian that she would like nothing more that marring him. When Julian ask about her husband she acts like she forgot about him and says that he can be taken care of. Julian questions what is going on in her mind and she asks him if she can see his wedding photo album. Rebecca talks about finding out Ivys secret to herself and how much she can get out of it. Rebecca looks through the wedding albums and calls herself silly for thinking she could get evidence out of it but then she finds a pictures of Sam Bennett hiding behind a tall plant in the church and she asks Julian if he invited Sam. Julian says of course not. Drunken Julian starts to romance with Rebecca and she tells him about his cave experience with Hecubas mirror again and Rebecca ponders again. Hank explains the plan more fully and Sam says it is the drug dealers fault. Sam then ask why did the drug dealers come to him. Hank admits that he is one of them and they came to him to killed Sheridan. Gwen gets to comforting Ethan before Theresa gets there and Ethan realizes how much Luis loves Sheridan. Ethan thinks to himself and decides that he needs to tell Gwen and Theresa which one of them he has decided on. Sheridan looks on from above with her dead mother who tells her that it is too late, it is time for her to move on with her eternally. Theresa then goes and comforts Ethan too but Gwen says that Ivy called for Ethan. Theresa accuses her of trying to get Ethan away from her and Gwen threatens to stay out of her "familys business" It turns out that Ivy did call Ethan and he tells her that Sheridan did not make it. Ivy wants him to come home but Ethan says he has to take care of something first. Meanwhile Sheridan ask how could she die on Christmas, the day of Christs birth but her mother tells her that it is to late and together they walk towards the light. Theresa confides in Whitney about how many people have lost who they loved recently and she ask if she will too. Sam asked Hank what facts could they use to blackmail you into killing Sheridan. Hank said that those doesnt matter. Sam goes off at Hank and blames him for not going to him in the first place and says that everything goes wrong with him. Theresa comforts Luis and relates Luis and Sheridan to Ethan and Theresa and Luis calls himself pigheaded and asks himself how he could tell Theresa who and who not she could love. Sam and Hank start yelling at each other but T.C. and Eve intervene and tell Sam to let up on him. Sam asks him again about how he could be blackmailed. Sam says he broke his heart and Luis heart just like he did to his fathers years back. Luis asks to be left alone with Sheridan and Theresa goes back to talk to Whitney and she suggest they leave but Theresa wants to stay until Ethan tells of his decision. Theresa frets about how Sheridans will gave trust bonds and stuff to Ethan and Gwens children but Whitney says that it doesnt matter because she wrote that will before she met her but Theresa thinks that is enough for Ethan to choose Gwen. Sam says that he cant respect him anymore and that he doesnt like him anymore. T.C. and Eve ask Sam if he has ever made big mistakes in his life. Sam says that of course he has and confides in T.C. About how happy he is that Ethan is not his son and how he hasnt ever told Grace about his affair with Ivy. Luis doesnt blame Hank about Sheridans death and continues to blame himself for not staying with her. Theresa and Whitney discuss what Tabitha saw in her tea leaves about how Theresa was in a church wearing a veil. They assume it was a wedding she was seeing. Whitney tells her not to believe what tea leaves "say." Eve suggest that they should take the body to the morgue and go home. Sheridan then lets out a small cough and everyone gathers around her trying to figure out what that sound was. T.C. suggest that it was an involuntary reflex but takes out her thetiscope and hears breathing from Sheridan. She is alive for the third time! Eve tells them that they have to get her to a hospital and Luis carries her out of the burial site. Ethan is overjoyed and says that anything is possible now that Sheridan is alive.
At the cemetery, Luis is still holding Sheridan, not letting go. Meanwhile, Hank blames himself for Sheridan's death. His brother, Sam, tells him that it's not his fault. But Hank says that he's guilty and he is going to tell Sam why he has to fake Sheridan's death at the first place. Whitney comes and asks her parents what is happening. T.C. says they come to save Sheridan and she is buried alive. Meanwhile, Teresa thinks she should the one who should be in Ethan's arms when she sees Ethan is comforting Gwen.
At the Crane mansion, Julian and Rebecca is hanging the Christmas ornaments playfully like children. On the other side of the room, Ivy says how he can still have such a good mood when he's heard his sister might be alive and he should rush to the cemetery like the others. Pilar says that he is just very convinced that Sheridan is dead. Ivy says that he just doesn't give a damn, that he's the most unfeeling, egotistical and selfish man she's ever met and that she's married to him. Pilar feels sorry for her. Ivy says that she's only doing this (staying married to Julian) because of Ethan. On the other side, Rebecca is more convinced that Pilar is the secret keeper of Ivy's secret and she asked Julian whether he has bribed her to talk. Julian says Pilar won't talk and can't be bought by money and that's why she is still as poor as a "Church mouse." Determined to dig Ivy's secret, Rebecca asks Julian for the date of his marriage. Julian says he doesn't remember and says she should remember since she's the maid of honor. Rebecca says she doesn't either and Julian says the wedding album will help.
At the cemetery, Sam and Hank are talking in a corner. Hank says that it's his fault since this is his idea and he never knows it will go this far. Sam says to Hank that Sheridan agrees to it, and so are the F.B.I and Eve, that it's a good plan, and that he should not blame himself for Sheridan's death. But Sam wonders why Roger and Pierre go to Hank in the first place. Hank told him that he is as lowlife as Roger and Pierre, that he has done something in the past he's not proud of, that Roger and Pierre got a hold of him, that he agrees to kill Sheridan by faking her death. Sam becomes furious and shouts at Hank that he doesn't care about other people but himself. Meanwhile, Luis is still holding Sheridan and tells how much he loves her, that she should tell him the plan, that she would be still alive and that they would be still together. Ethan sees this, and he told Gwen that he now knows how much Luis cares and loves Sheridan. They hug again, but Ethan sees Teresa this time, and he's telling himself that he has to tell them who he has chosen to marry.
At the borderline of Heaven and earth, Sheridan cries to her mother that she can't go with her and that she wants to be with Luis. But her mother says it's time to go and that there's nothing she can do about it.
Back to earth, Teresa walks to her brother and comforts him. Ethan walks to her and Teresa says she's sorry that his aunt is gone. Ethan says that he has something to tell her (about who he has chosen), but before he says anything, he would like her to know that he's feeling for Luis has changed and that he's grateful to Luis that he saves his life on the boat. Teresa tells him that she is glad that he finally sees the real Luis and that in her family, when someone falls in love, they fall in love forever. Gwen comes up to them and tells Ethan to his mother is on the phones. Ethan leaves them to answer the phone call. Teresa accuses Gwen making that phone call so Ethan has to leave her, while Gwen fires back and tells Teresa to butt out their family's business and stop this "when some falls in love, they fall in love forever" nonsense.
Teresa walks to Whitney and tells her that she understands the pain her brother and Ethan are going thorough, and she says that she would die also if she's lost someone she loves as much. Back to the Crane's mansion, Ivy hangs up the phone and says it's too late while Julian is pleased because he's sure about his sister's death all along, and he accuses Pilar that her son, Luis, is behind all of this absurdity. Pilar retorts back that the F.B.I, Eve and Hank have a good reason to believe Sheridan might be still alive. Julian pours wine into the eggnog and says nobody comes alive from the grave. Ivy shakes her head and tells Pilar once again that Julian doesn't give a damn about Sheridan. Julian retorts back that he's cared for Sheridan a great deal, but dead is dead. Meanwhile, Rebecca interrupts them and asks Ivy whether Ethan has said whom he has chosen. Before Ivy can reply, Julian says Ethan will do the right thing and pick Gwen to be his bride. Ivy then murmurs to Pilar that she is glad Ethan is not Julian's son and he will pick the one he loves the best. Julian offers eggnog to Ivy and then to Pilar, but they both decline and walk away. Rebecca says she wants some and Julian is happy and serves her and cheers the fact they are going to be in-laws. While Julian is grumbling about the fact that his cold wife cares about her son and her housekeeper more than him, Rebecca says she can offer herself to him, but first she has to find out Ivy's secret, and she would like to see the album. Julian tells her she can and he will join her later. Rebecca goes up to Julian's room.
At the cemetery, Sam and Hank is still arguing. Sam blames Hank for not going to him when he has this plan, and now the plan fails. Hank says he's afraid Sam would be angry as he is now. Meanwhile, Teresa walks to Luis again and tells him not to torture himself. But Luis says he still can't accept Sheridan's death. Luis then tells Teresa not to let go love if she finds it because it's rare and precious, and that he's been pigheaded for not letting Teresa to love Ethan. But he wonders what if Ethan chooses Gwen. Teresa says she would die.
At the Crane Mansion, Rebecca is in Julian's room reading the wedding album, and thinks she's being silly since she might not find anything. Then suddenly, she sees a picture of Sam Bennet, but it appears that Sam is sneaking into the party uninvited. Julian walks in. Rebecca closes the album and asks him whether he's invited Sam to the party, and Julian says he would never invite a local like Sam. Julian asks Rebecca why she thinks he would, Rebecca doesn't answer, but offer Julian to sit next to her. Julian sits and Rebecca once again says she is so close to figure out Ivy's secret if she can put all the pieces together. Julian offers Rebecca to do more in this room that just talking. Rebecca says she doesn't like the idea that Ivy must have spent lots of time with him in this room. Julian says he can only sees his wife naked when he's hallucinating. Rebecca is patronizing Julian by kissing his hands, and Julian says he has a better idea for those lips of hers to do and they both chuckles.
At the cemetery, Sam is still blaming Hank for Sheridan's death, that he's not screwed his life and other people's as well, that he's broken his best friend, Luis's, heart. T.C. and Eve come to them and try to stop them, but Sam won't stop. He says there's no do-over any more, that Hank broke their father's heart years ago, and now his best friend's as well as his, since he can't brings Sheridan's life back. Meanwhile, Luis is still holding Sheridan and tells Teresa that he wants to spend a minute along with Sheridan. Teresa kisses him and leaves. She walks to Whitney and Whitney says she still can't believe this is happening. Teresa says that the only good thing that comes from this is that Ethan and Luis don't hate each other's anymore. Whitney says she's glad to hear about this, but she urges Teresa to leave with her now, but Teresa says she will not since Ethan has told her that he has something to tell her. On the other hand, Gwen also tells Ethan that they should leave since there's nothing more they can do for Sheridan. But Ethan says he has something to tell Teresa.
In the Crane mansion, Julian and Rebecca are mingling and laughing and talking dirty in the bed. Ivy and Pilar are in the hallway. Ivy wants to see what is going on between them, but Pilar urges her not to, and Ivy also decides not to spoil them and let the wicked two have whatever they want.
Back at the cemetery, Sam says how can he have respect for his brother anymore. He says that he has more respect for Ethan now than to his own brother, and at least he knows his grieving is real, at least he's loved his aunt, but he says Hank only loves no one but himself. Hank says he's thinking of Sheridan when he's come up with this plan, that he's trying to help her. Eve admits that, though the plan is crazy, Hank is telling the truth. T.C. says everyone makes mistakes and asks Sam whether he has too. Sam says he has, but at least he hasn't broken the law, that he is not vulnerable to cheapskates like Roger and Pierre, that they won't come to him for blackmailing him into murder. Hank leaves angrily without a word. T.C. then says he knows the mistake Sam has made is Ivy. Sam says he's glad that Grace doesn't know about him and Ivy that Ethan is not his son, and that Grace will think he lie to her if Ethan is really his son. Eve then recollects what she knows about Ethan. Hank walks to Luis and says he's sorry for the pain he has caused him and that he will redo anything if he can. But Luis says it's not his fault. He says that if it's anybody's fault, it's his, since he should not have left her in the first place.
At the borderline of Heaven and earth, Sheridan walks with her mother toward Heaven, but she keeps turning her head to see what is happening now on earth. Her mother tells her not to worry and she will be happy in Heaven. But Sheridan makes a plea to god to help to go back to earth.
Back to the cemetery, Teresa tells Whitney she is stilling worried about whom Ethan will choose since she will die if Ethan has not chosen her. Ethan and Gwen walk to her and Ethan says he has made a decision and is ready to tell them. Meanwhile, Eve asks Luis to let go of Sheridan so she can be taken to the morgue. Suddenly, it appears that Sheridan coughs out. Everybody is surprised.
Back to the Crane's mansion, Rebecca sneaks in Ivy's room and found her locket, the one that has the pictures of Ethan as a baby and Sam. Rebecca is giggling thinking she has finally uncovered Ivy's secret. She thinks that Ivy is having an affair with Sam.
Back to the cemetery, Luis asks Eve to check on Sheridan. Eve confirms Sheridan is breathing but only barely. As they rush her to the hospital, Ethan's decision is once again postponed.
At the Crane mansion, Ivy is taking a bubble bath and is dreaming about Sam coming into the bathroom, in only jeans, and telling her that he loves her and always has, and that he only married Grace on the rebound. Ivy wishes her fantasy could come true. Meanwhile, Rebecca is still snooping around Ivy's room, when Pilar shows up. Pilar is on to Rebecca, so Rebecca hides. As Pilar and Ivy talk in the bathroom, Rebecca tries to sneak out. However, Ivy and Pilar catch her and demand to know what she is up to. Rebecca claims she came looking for Ivy because she was worried about her. Ivy doubts that, and tells Rebecca that she knows all about her and Julian's love tryst. She also says she's not mad at them, she might have been at one time, but she isn't now. Julian shows up, and he and Rebecca leave together.
