August 99 Week 3

Monday

August 16
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald place, Tabitha tells Timmy that they have to get rid of Charity before Grace shows up and Charity sees her and realize she is her mom's long-lost twin. Timmy throws a fit when Tabitha tells him he won't be able to have any MarTimmy's if she is dead. Tabitha tells him to calm down before he pops his eyes out. Tabitha rummages through her purse and Timmy asks her what she is going to do. Tabitha tells him "you'll see!" Tabitha starts putting on a disguise, a mustache and a yellow cab hat. When she asks Timmy how she looks, Timmy says "No offense, but what are you smoking?" Tabitha thanks him for reminding her, and sticks a cigar in her mouth. Tabitha asks if he knows what time it is, and Timmy says "MarTimmy time!" and starts dancing. Tabitha tells him no, it is showtime because Charity has missed the last bus home.

Inside, Reese tells Kay that she's a really good dancer. Kay asks Reese not to talk, just dance. On the other side of the room, Charity and Miguel are embarrassed because of the love chili story Jessica told them. Miguel says it is nothing, and then takes Charity to see his motorcycle. Kay asks her sister what she was telling Miguel and Charity, and laughs when she learns it was a love chili story. When Jessica tells Kay Miguel just ate some, Kay crams the chilies in her mouth!

In the kitchen, Theresa, who has cake all over her face, tells Whitney that sticking her face in the cake was the only thing she could do to hide from Ethan. Ethan returns and tells Theresa that he knows she is his mom's new secretary, Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald. Ethan says he feels terrible about the cake and will explain to her mother that it was his fault. Theresa says it is okay. As she hides her face with a rag she is using to clean it, Ethan tells her that she looks so familiar, aside from meeting her at the house. Ethan says that her eyes remind him of . . . he can't put his finger on it. Suddenly, Simone storms into the kitchen and tells them that they just missed Luis kissing Sheridan Crane. Ethan is furious, and Simone runs away squealing when she realizes he is Ethan. Ethan goes out to the backyard, and Theresa tells Whitney to remind her to thank Simone. Whitney tells Theresa that she is going to have to quit her job because he will figure out who she is eventually.

Out in the backyard, Sheridan ripps off Luis' blindfold so he can see who he kissed. Luis makes an angry face (kinda like Arnold's "Watchu talking 'bout Willis!" face) and asks Sheridan what kind of game she is playing. Luis asks if she crashed this party because no other cars were available? Sam shows up and asks TC what is going on? TC fills him in on how a blindfolded Luis kissed Sheridan thinking she was his mother. Sheridan tells Luis that he was the one who ran his hands all over her. Luis says she could have said something, but Sheridan points out that he had his hand over her mouth. Sheridan asks if he uses a blindfold excuse to get women, which ticks Luis off. Pilar tries to stop them from fighting, and Ethan shows up and picks a fight with Luis. Sam gets in between them, but both Luis and Ethan want to fight. Sheridan stops Ethan and tells him that Luis was blindfolded and didn't know who he was kissing. Ethan says they should leave, but Pilar asks them to stay. Ethan says they only came by to give Pilar her birthday present. Pilar begs them to stay, and they agree to stay a little while. Ethan ask Pilar where the bathroom is so he can wash his jacket off, and she tells him it is the second door from the right.

At the Bennett Household, Grace asks "Ms. Standish" to please calm down. Grace asks why she is worried about Charity? Faith says she is so worried that Charity is in danger. Grace tells her that she knows what it is like to worry, she is a mother as well. Faith tells "Mrs. Bennett" that she has been a real comfort to her, she is usually not comfortable with strangers. Grace tells her that she feels like they have known each other for a long time, even though they've never met. Grace asks Faith if she is has been in Harmony long, but Faith says she's only been in Harmony twice. Faith wonders if they have met in the past, but Grace says she doesn't know because her past is a bit complicated. As she is about to explain her past, she has to put Faith on hold because of call waiting. Sam is on the other line asking why she is not here yet. Grace says she is talking to Charity's mother. Grace gives Sam a description of Charity, and Sam tells his wife that Charity looks like she is having fun. Grace is glad to hear that and says she will tell that to her mother. Grace returns to Faith and tells her that Charity is safe and is having a wonderful time. Faith is happy and says Charity has never had friends before because they move a lot. Faith wonders why she thought Charity was in danger. Grace says she has to go to the party, but she'll remind Charity about her bus. Grace says they should get together if she is ever in Harmony, but Faith says she and Charity are moving tomorrow. Grace says she is sorry, and Faith says she is too, but it is the way it has to be. They both tell one another to take care, and hang up. Grace says there is something about that woman, she should have gotten to know her better. Grace realizes it is getting late, so she takes off to Pilar's place. Moments after she leaves, Faith decides to call Mrs. Bennett back to get her first name and address so they can stay in touch by mail, but Grace is already gone.

BAck at the party, Charity tells Miguel that she feels like Cinderalla at the ball and doesn't want the night to end. Charity looks at the clock and says it is almost like time is standing still so this night won't end. Miguel wishes Mrs. Bennett was here, but then says they can talk to his brother, he's cop and can help. However, Charity doesn't think she can talk her mom into staying in Harmony.

Theresa and Whitney go to Theresa's room so she can wash up. Theresa tells Whitney that Ethan is still here and she can't let him find her! Whitney suggests she just stay in her room until Ethan leaves, she's safe here. Outside her room, Ethan is about to walk in thinking it is the bathroom. When he does walk in, Theresa is in the closet and Whitney is standing near the door. Ethan recognizes Whitney her as the girl from the pier. He says he never found who he was looking for, but won't give up. Theresa puts on her nerdy disguise just as Ethan notices her. Ethan keeps feeling something is familiar about her, but he leaves. After he is gone, Theresa goes nuts because Ethan was in her bedroom. Whitney tells her that she is hopeless, and soon he will realize that she is his stalker.

The party moves inside and Pilar puts on some music. Luis asks his mom to dance, but she tells him to dance with someone else. Luis asks Eve to dance, but she says she's a bit rusty. Luis turns around and almosts asks Sheridan, but when he realizes who he is asking he says "Forget it, I can't imagine you trying to do the tango." Sheridan tells him that it just so happens she knows how to tango, but she wouldn't tango with him. Luis tells her to really know how to tango you have to have Latin blood in you. Sheridan is insulted and tells Luis that he thinks he's better than everyone else. When Luis says he knows he's a better tangoer than her, Sheridan tells him to prove it. Everyone at the party watches and Luis and Sheridan do a sultry tango. Ethan returns and Sheridan tells Ethan how she tangoed with Luis, and though she'd never admit it, he is better than her. Sheridan and Ethan leave, and Luis tells his mom that Sheridan can dance the tango, but he'd never admit it to her. Luis looks out the window and watches Ethan and Sheridan leave. Pilar tells her son that Ethan and Sheridan didn't spoil her party. Luis says he's glad she had a good time. Sam then warns Luis not to get too close to the flame, next time he might get burned.

Charity realizes the clock has been unplugged, and panics! In the kitchen, Kay, who has eaten way too many love Chili's, tells Simone that she feels really sick. Simone tells her that she shouldn't have eaten so many of those peppers. Reese and Carson walk in, Reese is feeling sick too because he ate the peppers thinking they would work their magic on Kay. Reese and Carson leave, and Miguel shows up and tells Kayl that she looks sort of green. Kay says she is okay. Miguel tells Kay to tell Charity that he went to get his camera so he could take a picture of them before she leaves. Miguel leaves, and a frantic Charity tells them that she missed the last bus home. Charity asks where Miguel went, and Kay says he went to the store to get film. Charity says she has to get home, so Kay and Charity offer to buy her a taxi cab home. Charity thanks Kay and says she is a true friend.

Grace finally shows up at the party and Miguel asks her for help finding someone for Charity's mom. SHe says she will try, so Miguel runs off to find Charity. Outside, Kay and Simone are about to shove Charity into Tabitha's cab, but Jessica shows up and tries to convince Charity to stay and say goodbye. However, Charity says she has to go, but asks Kay to tell Miguel that she is grateful for what he tried to do, this was the best day of her life, and she'll never forget him. Charity hops into the cab, which takes off. Jessica goes back inside and tells Miguel that Charity is gone. Kay shows up and Miguel asks how she could let Charity leave? Kay says she was only trying to help, and that she was really freaked about getting home on time. Jessica passes on Charity's message, but Miguel says he can't let her go without seeing her one last time. Miguel tries to shout to the taxi, but it doesn't stop. Kay comfort and upset Miguel.

Back inside, Sam tells Grace that he has to go drop the police budget off at the Crane mansion, that is how it has been done in the past. Grace tells him that he is so lucky, the closest she has ever been to the mansion is the gates. She asks if he has ever been there, and Sam asks "why would I ever go there?" Grace says he grew up here, and then asks him to give her a full description of what Ivy Crane is wearing. Sam says he doubts he'll see Ivy, and walks off. He was obviously uncomfortable talking about her! Grace goes into the kitchen and tells Eve that Sam had to go to the Crane mansion to drop off the budget. Eve asks if he has ever been there before, but Grace says no. TC's head peaks around the corner, and by his facial expression, he knows the truth.

Faith begins to worry about Charity as the sun sets. As Charity's cab takes off, Charity hears Miguel call her, but Tabitha tells her that she is hearing things. Charity tells the "cabbie" that she has to leave because her mom wants to move because "evil" is out there and wants to harm her. Tabitha begins to laugh, so Charity asks what is so funny? BAck at Faith's place, an angel levitates off the table, and then crashes to the floor. Faith realizes Charity is in trouble, so she prays for her safety.

Sam goes to the Crane mansion and is haunted by a memory from his past. We see a flashback of Sam with longer hair pounding on the Crane's door demanding to be let in to see "her." Pilar answers the door and tells Sam that Ivy is gone and is married to Julian now. Sam screams "noooo!" Back in real time, a car pulls up and Sam says "Oh no, not Ivy!"

Tuesday

August 17
At the Crane Mansion, Sam is standing at the front door when Ivy pulls up. Ivy is carrying a ton of boxes and when Sam says "Ivy," she drops her boxes and is shocked to see him. Sam apologizes for startling Ivy, but then says Mrs. Crane. Ivy says he can call her Ivy, like he used to. Sam says that was a different time. Ivy asks why he is here, and Sam says he has to talk to Mr. Crane about the police budget. Ivy tells Sam that she didn't know he was coming, and Julian doesn't know they knew each other. Sam says that is for the best. They go inside and Sam talks with Julian. Julian tells Ivy they have work to do, but Ivy says she wants to stay for their meeting. Sam and Julian finish their meeting and Julian offers Sam a drink. Sam says he has to pass, his wife and friends are waiting for him at home. Julian says because Grace is his wife, she will no doubt want to work as co-chair for the policemen's benefit, if she has the time. Sam says his wife always has time to take on a worthy cause and he can't imagine his life without her. Julian says that is good because Ivy is the other co-chair, and she doesn't have much interest in it. Sam leaves and Julian begins to think that backing Sam as the new Chief of Police was a bad idea. Ivy asks why, because he won't let you walk all over him like the previous three police chiefs? After Ivy refuses to have dinner with Julian, Julian asks why she insisted in sitting in on his and Sam's meeting? Ivy brushes his question off and talks about Sam's wife instead, she says she'd like to meet her. Julian says she always goes to Paris during the Harmony fall picnic. Ivy says maybe she'll stay this year, and Julian wants to know why she wants to attend this picnic? Ivy says she is doing it for Ethan, one day he will be running the Crane empire and she wants to make the transition as smooth as possible. Julian says that transition is still a ways off. Ivy thinks they can help Ethan make friends instead of enemies, like he and Alastair have made. Julian says mingling with the townies like Sam Bennett is devotion. Later, Ivy stares out the window and listens to Billie Joel while clutching her locket. Julian sees her and wonders what is going on with his wife.

At Faith's place, Faith prays for Charity's safety. At the church, the Father Lonagin hears Faith's prayers. The blind priest thinks someone is there. When he leaves, the angel statue comes alive!

In the kitchen of the Lopez-Fitzgerald's place, Eve asks Grace if she has seen any more visions of the little girl. Grace says she didn't see any visions, but she saw a statue at Saint Mary's which looks exactly like the little girl. She also says she has had a feeling all day like she is about to find out about her past. Father Lonagin shows up and tells Grace that he had a strong feeling that he had to come here because someone needed him.

Out back, Miguel is polishing his bike while thinking about Charity. Jessica shows up and Miguel tells her that it is not fair that Charity is gone. Jessica tells him that maybe he'll find her again, and TC shows up and says Jessica is right, if it is meant to happen it will happen. Jessica says that she is working for the school paper this year and didn't know he was such a big tennis star. She asks why he never went on to be a big star? TC says it wasn't meant to happen. When TC and Miguel start to play a little one on one, TC hurts his leg and asks Miguel and Jessica not to worry his wife with this accident. Father Lonagin shows up a little later and tells Miguel that he came here because he heard a prayer of a woman who said a young girl was in trouble, and he thought she was here. After the priest leaves, Miguel thinks he might have been talking on charity, so he takes off on his bike.

Sam goes home and has tea with Grace, Eve, and TC. TC's knee bothers him and Eve is upset to learn he was playing basketball with Miguel. Sam then breaks out a pound cake, and Grace tells him to stop bringing home sweets because she is eating too much. As the evening grows late, Grace and Sam leave and TC and Eve leave. Grace questions Sam about Ivy, is she as beautiful as she is in photographs? What was she wearing? Sam says she was wearing black, it was just your standard budget meeting. Sam asks Grace if she wants to co-chair the fall picnic, and Grace says she'd love to. Grace asks who the other co-chair is, and Sam says it is Ivy. However, he says Ivy usually never attends the picnic, so she might have a lot of work cut out for her. Sam leaves to kiss the girls goodnight, and Grace wonders how she can make this picnic special. Sam returns later and Grace is listening to Billie Joel, and Sam wonders why she is playing this song? Grace says this is one of her favorite songs, this one was playing when she first saw him in Boston. It is one of the few memories she has from her past. Grace says she could tell this song meant something special to him, and asks why that is? Sam says it was in the past. Grace says she wishes she could find about her past, his is an open book.

At the Russell's place, TC says they must be getting old because they never go to bed this early. TC starts to worry about Whitney not making the Olympic team. Eve tells him that it is Whitney's future, not his. Eve asks him to come into the clinic tomorrow and let her x-ray that knee. TC snaps and says "no!" but he apologizes for snapping at her. He tells her to get some rest, he wants to stay up a bit longer. TC sneaks out of the room , and Eve looks out the window and sees him go into the tool shed. She wonders when TC will put his demons to rest.

In Tabitha's cab, Charity asks Tabitha what "he" thinks is so funny? Tabitha tells her that the idea that evil is after her is ridiculous. Charity says she feels the same way. Charity says if she moves she'll never get to see Miguel again, and tells "him" about her necklace. Tabitha tells her that boys are only out to get some, but Charity refuses to believe that about Miguel. As they drive along, Tabitha whispers to Timmy, who is hiding under a blanket in the front seat, that it will be dark soon and time to say bye to you know who! Tabitha eventually pulls over and pretends something is wrong with the cab. Tabitha and Timmy get out and Tabitha gets a big wrench out of the trunk. She says she is going to kill Charity and then they'll bury her. Timmy doesn't want to dig a hole, but agrees to help when Tabitha threatens to lock him up with fluffy. Timmy leaves to dig a hole, and Tabitha asks Charity to come out and help "him." Tabitha claims the tire is leaking and it is too dangerous to drive on. As Tabitha is about to club Charity, Miguel shows up and offers to drive Charity home. Miguel and Charity take off and Tabitha is pissed! Tabitha turns around and sees the angel. Tabitha tells her that she won't win, she'll never win! Timmy asks who she is talking to, and Tabitha says the enemy.

Miguel takes Charity home, and wants to try to convince her mother to stay. Charity says it is worth a try. However, Charity decides it might not be such a good idea. Miguel doesn't want to say goodbye, so they says see you later in Spanish. Charity goes inside and finds her mom, who is relieved to see her. Meanwhile, Tabitha and Timmy peer inside their window! Charity begs her mom to stay, maybe Mrs. Bennett can help them. Faith says she talked to Mrs. Bennett and liked her a lot, but they have to move. Charity tells her mom that she'll see Miguel again, but only in her dreams. Charity goes to her room and Faith opens the door and tells "evil" that they will never get Charity. Tabitha, who is hiding behind a tree, says Faith better kiss her daughter goodnight tonight, because it will be her last chance. Timmy asks Tabitha what she is going to do now? Tabitha says it is time to call in the heavy artillery, forces stronger than her! Faith goes inside and gets a chill when she hears Tabitha's unnatural laughing.

Wednesday

August 18
Sorry this is so late, had a nasty migraine today

At the Russell house, Eve wonders why TC went to the tool shed last night. Whitney comes downstairs and asks her mom if dad is all right, is there something she should know? TC comes into the kitchen and tells his wife and daughter that he feels great. He then reminds Whitney to warm up before she gives her first lesson this morning. Whitney gets a phone call from Theresa, who says she will be at the country club with Mrs. Crane all day. Whitney worries about Ethan, but Theresa tells Whitney to relax, Ethan won't recognize her in her disguise. After the call, Whitney has breakfast with her parents. TC becomes upset when he learns they have doubled the price of Whitney's court time, and Eve says Whitney needs new equipment as well. Whitney says her old racquets are fine, but TC says he wants her to have the best. Whitney feels like she is a financial burden, maybe she could cut down on tennis tournaments this year. TC says no way, the Olympic trials are just around the corner and he wants to show those snobs at the country club what a Russell is, they will show them that they are better. Eve tells TC to calm down. TC and Eve think of ways they can save more money. Whitney wishes she could get a corporate sponsor, and TC says that would be the ticket to the big leagues. However, he tells her not to worry about that. Whitney says she better get going to the country club, she has a new student. TC asks how they are treating her there? She says fine, and TC says they treated his father and grandfather poorly, they made them know where their place was. Whitney leaves, and TC tells Eve that Whitney is going to do everything he couldn't accomplish. TC kisses his wife and leaves, and Eve worries. Later, TC tells Eve that he wants to go to the country club to check on Whitney. Eve says he hasn't been there since his father's death, does he really want to go back? TC says he knows people will be nice to Whitney on the outside, but on the inside they know she is only good for carrying their rackets and clubs. TC says they will show those biggets who the Russells are, and then he takes off. Eve goes out to the tool shed and tries to pick the lock. Eve can't get in, and wonders what her husband is hiding in there.

Theresa goes down to the kitchen, and Pilar tells Theresa that her party was so lovely, but next time they should try another bakery because the cake was a mess. Theresa admits what happened to her mom. Pilar tells Theresa that she is playing a dangerous game, and it is only a matter of time before Ethan figures out who she is. Theresa tells her mom that everything will be fine.

Sheridan is jogging on the beach and thinks she'll never have to see Luis again after todat. Luis is jogging with Sam, they are both behind Sheridan. They don't know she is Sheridan, and Luis is admiring her legs. Luis says he has been looking for a jogging partner when Sam's not available. Sam tells him to go for it, she's a lot safer than getting involved with Sheridan Crane. Luis says he'd never go out with her! Sam decides to head for the station, but asks Luis to come in a bit early to talk about his testimony for Sheridan's case. Sam takes off, and Luis catches up with Sheridan. Luis talks with her, until he realizes the girl is Sheridan. Sheridan can't believe he is talking to her because he has to testify against her in court. Luis says he didn't realize who she was. Sheridan jokingly asks if she has broken another law? When she drops her earphone radio, Luis picks it up and hears tango music. He asks her if she always listens this while jogging, or just since she tangoed with the best? Sheridan says he has a high opinion of himself, and informs him that she has loved Tango music ever since she spent time in Spain. She asks him if he has been there, and he says no, but he will one day. Luis thanks her for staying for his mom's birthday party, it meant a lot to her. Sheridan says she loves Pilar, she got her through her childhood. Luis asks what that means? Sheridan says "she never told you?" Luis says she never tells her anything that goes on at the Crane mansion. Sheridan says she is not surprised. Sheridan tells him that she'll see him in court, and takes off.

At the country club, Ethan shows up to have breakfast with his mother. Ivy has just finished a tennis lesson. Ivy asks why he is not in court defending Sheridan? Ethan says he is going there, but father asked him to meet him here first. Julian shows up and is furious that Sheridan's crimes and night in jail are in this morning's paper. Ethan says he has a plan to get Sheridan off, he will tear Officer Lopez- Fitzgerald in court and is positive that the charges will be dropped. Ethan asks his parents what happened the night he found Luis in their bedroom? We see a flashback of Ivy shooting blanks at Julian and his mistress. Julian says they told him what happened, and then tells Ivy to fire Pilar. Ivy refuses and says they have been over this before, she is not firing Pilar. Ethan says tells his father that Luis will not be a problem after today, and informs his parents what went on between Luis and Sheridan last night. Ethan says he is going to accuses Luis of sexual harassment. Julian asks if Luis forced himself on Sheridan, but Ethan says it was a mistake, but one he can use to his advantage. Julian refuses to allow Ethan to peruse this, the press would have a field day with it, and Sheridan does not need to be in the tabloids. Ivy says that Sheridan should never have come back to Harmony, but Ethan says this is where she belongs. Ethan asks what happened that night years ago, but they say he knows all he needs to know. Julian says nobody who knows what happened can break the code of silence. Ethan says he won't use the sexual harassment strategy. Frank shows up and Ethan decides to see if Frank has had any luck finding his stalker. When Ethan leaves, Julian pulls out his cell phone and makes a call to the mayor to take care of the trial today. Julian tells Walter that there is an officer on the force who is sexually harassing his sister. After the call, Julian says Luis will soon learn who runs this town. Ivy doesn't think Luis can be controlled. Julian says all people can be controlled, he will even be in control of Sam Bennett soon.

Ethan asks Frank to show the sketch to people around the club. Meanwhile, Theresa shows up, out of disguise, and is shocked when Ethan and Frank walk behind her. She duck behind the hedge that separates them to hide. Frank takes off, and Sheridan shows up. Ethan and Sheridan talk about defense strategies. Ethan says he was going to put Luis on stand for sexual harassment. SHeridan agrees with Julian and says that defense would be a mistake. Ethan is shocked that she agrees with her brother. Sheridan tells Ethan that she thinks Luis will go easy on her. Ethan hopes she is right, but doubts Luis will go easy on her. Sheridan switches the topic to his stalker. Ethan says he gets a nagging feeling that he knows her.

Elsewhere, Theresa changes into her disguise, and is questioned by Frank Lomax about Ethan's stalker. At first she says she doesn't recognize the sketch, but then she tells him she does. She says she is very weird, she thought she was in love with Ethan Crane. Frank says that fits the psychological profile of a stalker. Theresa says the girl finally came to her senses, but Frank says she still has to face the charges. Frank asks where she is, and Theresa says her parents took her away to South America, they are missionaries. Frank says he guesses the case is clothes, and leaves. Theresa thinks she is off the hook. When Theresa turns around, she comes face to face with Ethan and Sheridan. Ethan tells her that her glasses are little crooked, and when he reaches to fix them, Theresa backs away from him. Theresa fixes her glasses herself, and Ethan can't help but think he knows her. Ethan realizes what time it is, and says they better get to court. After they leave, Whitney shows up. Whitney tells Theresa that her student was Ivy Crane! Ivy also asked if she has a corporate sponsor. Theresa is thrilled and says if she got a sponsor she could stop teaching and buy a sports car. Whitney says that is not what sponsorship is about. Still, Theresa tells her that one day soon they will have everything they want. Meanwhile, Frank tears up the picture of Theresa, and a gardener asks why he is doing that. Frank says he was looking for that girl but learned she was a thousand miles away. The gardener says he just saw her here this morning. Frank is furious and exclaims "That girl lied to me!"

Ivy returns to her table after her lesson and hints to Julian that her student, who is a minority, needs sponsorship. Julian thinks that the company could use some good PR. Ivy asks Julian if he is not worried what Sheridan will do when she learns he filed a phoney sexual harassment charge? Later, Whitney walks by and Ivy introduces her to Julian. Whitney says she hopes to win gold at the Olympics and then turn pro. Julian offers her sponsorship and tells her to have her father call him and discuss details.

TC shows up at the country club and remembers his father James lugging around another mans clubs and sucking up to him. Whitney finds her dad and tells her that she just got offered corporate sponsorship! TC is thrilled, and Whitney takes her dad to meet Julian. Julian is shocked to learn who Whitney's father is. TC tells Julian thanks for the offer, but his daughter doesn't need his corporate sponsorship. Whitney and TC walk off and TC tells her that she is not ready for corporate sponsor. He says soon she'll have sponsors lining up, and they can pick the best one. Back at Julian and Ivy's table, Ivy asks Julian why he was so startled to see Whitney's father? Julian tells his wife that he doesn't know what she means. Ivy tells him not to play games with her. Julian tells Ivy to drop it.

Luis shows up at the station and finds Sam talking with the mayor. After the call, Sam says someone has filed a sexual harassment complaint against him, and it involves Sheridan Crane. Luis is furious and says he could kick himself for thinking she might have been different. Sam says they don't know if Sheridan filed the complaint, but Luis thinks she did. Luis says he was going to try and get her off in court with a warning, but if she wants to play hardball, he is ready.

In court, Sam and Luis show up and Sam tells Luis to watch his temper. Sheridan and Ethan show up, and Sheridan tells Luis that she has something for him, a copy of the tango music she was listening to. Luis thanks her, but coldly rejects her gift. Sheridan is troubled by his behavior, but thinks maybe he didn't want to make it look like he was bribing her. Luis tells Sam that his testimony will send Sheridan Crane to jail.

Thursday

August 19
At Tabitha's place, Tabitha is wearing a jogging outfit and stretching. FLuffy and Timmy have gone another round, and Tabitha tells Timmy to stop eating Fluffy's kibble. Timmy says he wasn't. He then asks Tabitha what she is doing. Tabitha says that she is warming up before her run. Timmy tells her that the only thing running on her body is her cheap pantyhose! After a Fluffy threat, Timmy stops picking on Tabitha. Timmy asks her when she is going to work on keeping Grace and Faith apart, and call on the evil forces to destroy Charity? Tabitha says she has learned Grace is going down to the community center today and she thinks something very important will happen.

At the Standishes, Charity dreams of Miguel and her mom sees her sleeping with a big smile on her face. She knows who she is dreaming about, but says they have to move away from Harmony so she can protect her. Charity wakes up and asks her mom if she can go see Miguel again? Faith says they have to move as soon as they are packed. Charity tells her mom that Miguel thinks Mrs. Bennett can help them find her twin sister. Faith says she was nice and asks what she was like? Charity says she doesn't know, she never got to meet her. However, she says if they go back they can both meet her. Faith says it is too risky and she doubts her twin is in Harmony.

At the Harmony Youth Center, Miguel is shooting hoops and sulking over his last few minutes with Charity. Grace shows up and Miguel asks her for a big favor, he wants her to help him get Charity back. Grace says she would love to help, but doesn't know what she can do. Miguel tells her that Charity's mom is looking for someone and he thought she could help. Miguel convinces Grace to go see Charity's mom today. Tabitha shows up and spies on Grace and "that nasty boy." She wonders what the two of them are up to. Miguel leaves to call Charity, and Tabitha jogs in and talks to Grace. Tabitha sucks up and offers to volunteer working here. Tabitha eases her way over to the phone to listen to Miguel's call. When Miguel says he's going to bring Mrs. Bennett over to help her mom, Tabitha yells out "no!" Grace asks what is wrong? Tabitha says she needs water, so Grace goes to get her some. Later, Charity tells Miguel not to come over, her mom won't change her mind. Faith interrupts and tells Charity to say goodbye. Miguel tells her that he has to see her before she goes, but she says it is too late. She tells him nobody has ever made her this happy, and she'll never forget him. Charity hangs up, Grace consoles Miguel, and Tabitha does a private little cheer. Tabitha decides to go home and rest, but tells Miguel that his situation is very sad. Tabitha leaves and Grace tells Miguel that she's sorry things didn't work out. Grace offers to buy Miguel lunch after she works on a moonlit wagon ride that is for charity (no pun intended). Miguel thanks her, but says he's not hungry. Grace leaves and Miguel daydreams about Charity.

Back at the Standish place, Faith tells Charity that one day soon she will realize this is for the best. Charity is furious with her mother for making her leave. Faith says she doesn't have a choice, evil is out there. Charity doesn't believe her. Faith says Grace didn't believe it either, and she has been gone for twenty years. Faith says she can't loose her either. Charity says she won't lose her, she'll finish packing. Faith says she has to run some errands, and when she returns they will leave. Charity cries as she packs up her things and says "please don't take Miguel away from me." When she finds her teddy bear charm, she decides to go back to Harmony one last time and give it to Miguel.
