Down on the docks, Miguel wants to take Charity back to her mom, but Charity says her mom is wary of strangers, and she has to go. Charity leaves, and Grace shows up. She asks Miguel what he is doing here? Miguel says he was here with his mystery girl Charity. Miguel wants to find her and get her number from her, but says her mom is wary of strangers. Grace says she will go with him, maybe she can help. Meanwhile, Charity finds her mom, who tells her that they are leaving Harmony and never coming back. CHarity asks "what about Miguel?" Faith tells her that she will not see this Miguel again, she's sorry.
At the Bennett house, Kay and Simone are having a sleep over, and Kay sets her alarm for 4AM. Simone can't believe she is going to get up that early, but Kay says she has a reason to. Simone says whatever she is planning it is probably not good.
At the Crane mansion, Ethan tells Gwen he is a lucky guy because he has everything he ever wanted. He tells her that life is perfect except for one thing. Gwen thinks he is going to propose, but Ethan says the one thing he needs is to find the stalker. Gwen tells him that she doesn't think he'll have to worry about her after tonight.
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Theresa tells Whitney about being chased around the Crane estate by the dogs. She also tells her about her confrontation with Ethan. Whitney tells her that she made this disaster and tells her to call Ivy Crane and turn down the job. Theresa says this is the job she's always dreamed of, but Whitney tells her that she cannot go near Ethan or the Crane mansion again! Whitney tells Theresa that if she doesn't call Ivy, she will do it for her. Theresa calls the Crane Estate to talk to Ivy, but ends up talking to Ethan. Ethan tells her that his mother is asleep right now. Ethan says he's sorry he didn't see her, his mother absolutely adores her. Ethan looks forward to having her here, and Theresa says she will be there in the morning! After the call, Whitney asks Theresa what she is doing? Theresa tells her that Ethan said they'd love to have her there. Whitney says they'd love to have her put in jail!
A new day begins
At Tabitha's house, Timmy is making a MarTimmy when Tabitha comes into the kicthen with a dead rooster to make some rooster breakfast sandwiches out of. Timmy tells her that he will pass. Tabitha sneezes and says she's coming down with a cold. Timmy tells her what about me? My stuffing is soaked! Tabitha rants and raves that they were so close to getting Charity. Timmy whines about being wet, so Tabitha tells him to stop whining or that will be his last MarTimmy. Tabitha asks Timmy to fetch her spirit board, she needs to find Charity. When Timmy says "after Timmy finishes his drink," Tabitha says "NOW!" Timmy leaves to get the spirit board, and is attacked by Fluffy. He returns and tells Tabitha that he's going to call the ASPSA and have them put Fluffy to sleep. Tabitha says he has no case and tells him to get over it. Timmy can't believe she has no compassion for him, and then begins to whine about being wet again. Tabitha ends up throwing Timmy into the dryer and returns to her spirit board. As the Timmy doll goes round and round in the dryer, Tabitha's head pops up and says "What Tabitha just did was very very naughty, do NOT try this at home." Later, Tabitha takes Timmy out of the dryer and he has a Don King hairdo. Tabitha sits down and decides to check her cards because the spirit board isn't moving. The cards tell Tabitha that Charity will be returning to town.
At Faith's place, Charity dreams about Miguel. Faith sits by her bed and watches her. Charity wakes up and tries to reason with her mom about Miguel, but Faith says she doesn't trust anyone in Harmony, that is why they are moving again. Charity doesn't understand why and doesn't want to hear the evil excuse. Faith says evil is after them, evil is after her. Charity says if evil is after her, Miguel will protect her. Faith says nothing can protect her, but it would be different if she had her twin sister Grace with her. Charity tells her mom that she may believe in evil and her having powers, but she does not! Faith tells her that perhaps it is time she learn about her powers. Faith explains to her that she and her sister were told a story that has been passed down for generations in her family. She says that their family has the power to do good and one day they would be called upon to use these powers. Charity says she is a normal kid and has no special powers. Faith tells Charity to put her hands on the table, concentrate, and will the table to rise. Charity thinks this is ridiculous, but Faith tells her to do it. Charity tries, but nothing happens. Faith says her powers aren't fully developed yet. Charity tells her mom that she should talk to someone about this, but Faith says absolutely not! She tells her daughter that she has to trust her. Charity finally tells her mom okay, we'll move. However, Charity wants to at least return to Harmony to say goodbye to Miguel. Faith tells her no. She is going to go talk to the landlord about breaking their lease, and tells Charity to start packing. After Faith leaves, Charity says she has to see Miguel one more time. Charity makes some calls and learns she can take the bus and get to and back from Harmony before sundown.
Down at the docks, one of Miguel's friends tells him that he's thinking about quitting school and working on the fishing boats full time. Miguel's friend, Carson, realizes that Miguel has a girl on his mind and tells him to fess up. Meanwhile, Kay and Simone go down to the docks and watch Miguel. They eventually decide to leave so Miguel doesn't think they are spying on them, but Miguel spots them and asks what they are doing here? Kay says that her mom wanted fresh fish for dinner. Kay tells Miguel that she feels bad about his spoiled date last night, but Miguel tells her that he found his mystery girl and everything worked out great. He tells Kay all about Charity and what happened last night with her. He plans to spend the rest of the day looking for her because they are meant to be together. Kay says she will help him, but secretly tells Simone that she will do everything she can to keep them far apart. Miguel, Simone, and Kay go back to Kay's place for some food. Miguel thanks them for helping him try and find Charity.
At the country club, Theresa tells Whitney, who is teaching tennis there, that the country club is wonderful. Theresa says this is the life she wants, and Ivy Crane is her ticket. Whitney says she can pretend all she want, but the real reason she is going back to the mansion if because she is still in love with Ethan. Theresa says that she needs this job because her family needs the money. She says that she has to do her share, her mother works too hard because their father disappeared and her oldest brother ran off. Whitney tells Theresa that she has another problem, Ethan knows what she looks like! Theresa says she has a way to remedy that, if she'll help her. Whitney says she must be nuts, but will help her. Whitney asks what her mom thinks about her mom said about her not turning down the job, but Theresa says she hasn't.
Pilar goes to visit Grace at her shop, she brought her some bed linens, and she tells Grace that she hopes Theresa finds a job, she got up bright and early to look for a job. Grace says that she wishes Kay had that drive, but nothing could make her get up that early. Pilar looks at her watch and tells Grace that she better go. Grace asks Pilar if she wouldn't mind taking the linens to the back room so she can price them later. Pilar does, and Theresa and Whitney show up. Theresa asks Grace if she has any scarfs for sale, and Grace says she does. Grace offers her a part-time job working here in the store, but Theresa says she already got a job. Pilar returns at this point and is thrilled to hear the news, and she asks Theresa what her new job is? Theresa tells her mom that she is working at the mansion, which upsets Pilar. Theresa says she really wants this. Pilar tells her daughter that she won't interfere, she's old enough to make her own mistakes. Theresa and Whitney run out, and Pilar talks with Grace about how foolish her daughter is.
At the Crane mansion, Ivy tells Ethan that they have to step up their hunt for his stalker. Ivy suggests they contact Frank Lomax, a damn good sketch artist and a great detective. Ethan says he will do that, and then tells his mom about Theresa's call. Later, Frank Lomax shows up to meet with Ethan about his stalker.
At the Bennetts' house, Jessica comes downstairs and finds Miguel cooking breakfast for Kay and Simone. Jessica can't believe her sister is up so early. Miguel says her sister came down to the docks to get fish for dinner, but Jessica says their mom is making hamburgers. When Miguel mentions that he works on the fishing boat, Jessica says now I understand now. Miguel begins to talk about Charity, and Jessica is thrilled and asks when he will see her again? Kay says he won't because she took off. However, Miguel tells Jessica that her sister and Simone are going to help him look for Charity. Jessica starts talking about how romantic their meeting must have been. Kay gets upset listening to Miguel talk about Charity. Simone tells Jessica to leave her sister alone, but Jessica says someone has to lookout for Miguel. Meanwhile, Miguel tries to think of where Charity could be, and says she mentioned taking a bus home. Jessica tells Miguel that he should start looking at the bus station, which Miguel thinks is a great idea. Miguel decides take off to find Charity, and Kay is furious with Jessica. Kay then tells Miguel he can't go looking for Charity today, they have a big softball game! Miguel tells her that the team will have to win this one without him, he has to find Charity. Reese shows up in some of Miguel's borrowed clothes. Kay asks why he is here, and Reese says they were supposed to have lunch and go to the game. Kay says she can't do lunch, and Miguel says that he has to go find Charity. Kay and Simone try to convince Miguel to play in the game, but Jessica tells him to go find Charity. Miguel says he has to find Charity, and Jessica tells Miguel that she'll go with him. Kay reminds her that she is supposed to work in the shop with mom today, and then says she and Simone will skip the game and help him find Charity. Kay secretly tells Simone that they cannot let Miguel find the girl!
Charity arrives at the bus station looking for Miguel, but nobody seems to know her Miguel. Elsewhere, Miguel, Reese, Kay, and Simone split up to look for Charity. Kay tells Simone that she doesn't think Miguel will find Charity. Meanwhile, Charity and Miguel are right around the corner from one another.
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Whintey is helping Theresa disguise herself with conservative clothes and wigs. Whitney tells Theresa that this look is not her at all, and Theresa says that is the point. Ivy suddenly calls Theresa and tells her that she knows they didn't discuss her hours, but could use her help right now. Theresa says she will be right over. Theresa tries on tons of outfits, wigs, and hairstyles and eventually settles on a very geeky and homely looking disguise. She has a short brown wig on, a scarf over the wig, thick black rimmed glasses, an off white sweater, and a plaid skirt.
At the Crane mansion, Ethan and Ivy are with Detective Frank Lomax. Frank asks Ethan to describe his stalker so he can make a sketch of her. Frank asks Ivy if she has seen this girl, but she says no. Ivy tells Ethan that she has things to do and hopes he can meet Pilar's daughter today. Ethan tells his mom that Sheridan's hearing this morning was waved, thanks to father, and he will pick her up when she calls. Frank and Ethan then get to work on the sketch of Theresa. Frank shows Ethan the sketch he drew, and Ethan says it is perfect!
Theresa shows up at the mansion and Ivy doesn't recognize her at first. Ivy wants to introduce her to Ethan, but Theresa asks to fix her hair first. Ivy then asks Theresa why she is wearing her long and lovely hair up today? Theresa's hair has fallen out of her wig, and Ivy realizes it is a wig. Ivy mentions wearing them before at parties, or to change her looks, but doesn't understand why Theresa would want to hide her beautiful hair. Theresa says that appearance is important to her and wanted to look more professional for her. Ivy says "if it will make you feel better" and then asks Ivy to come meet Ethan. She tells her that Ethan is working with a PI to find his stalker. Ivy sees that Ethan is working with Frank, so she and Theresa go upstairs. Theresa ends up back in Ivy's closet looking through her cloths. Pilar shows up and doesn't recognize Theresa at first. When Theresa says it is her, Pilar asks Theresa if she is crazy? She says that this is not going to work, if Luis or the Cranes catch her in this house it will be a disaster.
Sheridan is still having her dream in jail in which a mystery man saves her from JEan-Luc. Sheridan runs after him to thank him, and asks who he is. The man is wearing a black trench coat and hat, his face is covered by shadows. Sheridan wonders if she knows her rescuer and asks what he wants? Back in reality, Luis checks on a sleeping Sheridan. Sheridan begins to stir around and Luis goes inside and asks if she is okay. Sheridan responds by putting her arms around him! When she finally wakes up she says "you!" Luis says he only came to check on her, and Sheridan says she thought he was someone else. Luis says he will leave, and Sheridan says "please do!" Later, Sam confronts Luis with a tape recording of what happened in the cell and wants to know what is going on with him and Sheridan? Sam asks if they have a thing? Luis asks where he'd get a crazy idea like that from? Sam plays the tape of him hugging Sheridan this morning and wants an explanation. Luis tells him that it is not what it looks like, and tells him the real story. Unfortunately, the tape ran out right as Sheridan was hugging Luis, so he can't see what happened next. Sam decides to trust Luis story, but warns him to be careful when it comes to the Cranes, and then rants and raves about how the Cranes have no idea what it is like to make them in the real world. Luis asks Sam what happened between him and Cranes? Sam says that he just doesn't like how the Cranes think they own Harmony, he is obviously hiding the real reason he hates the Cranes. Later, Luis looks at a picture of his sister and calls the Crane estate to talk to his mom. He asks her if she knows where Theresa is because he called home a little while ago and she wasn't there. Luis wonders if she is looking for a new job, and Pilar tells him that finding a new job is probably on her mind.
Back in her cell, Sheridan goes back to sleep and dreams about talking to Ethan about how she doesn't deserve to be loved. Ethan tells her that she'll meet the right guy when she least expects it. Sheridan wakes up and wonders who the man who saved her was, but then says she doesn't need a man in her life.
BAck at the mansion, Ethan gets a call from the station to says he has to go pick up his aunt. Frank decides to tag along to see if the cops can identify his stalker. Ethan and Frank show up at the station and Ethan tells Luis that he is here to pick up his aunt, who has been released. Luis is frustrated that the Cranes have once again escaped the law. Luis goes to release Sheridan and return her belongings. A picture of Jean-Luc falls out of the envelope, and they both lean over to get it. Luis sees the picture of Jean-Luc. He asks if that is who she thought she was hugging earlier, and Sheridan tells him "That's none of your damn business!" Luis chuckles, so Sheridan says she'll tell him if he really wants to know who this man is.
At the Crane mansion, Pilar tells Theresa that she is playing a very dangerous game. Theresa tells her mother not to worry, nobody will recognize her. Theresa says this is her dream job and she believes she can escape being found out by Ethan. Ivy gives Theresa a letter to proof read and type for her. Ivy tells Pilar that her daughter is wonderful, but she knew she would be because she is her mother's daughter. Later, Ivy looks through her closet and can't find anything to wear to a charity ball that would make her look young and hip. Theresa decides to try and help her, and picks out an outfit for her. Ivy is impression by her flair for fashion.
Sheridan and Ethan return to the mansion and Pilar is so happy to see Sheridan. Sheridan says she's heard that her daughter is working here and can't wait to meet her. Later, Sheridan wonders how Luis could turn out to be such a pain when Pilar and her daughter are so great. Ethan says they should go see his mother, and when they go into her room, they find Theresa typing away on a laptop computer.
In the living room, Ivy learns from Pilar that Sheridan is home. Ivy asks how Sheridan is? Pilar says she looks like she has recovered from her accident. Ivy says that is not what she was talking about, and Pilar says "Oh you mean that night." Ivy asks Pilar if Sheridan has been in this room yet, and Pilar says she doesn't think so. Earlier, Sheridan insisted on entering the house through a side wing. Ivy says they have all tried to put that night out of their minds, but doesn't know if Sheridan has. Pilar says she has never told anyone about that night, and Ivy says she knows and trusts her. Ivy goes on to say that if anyone ever found out about that night and Sheridan, it would be a disaster for all of them.
Back upstairs, Ethan approaches Theresa and says he has been looking forward to meeting her. She panics and wonder "what if Ethan recognizes me?" Ethan introduces himself and his aunt, and as she goes to introduce herself, she trips and her glasses fall off. She leans down to pick them up, and when Ethan goes to help her he says "Oh my God!" Theresa asks what, and Ethan says she has ink all over her face (she was chewing on her pen). The phone rings and Theresa rushes to answer it. Sheridan tells Ethan that she is busy and they should go. Ethan tells Sheridan she can go, he'll catch up with her a bit later. Sherdian leaves to change, and Ethan realizes there is something familiar about Theresa. Pilar shows up and he asks her to stay. Ethan tells Theresa that she tried to fool him, but he'd know her anywhere.
At Tabitha's place, Tabitha is waiting for her spirit board to tell her where Charity is. Timmy says he can't believe that pretty young girl can harm them. Tabitha reminds Timmy what happened to them at the carnival. Tabitha decides to go upstairs and take a nap, so Timmy puts on his walk man and dances around to hip-hop music shouting "Timmy's the boss, bossman, Timmy's the boss!" As Timmy dances, the spirit board comes to life. Timmy ends up knocking some kitchen utensils off the counter, and Tabitha walks into the kitchen and asks what all the racket is? She then sees the board and rushes over to it. Tabitha asks where Charity is, but Timmy ends up knocking the board off the table with his dancing. He begs Tabitha not to put him in the dryer. Tabitha says she won't put him in the dryer because he's going to find out what the spin cycle in the washing machine is like! Tabitha then chases Timmy around the kitchen. She eventually catches him and throws him in the washing machine. Timmy manages to escape, but is full of suds. She then sticks him in the microwave to dry him out! Tabitha lets a smoking Timmy out and tells him if he had been watching the board like he was supposed to, he wouldn't be going through all of this. As she is about to introduce him to the blender, the spirit board begins moving again. Unfortunately, the board tells them nothing. Tabitha tells Timmy that they have to find Charity before she develops her powers, and before she falls in love because that would make her powers even stronger! Timmy asks what happens if the don't find her? Tabitha tells him that he becomes pillow stuffing, and she doesn't want to think about what will happen to her. The spirit board begins to make sense and tells Tabitha that Charity is at the bus station.
At the bus station, Miguel is just around the corner from Charity. Reese tells Miguel that he's never seen him so serious about a girl. Unfortunately, they walk right by her because she has her face stuck in a paper looking for an article on the Harmony Hunk contest. Elsewhere, Kay tells Simone that they have to keep Miguel from finding her. Kay finds Charity on the phone leaving a message for her mom. Kay happens to bump into Charity after her call. Charity asks them for help finding Miguel. Kay suggests she try the baseball field, most guys will be there for the big game today. Charity says that is a great idea and thanks them. Kay and Simone spot Miguel and Reese, and approach them to see how it is going. Miguel says they haven't had any luck, so they are going to head to the ball field. Kay convinces Miguel not to give up, so he decides to look around some more. Unfortunately they can't find her on any of the busses, so they should go to the ballgame. Kay says they should go back to her place for lunch and discuss where else to look for Charity. When Miguel asks if she means Reese too, Kay says of course.
Elsewhere, Jessica is on the way to the bus station to make sure her sister doesn't wreck Miguel and Charity's relationship. As luck would have it, Jessica runs right into Charity! They both apologizes, and Jessica ends up rushing away. Charity notices a ring (I think) on the ground and picks it up realizing it is Jessica's.
Jessica arrives at the station, but Kay tells her to butt out. They leave, and Charity shows up to return her ring. Charity tells Jessica that she was looking for a boy, and Jessica realizes she is Charity! Jessica tells Charity that she knows where Miguel is, and they race off together. Jessica finds Miguel and the gang, and Kay is furious! Miguel introduces Charity to all of his friends. Charity says she remembers Kay, she sent her to the ballpark. Kay says she didn't know she was Charity, and she feels really bad. Charity tells Miguel that she had to see him one last time, she has to say goodbye. Miguel asks where she is going? Charity says she and her mom are moving, and Kay and Simone say that is so awful. Miguel wants to give Charity a personal tour of Harmony so she can convince her mom to live here. Kay really wants to get Charity on a bus back home, but Jessica convinces her to take a later bus home and spend the day with Miguel. They leave, and Kay tells Jessica that she will deal with her later! Kay and Simone leave,and Reese asks Jessica if she is sure her sister likes him? Jessica tells him of course she does.
Miguel shows Charity around town as Tabitha and Timmy search for her. Miguel wishes Charity could change her mom's mind so she could stay. Charity says there is a way, but unfortunately the show was interrupted for a news report. What Charity was going to tell him was that she could stay if her mom found her long lost twin sister. The rest of the show did not tape due to a news conference. If anyone out there can fill me in on what happened I'd appreciate it!
Miguel and Charity go to Lighthouse Park to talk. MEanwhile, Kay and Simone spy on them from the bushes. Kay tells Simone that Miguel will be hers once Charity is out of the picture. Jessica shows up and Kay gets into a fight with her about Miguel. Jessica tells her sister that Miguel obviously wants to be with Charity, not some mean girl. Grace shows up and breaks up their fight and asks them to try and get along, she would love to have a sister. Meanwhile, Charity tells Miguel that if her mom could find her long lost twin sister, then they could stay in harmony. Miguel says they have to find her, and he'll think of something. Miguel then decides to show her more of the town. Kay, Jessica, and Simone take off, and Grace returns to hanging fliers. Miguel and Charity continue to talk about her mom's twin sister. As they sit and talk, Grace hangs fliers behind them! Miguel suggests they put up photos of her mom around town, someone might know her. Charity thinks that is a good idea, but she left her photo in the other bag. Besides, Charity says there is no way her mom's twin is in Harmony, that would be a miracle. Miguel tells her that miracles do happen, and then suggests they go see Grace because she knows everyone. Miguel goes to get them a soda at the snack bar, and runs into Grace. Miguel wants to introduce Charity to Grace, but Grace says she has to run and suggests he brings her by the house later. Miguel tells Charity the good news, and then goes to get their sodas. Meanwhile, Tabitha arrives at the park, and when she hits the brakes, Timmy flies face first into a big ole rock! Tabitha tells Timmy to look, and she points to Charity. Timmy asks Tabitha what they shoud do, and Tabitha says "go get her!" Timmy runs straight for Charity and jumps her! Charity ends up beating the Timmy doll to a pulp, and Tabitha realizes the girl isn't Charity. The girl realizes she is beating a doll up, and Tabitha says it is her fault because the doll flew out of her basket. The girl leaves and Timmy tells Tabitha that girl cleaned Timmy's clock! Elsewhere, Miguel wins a necklace out of a box of cracker jacks, and gives it to Charity.
Timmy and Tabitha go home, and Timmy asks for a steak to put on his eye. Tabitha tells him that doll's don't get black eyes. Suddenly, Grace comes knocking on Tabitha's door. Grace tells Tabitha that she thought she might like to join her for lunch, some of Kay's friends are coming over. Tabitha says she's a little busy, so Grace says she can come over if she changes her mind. Grace leaves and Timmy tells Tabitha to take Grace up on her offer. Tabitha says she'd rather eat night crawlers, but Timmy reminds her that she has to keep up this sweet little lady routine, and if she is at Graces house she can make sure that Grace doesn't run into Charity. Tabitha tells Timmy that he's not as dumb as he looks.
TC and Eve Russell are also walking around town posting fliers as well. Eve asks TC how Whitney's practices are going, and TC says phenomenal, they have one amazing kid! He says he wished Simone could be as focused as Whitney is. TC starts talking about how Whitney is going to the Olympics and will win a gold medal. Eve is obviously worried and says what is important is that Whitney happy. TC says winning will make Whitney happy. TC tells Eve that Whitney takes after her mother, she has her genes for success. Eve says he is every bit as successful as she is, and she doesn't like hearing him put himself down. TC tells Eve that she is the role model of the family. Eve remembers the fortune teller telling her that she knows what her big secret is, and it scares her. TC asks her what she is thinking about, and Eve says how luck she is to have him.
At the Crane mansion, Ethan asks Theresa how he could find the girl who is stalking him. Theresa suggests that maybe this girl comes from another town. Ethan thinks it is a possibility and thanks her. Before leaving, Ethan wipes some of the ink off of Theresa's face. After he is gone, Pilar tells her daughter that it is time this charade of hers comes to an end! Pilar leaves and Theresa calls Whitney. Theresa says she needs a favor and asks her to meet her somewhere with some regular cloths. Whitney asks where, and Theresa suggests the snack bar. Pilar is happy to see Theresa leaving, and tells her to give up this job. Theresa says she can't, this is her dream job and if she makes it big, Luis can go to college and study law, and she can help Miguel go to college as well. She also wants to use her money to find Papa. Pilar tells her that they are talking about her and her future. Theresa says this is her future, Ivy is going to help her get into the fashion world. Theresa promises her mother that one day she will have her own mansion and servants. Pilar tells her money doesn't buy happiness, but Theresa says it is a start. Theresa tells her mom that money is important, and she is going to have everything she wants and make sure she (Pilar) will have everything she wants. Theresa tells her mom not to worry and then leaves.
Meanwhile, Frank's calls Ethan and tells him that nobody at the station recognized the sketch, so they decided to meet at the snack bar down at the harbor. After hanging up the phone, Sheridan and Ethan talk. Ethan realizes something is bothering her, and asks if it is this house? Sheridan says she left Paris to escape the memories of Jean-Luc, but the memories here are worse. Ethan tells her "that night" wasn't her fault, but Sheridan says yes it was! We see a flashback of a young Sheridan staring at her bloody hands. Ethan tells her to forget about that night, everyone else has. Sheridan says she can't, and she "did it." Ethan says he knows her and she could have never "done it." Ethan wants to cancel his meeting, but she tells him she will be all right. Ethan leaves and the phone begins to ring. Sheridan hesitates to go into the living room, but eventually does to answer the phone. Luis is on the phone and tells her that her hearing is at 9'O'Clock tomorrow morning.
Frank finds Whitney, Simone, and Kay at the snack bar on the docks and tells them he is trying to find a girl. He shows them his sketch and they are speechless. Kay tells Simone that they have to go, but Simone wants to see the sketch and blurts out "Hey, I know her!" Whitney butts in and says that her sister is just joking, she is always doing that. Simone eventually caves in to her sister's threat to tell their parents what she is up to, and says she doesn't know the girl. Frank leaves and Simone asks Whitney what Theresa has done now? Kay tells them to fight later because she has to find Miguel. Kay and Simone leave and Theresa shows up. Whitney tells her that she can't change out of her clothes because a private investigator is looking for her! Theresa says she has to change out of these clothes because Luis will want to know what is up if she goes home like this. They go into the ladies room so Theresa can change. Outside, Ethan shows up and Frank says he hasn't had much luck. Ethan suggests that the girl might be from out of town, but he still thinks they'll find her close by. They split up and go searching for Theresa. Theresa and Whitney come out of the bathroom, Theresa is back in her regular cloths. Theresa says if those accidents didn't happen, she could go to work like this and Ethan would fall in love with her. Theresa and Whitney leave, and Ethan ends up heading the same way they are! Whitney and Theresa get ice cream, and Whitney's elbow begins to hurt from practice. Whitney says she'll go have her mom look at it at the clinic, and tells Theresa to go straight home! Whitney takes off and Theresa fantasizes about Ethan. Suddenly, Ethan grabs her from behind and says "I finally got you!" Ethan tells her that he's taking her to the police station. Theresa says "no not there, please let me go!" Ethan tells her "Not on your life." Theresa manages to get away from him, but he chases after her.
Theresa shows up at the Harmony Free Clinic to see her mom. Eve is happy to see her, and as they hug, Whitney's elbow bothers her. Eve asks if her father knows, and Whitney says she hasn't told them. As Eve examines her, TC walks in and asks what is going on? Eve says her elbow is sore, and TC says that is her racket arm! Whitney says she is sure it is nothing, and TC says it better be because the Olympic trials are coming up and she can't miss them! Eve says all she has is some tendonitis, and TC says she wouldn't have that if she didn't properly warmed up! Whitney says she didn't warm up a couple of times because lessons at the club start so early. TC tells her then the lessons have to go, but Whitney says she likes earning her own money. She promises him that she won't let her lessons interfere with her practice time. When TC tells her that he won't let anything keep her from making the Olympic team, Eve looks very worried.
Kay and Simone find Charity and Miguel together, Miguel is putting a necklace around her neck. Kay says she has to stop them from touching, but Jessica turns on some sprinklers to keep Kay from spoiling the moment. Kay, Simone, and Jessica go home, and Miguel and Charity show up. Charity tells Kay how nice her house is. Charity asks if she can use her phone to call her mom, and Kay tells her to use the one in the kitchen. Charity calls home, and Faith answers. Faith asks where she is, and Charity tells her mom that she's in Harmony. Faith is upset, but CHarity says it is a good thing she came back because Miguel knows someone who might be able to find her sister! As they talk, Grace folds laundry behind Charity! Faith wants to talk to the mother of her friends, so she asks her to put the mother on. However, Charity realizes Mrs. Bennett is busy, but says that she will be fine. Meanwhile, Grace tells Jessica to take Miguel into the living room so Charity can have some privacy.
Luis is busy waxing his brand new squad 4x4, which was bought with the Cranes money. Meanwhile, Sheridan is driving along the road and begins to have more flashbacks of her asking everyone to forgive her. When she snaps to, she swerves her car and we hear a CRASH! Sheridan's car smashes right into Luis' new truck! Luis is furious, but Sheridan says it is his fault for parking his car so close to the street. Luis tells her that her family doesn't own this town or the roads. They begin to argue, and Sheridan says her mind wandered for a second. Luis asks what she was daydreaming about, getting her nails done? We then see another one of Sheridan's flashbacks, this time she is standing over a dead body, which has a white sheet covered in blood over it! Sheridan cries and tells Luis that it wasn't that at all! Luis asks her what is wrong?
On the road, Sheridan tells Luis that she doesn't need any phony concern of his, and if he wants to arrest her to just do it. Luis can't believe she is trying to make this his fault. Luis writes her a ticket and tells her to stay away from him. Sheridan says that is not a problem, no one in this town will ever see her again after tomorrow!
On the boardwalk, Theresa runs into Whitney and tells her that Ethan is after her? Meanwhile, Ethan gets a call from Frank and says he found his stalker, but she got away. Ethan walks by Whitney, who is sitting on a barrel. Ethan asks if she has seen a girl run by, but Whitney says no and she can't help him. After Ethan leaves, Whitney gets off the barrel and Theresa climbs out.
Theresa and Whitney go back to Theresa's place, and Whitney tells her that the game is over. Theresa says no way, she has angels on her side. Whitney says she does not want to hear this! Theresa tells her that she is not worried, Ethan never recognize her when she makes herself all nerdy looking.
Ethan returns home and finds Sheridan making plane reservations to Rio DeJunero. Ethan says she can't go, and he tells her that she has to stop thinking of that night. Sheridan says she has tried, but can't make the pictures in her head go away. She says she can't take it anymore. Ethan tells her that she can't deal with this alone, he wants to help her. Ethan says that what happened that night is over, everyone else has forgotten. Sheridan tells Ethan that are some things you just can't forget. Ethan begs Sheridan not to go, he wants to help her forget about that night. Sheridan says that night isn't the only bad memory she has of this place. Ethan has to stop counseling Sheridan to take a phone call, it is the airlines. Ethan asks what he should tell them, and she says she won't be going. Ethan is thrilled and hugs his aunt. Ethan wants to take Sheridan out to dinner, but Sheridan wants to drop of a present for Pilar. Ethan says they can drop it off at their house on the way to dinner.
At Tabitha's place, Timmy asks why Tabitha hasn't gone over to Grace's place? Tabitha says she rather be boiled in oil. She says that Charity can't run into Grace as long as Grace stays in her disgusting kitchen. Timmy starts eating chetos and Tabitha works with her spirit board. Tabitha asks where Charity is and the spirit board spells out next door! Tabitha exclaims "Hell's Bells! Charity is at Grace's house. If she sees Grace we are done for!"
At the Bennett household, Grace watches Charity as she talks to her mom. She wonders if she should step in and help, but decides that Charity has it under control. Charity tells her mom that she is safe here, so Faith asks Charity for the phone number there. Grace tells the kids that she has to run to the shop and will see them all at the party. Charity goes into the living room and tells Miguel that she has to be home before dark. She also tells him that they are moving far away tomorrow. Outside, Grace realizes that she left her glasses inside. Grace gets her glasses without being spotted by Charity. Miguel and Jessica convince Charity to stay for Miguel's mother's party, Miguel knows she wants to meet her. Charity agrees, and they all go over to Miguel's house. Grace asks Kay where Charity and Miguel are, so Kay tells her they went to the Lopez-Fitzgerald's home. Grace has to head out, but tells Kay to tell Miguel that she'll meet Charity at Pilar's. The shot pans over to the window, which Timmy and Tabitha are peaking in.
At Pilar's place, Jessica, Kay, and Simone get dressed up in Spanish dancing clothes for Pilar's surprise party. Kay offers a mantia (sp?) to Charity. Charity doesn't understand why they are dressing up like this? Jessica says that Pilar is trying to save up to go back to the old country to see her family, so this year her family has decided to bring the old country to her! Kay tells Charity that it must be hard to think that she'll never see Miguel again after today, but Charity says she and Miguel promised to keep in touch via phone and email. Kay says that long distance relationship usually don't last, but perhaps theirs will succeed. Miguel comes out in his outfit, and Charity says maybe things will work out and she and her mom can stay here.
Back in the Bennett Kitchen, Eve shows up and talks with Grace. Grace tells Eve that she recently felt like her family was so close by, she doesn't know why. Eve says perhaps she is starting to remember. Grace says she wish she could remember, but she can't. Grace wonders how she can have feelings for a family she doesn't know. Eve tells her because she wants to know there are people out there that miss her. Eve offers Grace a lift to the Lopez-Fitzgerlads place, but Grace thanks her anyways. When Grace tells Eve that she is going to meet Miguel's new girlfriend Charity there, a spying Tabitha starts singing Bingo! Tabitha tells Timmy that they have to get to that party and remove Charity before Grace arrives!
Back at the Lopez-Fitzgeralds place, Theresa, Whitney, and Luis are all in costume. Luis rants and raves about the Cranes and says he hopes he never sees Sheridan again. Theresa says "but she seems so nice?" Luis asks how she would know, has she been to the Crane mansion? Theresa says she's seen her in magazines and Mama likes her. Luis says he thought nobody could be worse than Ethan, but Sheridan tops him by far. Downstairs, the kids decorate the house as Tabitha spies on them. Tabitha likes Kay's nastiness and says she is her kind of girl. Everyone begins to gather for the party. Eve and TC arrive and Eve tells Charity that Mrs. Bennett is looking forward to meeting you. Charity is enjoying herself, this is the first party she's ever been to, and then decides to go see if Jessica needs help. Jessica tries to get Miguel to teach her the Samba, but Jessica butts in and ruins it. Miguel teaches Charity, and Reese teaches Kay. Theresa says that her mother is coming, so they all hide and turn off the lights. Unfortunately it is only Tabitha, who says her invitation must have gotten lost in the mail. Pilar walks in after Tabitha, and everyone yells surprise, again! As everyone celebrates, Tabitha unplugs the clock so Charity will miss her bus. Charity tells Miguel that this has been the best day of her life and she wishes her mom could be here to see this. Theresa decides to get the cake ready, and Pilar announces it is time to break the pinyata. Luis is first up to try to break it, and Pilar blindfolds him. Meanwhile, Ethan and Sheridan show up, but Ethan leaves the present in the car and has to return to get it. Sheridan goes out back, via the kitchen, were Luis breaks the pinyata. Luis says he told his mom he'd break it on the first try, and for that he wants a kiss. Unfortunately Luis grabs Sheridan and plants a wet one right on her cheek! Everyone is shocked, and Luis wonders who he kissed. He tries to guess who she is by feeling her face. Pilar tries to warn Luis to stop, but he ignores her and says he's having fun. Sheridan is not having fun. Luis says he better stop now because he is falling in love. Sheridan tells him "good idea officer, cause I might have to write you a ticket for reckless driving, then pulls his blindfold off!
Elsewhere Charity tries a special kind of chili pepper. She says it is good and asks if he grew up eating these? Miguel says not exactly, and Jessica butts in and tells Charity that she just ate a love pepper. Legend has it that if a girl and boy each take a bite out of the same pepper the chili will heat their blood until they make mad, passionate love. Kay and Simone wonder why Miguel and Charity looks embarrassed, and Kay says its probably thanks to her sister. Reese brings Kay some punch, but she has a better idea and samba with him instead.
Back in the kitchen, Whitney rushes in to tell Theresa that her brother just kissed Sheridan. Suddenly, Ethan comes in with a present, and Theresa quickly turns around to avoid him seeing her face. Ethan sees she has a cake and offers to help, but unfortunately Theresa's face gets knocked into the cake! Ethan says he's so sorry and offers to help her. Theresa says its okay, but Ethan recognizes Theresa's voice. Whitney gets rid of Ethan, who realizes who Theresa is.
Tabitha goes back outside and finds Timmy dancing. She tells Timmy that they aren't here to dance! Timmy tells her unplugging the clock was a great move, she is wicked evil. Tabitha thanks him for the complement. She then tells Timmy to get ready for step two, getting rid of Charity!
At Faith's place, Faith is busy packing. She looks at the photo of her and her sister and says finding her would change everything. When an eerie wind blows through her living room, Faith rushes to her phone and calls the Bennetts. Grace is still home and decides to answer the phone, even though she is late as is. Grace says hello, and Faith yells out "Charity is in danger!" Grace doesn't understand who this is, and Faith tells her this is Charity's mother. Grace tells her that Charity is fine, she just left a few minutes ago, but Faith is positive that something bad is going to happen to Charity!
