Meanwhile, down in the kitchen, Ethan assures Chad that he and Theresa are not getting back together, he cannot trust her. Chad tells Ethan that Theresa loves him enough to almost die for him, and he doesn�t think he can trust her? Chad says that Theresa thought she was going to die to save his, but Ethan says he still can�t get past Theresa�s history. Chad says they looked pretty cozy when he and Whitney walked in on them, but Ethan says he is getting back together with Gwen. Chad says that getting back together with Gwen because he doesn�t feel that he can trust Theresa isn�t fair to him or Gwen, and from what he saw between him and Theresa, he is nowhere near ready to marry another woman.
At the Wallace house, Beth is looking at a picture of Luis and her mother tells her that she hopes the wait for Luis to come back to her was good, she hopes she enjoyed all five minutes of it! Beth�s mom continues to antagonize Beth, and grabs the picture of him from her. Beth goes nuts and demands she give the picture back, grabbing her mom�s wrist. Beth�s mom cries out that she is hurting her! Beth�s mom lets go of the picture, and they continue fighting. When Beth�s mom, still insulting Beth, heads into her room, we hear a crash!
At the hospital, Miguel tells Kay that Charity wants to see her, now. Charity tells Kay that she has remembered some very disturbing things involving her! Charity says when she was frozen in the cave she remembers hearing Kay there! Kay says maybe she heard her voice when they came to help rescue her, but Charity says she heard Tabitha and Timmy too. Miguel says they were there too, and Timmy did more than anyone to help save her. Charity learns that Timmy died and gave her his heart. Charity is stunned, and says Tabitha must be devastated. Simone says they are all having a hard time dealing with this, he was a special little boy. Still, Charity tells Kay that she remembers her saying she should go to the light. Simone and Miguel are shocked, but Kay says she was just telling Charity to spare herself the misery and pain of holding on when Dr. Russell said their was no hope. Charity believes Kay, and thanks her for thinking of her. They decide to let Charity rest, and Simone can�t believe Kay has dodged the truth again. Back in her room, the Zombie appears to Charity!
Meanwhile, Eve is concerned about the test results, so she calls some more doctors to get a second opinion about Antonio�s condition. Suddenly, Beth wheels her mom up to Eve and says her mom fell. Mrs. Wallace says her wrist hurts too! Eve takes Beth�s mom off to examine her, and Beth sees Antonio. Later, another doctor tells Eve that her patient is in serious jeopardy, the slightest upset or wrong move could kill him!
In Antonio/Brian�s room, Brian talks to his mom about Sheridan. Beth comes in to see Antonio/Brian, and they talk. Beth asks about Diana, and he shocks her with the truth about Diana, that she is Sheridan Crane! Beth is so shocked, she faints! She comes too and asks Antonio to repeat that, so he does, and when he says he�s engaged to marry Sheridan, in rolls Mrs. Wallace. She says that is impossible! Brian says as incredible as it sounds, he is marrying her. He explains how he rescued her, and she had amnesia until they returned to Harmony and remembered everything. MRs. Wallace asks how Luis reacted, and he says Luis was a little rocky with it all at first, but they talked it out, and now they may even be having a double wedding! Beth and Mrs. Wallace are puzzled, until they realize that Antonio/Brian thinks Luis is still marrying Beth. Luis then thinks perhaps there has been a change of plans, maybe Luis . . . Mrs. Wallace decides to set Antonio straight and tell him who Luis is going to be marrying.
Elsewhere, Luis asks Sheridan if she is in love with him, or his brother? Sheridan tells him that she loves him with all her heart, but when she was Diana, she did love Antonio very much. Luis asks her which one she is in love with? Is she still in love with his brother? Sheridan says it isn�t that easy, not in this life or in her past life. Luis knows they were on the Titanic together, and he knows she died and married someone else. Sheridan tells Luis that the officer she married ended up to be his brother! She even tells him about seeing their graves! Luis can�t believe this, and asks her if this means she�s going to choose his brother over him again? She says this is more complicated then he thinks. He says that Antonio is expecting to go home with her, and he is expecting to sleep with her, and if she does that, then they will be finished for good! Sheridan says she doesn�t know what to do, she is still in shock from getting her memory back, but his ultimatums can�t make her turn her feelings off for his brother. Luis says he�s sorry, but this is hard for him to. Luis tells Sheridan that the thought of her with Antonio kills him, and he needs to know if she still loves him. She says of course she does, so Luis tells her that she�s going to have to make a choice, him or Antonio.
Elsewhere, another doctor confirms Eve�s diagnoses, Antonio must be kept as calm or as quiet as possible, the slightest upset could kill this patient! Eve calls Brian�s doctor after his crash, and they talk about what is wrong with him. This doctor also says that any emotional upset could kill Brian.
In Antonio�s room, Mrs. Wallace decides to set Antonio/Brian straight about the wedding plans. As she is about to blow it all, Eve walks in and stops her. She tells Mrs. Wallace they need to talk about her X-rays, and wheels her outside. Eve tells Mrs. Wallace that she can�t tell Antonio the truth before Sheridan gets a chance to explain. She tells her the whole story, and Mrs. Wallace begins to laugh at the mess. Back in his room, Brian continues to talk to Beth. She doesn�t tell him about Sheridan and Luis, but she says the news that he is marrying Sheridan changes everything. When she learns that Luis knows he is marrying Sheridan and Brian thinks Luis thinks it is okay, she has hope for a future with Luis. Mrs. Wallace listens in and refuses to let Beth be happy.
Meanwhile, Simone tries to get through to Kay that Miguel will never be with her. Kay swears to Simone that she will have Miguel! She says something will happen, something will turn up to help her get Miguel. Simone says Charity and Miguel are meant to be together just like she and Chad are. Kay says really, well wear is Chad right now? Simone says Chad loves her, he brought her flowers and wrote her this note, which she shows Kay. Kay says there is no name on the card, how does she know it is for her? Simone says because they are a couple and Chad is her boyfriend, who else would they be for? Simone says she got Chad because she is good, and Theresa is alive because she is good. Kay says Theresa did not get Ethan because she is good, she used every trick in the book to get Ethan. Kay says she and Theresa are exactly alike, and if she ends up with Ethan it is because she broke all the rules. Kay says if she wants to be with Chad, she�s going to have to grow up and learn to plot and scheme. Kay tells Simone to wait and see until someone tries to take Chad from her.
Back in Charity�s room, the Zombie appears to Charity! The Zombie has a get worse gift for Charity, and she dares her to open the box. Charity refuses, so the Zombie begins to open it. She tells her that she doesn�t want to miss this, it will get the heart beating faster! The Zombie opens the box and shows Charity a remote, which she uses to turn on the TV and show Charity her future. In her future is misery for her and Miguel, and she tells Charity it must make her wish she had stayed dead! Charity refuses to believe it, but the Zombie says it is real, and she will love what comes next! Charity lets out a scream, which sends Miguel running into the room.
At the mansion, Whitney tells Theresa that she is amazing, after everything she�s been through she still thinks she can make Ethan love her! Theresa says she will not accept the idea of not having Ethan, whatever she has to do to get him back she will do! Whitney tells Theresa she needs to start thinking of her baby, and Theresa says she is. She says her baby needs Ethan as much as she does, Ethan would be a much better father than Julian. Whitney asks when she will realize she needs to let go of Ethan? Theresa tells Whitney that when she makes love to the man she loves she will understand. Whitney tells Theresa that she does understand, and she tells her that she and Chad are together. Theresa is happy for Whitney because she�s wanted this for her friend for so long. However, Whitney soon explains her problems with Simone, and how she fears it will lead to her and Chad breaking up. Theresa tells Whitney not to put Simone�s feelings above hers or Chad�s, even if she did break up with Chad, Simone will eventually be hurt when she realizes Chad doesn�t love her. Theresa says no matter what, Simone will be hurt, so why should she and Chad hurt too? Theresa tells Whitney that she is going to have to hurt Simone, because sometimes in the game of love, people get hurt. Gwen shows up and hears Theresa says she doesn�t want to hurt Gwen, but when she and Ethan get back together, Gwen will be hurt. Theresa tells Whitney that if she has to roll over Gwen�s dead body to get Ethan back, then she will do it!
Elsewhere, Gwen listens in as Ethan admits to Chad that he still loves Theresa, but he still can�t marry her because he doesn�t trust her. Chad says it is not fair to marry Gwen when he still loves Theresa, but Ethan says he will always love Theresa, but he can�t marry someone who he can�t trust to be honest with him. Chad says the bottom line is that if he loves Theresa then he can work out the problems. Still, Ethan says he can�t deal with someone who he can�t trust. Chad ends up confessing his problems to Ethan. He says that him and Whitney are together finally, but they are lying to Simone about it. He explains the dilemma they are in, and he fears that Whitney is going to break up with him over it. Ethan says Simone is going to find out the truth eventually, unless he pretends to love Simone forever. Chad says no way, but it is just hard to tell someone the truth that you know will hurt them. Chad says it is the same with Theresa, she didn�t lie to him to save herself, she lied to him because she loves him and didn�t want to hurt him. Ethan says Theresa has said everything she�s done is out of love for him. Still, Ethan doesn�t know if he can trust Theresa, and he can�t feel that way for the rest of his life. Chad says he�s not saying what Theresa did was right, but he is saying he understands why she did it now. Chad says sometime the truth hurts, but Ethan says the truth always comes out. Chad says that is why he and Whitney have to tell Simone the truth, and that is why Theresa should have come clean with him. Chad asks Ethan if he can live the rest of his life without Theresa?
At the hospital, Sheridan tells Luis that he is the man she truly loves, and he is the one she wants to spend her life with. Luis tells her that he loves her too, and he wants to spend forever with her too. Meanwhile, Pilar overhears and fears that her sons will kill one another when the truth comes out. Pilar tells them that Antonio will be hurt by this news. Sheridan says she doesn�t want to hurt him, she does love him too. She says she doesn�t know how she is going to tell this to Antonio. Luis decides to ask Eve if they can break the news to Antonio, and he takes off. Pilar and Sheridan talk, and Pilar tells Sheridan the she is afraid this news could lead to her sons killing one another.
Outside of Brian/Antonio�s room, Beth thinks she has a third chance with Luis since Sheridan is still engaged to Antonio, and she thinks Luis knows and approves! Later, Beth and her mom overhear Sheridan talking to Pilar about choosing Luis. Mrs. Wallace tells Beth that she is back out in the cold again! However, Beth then hears Sheridan wish she had been more like Luis and stayed faithful. She says Luis didn�t go out and find someone else. Beth realizes this is her ticket to getting Luis back. Meanwhile, Pilar finds Luis and tells him that he has to tell Sheridan about Beth because Sheridan feels he has been faithful to her. Luis realizes he has to tell Beth before someone else. Elsewhere, Beth runs into Sheridan, and tells her about her engagement to Luis, shocking Sheridan. Beth says when she was gone, her and Luis fell in love all over again and got engaged.
Elsewhere, Charity lets out a scream because of Zombie�s video, and it sends Miguel running into her room. Kay and Simone follow, and Charity says she saw the Zombie and she showed her so much suffering. Miguel says the Zombie has been destroyed, but Charity says she was here and showed her the future. Charity says the Zombie said it would only get worse for them. Charity says she saw Miguel leaving her for Kay! She says it was just like the premonition she had, and then she saw even more images! Miguel tells her that she was having a nightmare, that was all. Charity, however, is convinced the Zombie was here. Miguel says it must have been the drugs she is on, and he asks Kay to assure Charity that the will never be together. Simone tells Kay to tell her. Suddenly, Tabitha�s spell hits them. Kay tells Charity not to worry, everything will work out like it is supposed to.
At the mansion, Chad tells Ethan that he isn�t saying it is right, but he can understand why Theresa lied to him. Ethan admits that he still loves Theresa, but it just won�t work because people don�t change. Chad asks Ethan how long he will be able to deny what is in his heart? Can he live without Theresa? In her room, Theresa assures Whitney that she is going to hold onto Ethan and not let anyone get in the way of her getting him back! Later, Ethan, baby Ethan, and Chad all return to the room. Gwen shows up as well, and grows sick as she watches Ethan with Theresa, telling her what a wonderful mother she is. Whitney and Chad excuse themselves, and Whitney tells Chad that it is killing her that they are going to have to hurt Simone so bad. Chad fears that Whitney is going to dump him again, and he says he�s not going to let her do it again! Whitney tells Chad that she�s not going to give him up, she can�t give him up. Chad says they will get through this, all they have to do is tell Simone the truth. Back in the room, Gwen says she finds it hard to believe she can�t give a baby a bottle or change diapers for a baby while growing up considering the size of her family. Gwen says Theresa is just manipulating him all over again! Theresa says that is not true, it is not like Gwen is making it out to be. Gwen says what is it then? Suddenly, one of Tabitha�s spell takes effect. Chad and Whitney come in to see what the odd gust of wind was, and Gwen is glad Whitney is here. She asks Whitney if she and Theresa ever babysat, and Whitney says of course, that is how they made money in highschool. Ethan is hurt and says she hasn�t changed and storms off.
In Antonio�s room, Eve tells Antonio that he must stay in the hospital and stay calm. Antonio feels that everyone is trying to keep something from him. He decides to find out what is going on, and gets out of bed. Meanwhile, Eve tells Pilar that Antonio�s condition is very fragile, and any emotional jolt could kill him. Pilar fears Anotnio�s life will be torn apart when he finds out the truth. Antonio shows up and asks what the truth is? Pilar says she was asking about his condition but Eve doesn�t have all the tests back. Antonio thinks that is not it, and he asks what this big dark secret everyone but him knows about. Pilar says nothing is being kept from him, and Eve demands Antonio get back in bed and rest. She threatens to have him taken back to bed, so he gives up and returns to bed. Antonio leaves, but decides not to go straight to bed. He decides to poke around a bit and find what people aren�t telling him.
Luis realizes his mother is right and he has to find Sheridan and tell her the truth about Beth before someone else tells her. Elsewhere, Beth tells Sheridan that she and Luis were engaged while she was gone. Sheridan is upset, and Luis shows up. He tells her that they need to talk, and she says they do! Beth says she assumed Sheridan knew, and she�s really sorry. Luis says she didn�t do anything wrong, he should have told Sheridan. Beth gives them some time alone, and Sheridan is furious with him. She asks why it is okay for him to be engaged to someone else, but not her? Sheridan lays into Luis, and he admits that he messed up bigtime. He says all he can ask is if she can forgive him. Sheridan says she doesn�t think so, she is so confused. Sheridan says she wants this all to be over, and Luis is confused. He asks if she wants them to be over, but she says no. She says she wants all this conflict to be over. Luis says since she came back he has been focused on her, he forgot about Beth. Luis admits he fell in love with Beth, but the love was different. Sheridan asks if he and Beth were lovers, and Luis says yes. Sheridan is hurt all over again, and tells him not to talk to her. Luis promises to fix things, but she doesn�t see how he can.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Wallace tells Beth that she is a terrible person for doing what she did to Luis and Sheridan. Beth eavesdrops and is hurt when Luis admits he forgot about her. Beth storms off, and Mrs. Wallace comes up with a way to put a stop to all of this.
At the mansion, Theresa is caught in another lie with Ethan after Whitney says she and Theresa used to babysit for money. Ethan is furious with Theresa for trying to make him believe she was a clueless mother so he would help her. Theresa realizes nothing she can say can get her out of this, so she tells Ethan that she knows how to take care of babies and she pretended like she didn�t know so they could spend time together. Ethan says she could have just asked him. Theresa says she knows he loved taking care of her and this baby, and she asks him if he can imagine them spending their lives together? She asks him if he can see teaching the baby how to walk, how to ride his bike? Ethan admits he had a great time helping her with the baby, but they are never going to be a family because her lies ruin everything. Theresa tries to blame Gwen for this, but he says this is her fault. He asks why she just didn�t ask to spend time with him. Theresa says she was afraid he would say no. Ethan says he has never failed to be there for her. Theresa says she loves him and has always been honest about that, but Ethan says she has never trusted his love for her. Ethan tells her that she ruins everything. Ethan says he can no longer forgive her, and this day has become a terrible memory for him because of her lying to him once again. Theresa says it won�t happen again, but Ethan says he�s heard that before. Ethan says he can never marry her because he can�t trust her. He says he wants to be able to look into his wife�s eyes and know there are no secrets. Ethan tells Theresa that he�ll never forget what she did for him, but he needs trust and honesty, and all she does is lie and deceive him. Ethan grabs Gwen�s hand and says they are going to bed. They leave, and Theresa breaks down.
At the hospital, Eve tells Pilar that they have to make sure Antonio doesn�t learn the truth too soon. She says Antonio is very ill, and he can�t learn the truth until he is strong enough to bare it. Pilar knows Eve is keeping something from her, and she doesn�t need to be protected. She asks if the shock of learning the truth will kill Antonio? Eve finally admits that she is afraid the shock could kill him.
Meanwhile, Antonio decides to poke around and find out what people are keeping from him. Elsewhere, Luis continues to try and apologize to Sheridan. Sheridan tells Luis not to act self righteous about her being with his brother because at least she had amnesia, he knew what he was doing when he was with Beth. Luis says the second that he found out she was still alive he broke off their engagement, and he meant to tell her, but with everything going on he forgot. He swears he didn�t mean to hide the truth from her. He says she, however, has not broken things off with Antonio. Sheridan says Eve told her not to upset him and that is why she hasn�t told him. Sheridan still thinks they have a problem since Luis doesn�t see that their situations are similar. Sheridan wants him to admit he is wrong, but he won�t. Instead he kisses her. He does eventually apologize to Sheridan. He says some sweet words to her about sending a message to heaven for a response, and how she thought she would want him to move on. He says he never forgot her, and she says that he just reminded her why she fell in love with him in the first place.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Wallace decides to thwart Beth�s latest scheme to get Luis back and see her daughter end up unhappy. Mrs. Wallace runs into Antonio, and she offers to help him find out what people are keeping from him, and suggests that he ask Luis and Sheridan because they would never keep anything from him. He says he�ll go look for them right now. He walks around the corner to find Sheridan and Luis hugging, and he demands to know what is going on!
In Charity�s room, Charity knows someone doesn�t wish them well. Miguel assures her that no one is working against her. She agrees to stay positive.
Outside Charity�s room, Grace tries to comfort Kay, but she calls her mom a bitch and tells her to get her hands off of her. Grace is shocked, but Kay says she may as well act like her bastard child since that is how she treats her. Grace tells Kay to stop this, she is her mother and she deserves her respect! Kay says that she knows now that if she wants something in life she has to grab it, because she (Grace) is that last person she can defend on for help. Grace decides to walk away before she says something she regrets, but Kay says she is walking away because she can�t take the truth! Grace says they will talk about this when they are calmer, but Kay says she doesn�t give a flying . . . Grace is shocked that Kay was going to use that language. Kay says she thought it would give her another reason to hate her! Grace tells Kay whatever has gotten into her has to stop. Grace storms off, and Simone shows up and asks what just happened? Kay says she has wised up, if she wants to be happy she has to do things herself, and she swears that Miguel will be hers. TC shows up and offers Simone a ride home, so they leave. Grace runs into Sam later, and she tells him about the fight she had with Kay. Grace says Kay hates her, but Sam says she just must be upset about something. Grace says that Kay can�t bare that Miguel loves Charity, and Kay feels that she always takes Charity�s side. Sam tells Grace that she has done nothing wrong, and hugs his wife.
Chad and Whitney head home, and Whitney realizes they not only have to tell Simone about them, but her father. Suddenly, TC shows up and demands they get inside so they can all settle this, and he yells to Simone to get down here.
