At the hospital, Eve works to keep Charity alive while Tabitha continues to wage a storm against the hospital to kill Charity. Timmy, who is an angel, begs Tabitha to let Charity live, but Tabitha says no. Timmy says that his heart will be put in Charity’s body, so she is going to end up hurting Timmy’s heart, which will hurt him. Tabitha tells Timmy that she will make sure that doesn’t happen, and goes to destroy another generator, but Timmy refuses to let her. He blocks her and says she’ll have to blow his soul to smithereens in order to kill Charity. Tabitha tells Timmy that without him she is alone, but he says he will always be watching over her. He tells Tabitha that whenever she wants to talk all he has to do is call him. Tabitha agrees, and Timmy tells Tabitha that she’ll always love her, turns into a ball of light, and shoots up to heaven. Up in heaven, the angel girl welcomes Timmy, who is worried about Tabitha. The angel girl gives Timmy a job to cheer him up, she makes him a guardian angle. Timmy gets his wings, and smiles.
Meanwhile, Sam and TC get one of the generators working, and Charity is rushes to the OR. Meanwhile, everyone else in Harmony learn that not only is Theresa alive, but Julian is as well. Pilar decides to head to the mansion and check on Theresa and the baby.
At the mansion, Gwen and Rebecca begin yawning after drinking the tea that they drugged for Theresa. However, Theresa has pulled a fast one on them! They are amazed that Theresa hasn’t fallen asleep. Suddenly, Gwen begins yawning, and Rebecca realizes what has happened. Theresa pours some more tea, and Gwen continues to yawn. Rebecca ends up telling Gwen that Theresa must have switched the cups, and she has drank the drug. Rebecca confronts Theresa about what she did, and Theresa says why she would switch the cups, unless she and Gwen tried to drug her? Theresa tells Ethan that they need to get Gwen to bed before she passes out. He says she’s not normally likes this. She passes out, and begins snoring! Ethan says he’ll take her to her room, and Theresa tells Rebecca that she should help her daughter get settled before her snoring wakes up the entire house! Later, Theresa and Ethan watch over the baby, and Theresa says she would give anything for this baby to be his, but he says that is impossible because she was on birth control. Theresa says she knows, and she asks him to at least be her son’s godfather. Ethan says he would be honored. As they talk, Rebecca spies on them and learns Ethan is going to be the baby’s godfather. Theresa sees Rebecca spying on them, so she closes the door to the room. Theresa tells herself that Ethan will be the man who helps her raise her son.
At the cottage, Brian goes to wipe the blood off his nose, and gives Sheridan a kiss before leaving. Luis can’t believe the gall of his brother and says he’s going to go punch him again, but Sheridan says no. Luis asks her what is going on? Sheridan asks to go take a walk, but Luis wants to know why, does his brother make him uncomfortable. Sheridan begs him to come outside with her, and she takes his hand and leads him outside. They go for a walk, and Luis gives Sheridan a rose. Sheridan tells Luis that while she had amnesia, not only could she not remember who she was, she couldn’t remember him. She says because of that things happened that wouldn’t have happened otherwise. Luis asks Sheridan what she is trying to tell him. She worries, and he says she can tell him anything because she is the only woman in the world for him, and he knows he is the only man for her. Sheridan tells Luis that when she was lost at sea an amazing man rescued her and cared for her, and she came to care a great deal for him. Sheridan tells Luis that she fell in love with this man. He is shocked, and she cries and says she is sorry. Luis asks if she didn’t remember him at all. She says she had flashes of him, but her memory didn’t come back, and she thought he must be dead because he or no one else came looking for her. Luis asks how far things went? Sherdian says they were engaged to be married. Luis asks who this guy is? Sheridan says this is the hard part, it’s Antonio.
Pilar shows up at the cottage and wonders what happens. Brian explains what happened with Luis, but he says they have worked things out. He also tells his mom that Diana got her memory back, and she is from Harmony and even knows her. Pilar asks who she is, and Brian tells her it is Sheridan Crane! Pilar is dumbfounded. Pilar is confused, and says Sheridan is dead. Brian says she was lost at sea, and he rescued her. Brian says he should go find her, but Pilar says she will look for her and for Luis. Pilar finds Sheridan with Luis right after Sheridan has told him the truth. She tells Luis that they will deal with these problems, but Luis thinks Brian took advantage of Sheridan and forced himself on her. Sheridan says no, that is not what happened. Pilar tells Sheridan that she must realize how difficult and painful this will be for her sons. Pilar asks Sheridan what happened, so she tells her the story of her rescue and her amnesia. Suddenly they hear a crash from the cottage! They run inside and find Brian on the floor, broken glass, and Luis standing over him!
At the hospital, Brian/Antonio wakes up in a hospital bed. Eve and Pilar are with him, and Eve says she’s trying to find out why he passed out. Brian wants to leave, but he’s in pain. He says his head hurts, he’s very dizzy. Brian asks for his fiancée Sheridan, and Eve blurts out that Sheridan isn’t his fiancée, he must have taken a harder fall than they thought. Brian says she is, and asks why she would say otherwise. Pilar explains everything without giving the real truth away, but Brian doesn’t understand why Eve thinks Sheridan isn’t marrying him. Eve says it is just difficult to think of him as being old enough to be engaged, but Brian says that isn’t the reason. Brian thinks it is because he is from the wrong side of town. Brian doesn’t blame her, and he says a lot of people will react this way. Brian decides to go find Sheridan, but Eve tells him no. Pilar says she’ll go find Sheridan. Brian thanks her and says if she sees Luis to get him to. Outside Brian’s room, Pilar tells Eve both of her sons are in love with the same woman, Luis already knows and soon Antonio will know too. Pilar fears this will tear her family apart.
Sheridan tells Luis that she and Antonio were lovers. Luis says he’ll kill Antonio! Sheridan says this isn’t his fault, but Luis believes his brother set out to get her and wouldn’t succeed until he had her. Sheridan says it wasn’t like that at all, she thought he was dead, and Brian didn’t know who she was. Luis says he knew who the Cranes were, he had to have read the news, he could have found out who she was. Sheridan says he tried, and he even brought her to Harmony at Christmas, why would he do that to her if he knew? Luis says perhaps he got off on it. Luis tells Sheridan that she doesn’t know what Antonio is capable of, but she says she’s not so sure about that. Luis tells her that she did nothing wrong, and she says neither did his brother. She says his brother is home finally and wants to make amends. Luis tells Sheridan that she is really going out of her way to stick up for him, and he asks her if she is in love with his brother. Before she can answer, Eve and Pilar find them. Pilar says Antonio is awake and asking to see the both of them. Luis says Antonio made them wait for years before contacting them, so he can wait a little more. Luis says he needs to talk to Sheridan now, and he’s not about to share her with anyone else. Sheridan says Antonio is hurt, so they should go to see him. Luis realizes how worried she is about him. Sheridan says it is hurt fault Antonio got hurt, and she explains about her gambling debt. Sheridan says if he doesn’t want to go in there then that is his choice, but he should understand why she has to go see him. Sheridan walks off, and Luis says “because your in love with him, that is why.” Sheridan goes into see Brian, who kisses her hand and tells her that he loves her. Meanwhile, Pilar tells Luis that he’s going to have to work with his brother and get passed this. Luis says he needs to let Antonio know the truth, that Sheridan is going to marry him!
At the chapel in the hospital, Kay shows up to see Miguel, only to have a statue come to life and tell her that she is evil and should leave! More statues come to life and tell her to begone! The other kids see Kay freaking out and Miguel ask her what is wrong? Kay begins shouting at the statues, which are only in her mind. She shouts that the want her dead and are trying to kill her! They ask who is trying to kill her, and she says the statues. Miguel and Reese check them out, and Jessica tells Kay that the statues aren’t alive. Jessica tells her sister perhaps she just has a very guilty conscious. Kay looks at the statues again, and runs out when she sees them moving. Miguel, Jessica, and Reese all talk, as Kay encounters Father Lonigan. He asks her is wrong, so she explains. Father Longian says the statues are messengers from God warning her to repent before it is too late. Kay says she can’t tell Miguel. Father Lonigan asks if she would sacrifice her soul for Miguel, and she says it is a small price to pay for a lifetime of happiness. Father Lonigan tells Kay that he does not love her, he thought he was making love to Charity. Kay says she knows deep down he had to know it was her, and after Charity dies he will need her. Kay says she loves Miguel enough for the both of them, and he will commit to her in time. Father Lonigan tells her that he is very disappointed in her decision. Miguel shows up later, and Father Lonigan leaves to pray for Charity. Miguel asks Kay what all that was about earlier, and she says she must have been tired and hallucinating. Miguel says they need to talk, about their making love. Miguel apologizes for accusing her to tricking him into making love, because they were both put under a spell. Kay doesn’t understand how he could have thought it was Charity. Miguel says she knows he loves her and would never knowingly sleep with anyone else. Kay breaks down into tears.
Miguel goes to see Charity and he tells her that he loves her with all his heart. She smiles at him, at asks what happened, she remembers saying goodbye to him, and then nothing. He tells her that he’ll explain it all in time. Later, Kay drops by and sees Miguel inside with Charity. The nurse tells Kay that it looks like Charity is going to pull through, and she says Miguel and Charity seem to be the perfect couple.
In Antonio/Brian’s room, Brian tells Sheridan that he loves her and can’t wait to spend the rest of his life with her. He also swears to take down anyone who tries to come between them, which scares Sheridan. Brian realizes something has been troubling Sheridan since she came in here, and she says there is something that he needs to know. However, Eve tells Sheridan that she needs to leave but before she does she wants Sheridan to help her keep Antonio calm and rested until they get his ct scan back. Sheridan says she understands, she realizes she can’t tell Brian the truth yet. Eve leaves, and Sheridan tells Brian that she wanted to tell him that she is still scared for him. Brian says he is not as sick as everyone thinks, and kisses her.
Meanwhile, Luis is determined to go set Antonio straight, so Pilar begs Hank to talk some sense into him. Hank says Luis has never listened to him before, and Luis shocks Hank when he tells him that Sheridan and Antonio have been lovers all these months. Hank says whatever went down between them, Antonio is sick right now, so now is not the time to settle scores. Pilar says he’ll have plenty of time to tell Antonio, but Luis says he won’t let this go on anymore. Pilar reminds him that Sheridan is alive because of his brother, but Luis still insists that this can’t wait. Hank once again tries to get through to Luis. He says Sheridan will probably end up with him, so why should he hurt his brother now when he is already in the hospital and sick. Hank says his brother is an innocent victim in all of this too, and he should take that into account. He says Luis needs to focus on Sheridan being back and marrying her. Luis agrees to wait until Antonio recovers before telling him the truth.
Pilar, Luis, and Hank all show up, interrupting Sheridan and Antonio’s kiss. Luis is devastated, and asks what in the hell they think they are doing! Brian says he was kissing the girl he loves. He thinks that Eve has told them all not to get him all upset, and he says not to blame Sheridan, he is the one who kissed her. He then starts talking about how much he loves Sheridan, and how he can’t wait until they are married. Luis tells Pilar that he can’t take this anymore, if he’s well enough to kiss Sheridan than he can handle the truth. Luis reminds Sheridan of the conversation they had earlier and perhaps they should tell Antonio. Brian asks what is going on, and Luis says either she tells him or he will!
At the mansion, Ethan and Theresa look in on the baby as Gwen saws lumber in the bedroom next door. Rebecca tries to wake up Gwen so she can keep Theresa away from Ethan. Ivy shows up after hearing Gwen snoring, and Rebecca tells her if they don’t do something, Ethan will be spending the rest of his life with Theresa. Ivy ends up using a drug to wake Gwen up, but she’s very woozy and not all with it. Gwen ends up falling into Rebecca’s arms, and she falls on Ivy, and Ivy’s wheelchair spins out of control until they crash! Gwen is totally out of it still and wants to go back to bed, so Rebecca throws water on her! Gwen says she’ll go talk to Ethan now, but she ends up passing out on the bed again!
Meanwhile, Ethan feels so connected to baby Ethan. As he talks about the little guy, and says she won’t be raising baby Ethan alone, Theresa jumps to the wrong conclusion and begins talking about their future together as a family. Ethan tells her that she has it all wrong, they don’t have a future together. He says she has a family to help her, and the servants in the house, but he will not be part of her family. He says they broke up, and are still broken up, and that’s not going to change. Theresa says she was willing to die for him, but Ethan says if she had just come to him and tell him the truth then none of this would have happen. He says she once again didn’t trust him enough to tell him the truth, and he can’t live with someone he can’t trust. Suddenly, Gwen shows up. He asks her if she is okay, and then notices she is all wet. Ethan flirts with Gwen, and she insists they go spend some time together. Theresa’s heart breaks as she watches Ethan and Gwen together. Meanwhile, Ivy tells Rebecca that Theresa has something up her sleeve, she will fight to the death for Ethan!
At the hospital, Kay watches Miguel with Charity. She cries, and Simone tells Kay that she knows those aren’t tears of joy. Kay doesn’t understand why Miguel doesn’t love her, so Simone tells her that Charity is an angel, while she is only out for herself, why wouldn’t he chose Charity. Simone says she doesn’t know what deal she made with evil to seduce Miguel, but he will put two and two together soon and he will hate her because he loves good, not evil. Kay still wants Miguel, and cries that she thought Miguel would learn to love her. Simone does feel bad for Kay because she can see she is hurting. She tells Kay that if she loves Miguel than she will want him to be happy, even if that happiness is with someone else! Simone asks Kay to tell Miguel the truth about everything she has done. Kay refuses, and Simone tells her that Miguel will find out some other way. Simone says Charity could realize the truth and tell Miguel eventually. Meanwhile, Charity is puzzled as to what has happened. She ends up looking at Kay through the window, and says she wants to see Kay. Miguel is puzzled, but goes and tells Kay that Charity is asking for her.
In Antonio’s room, Luis tells Sheridan that either she tells Antonio the truth, or he will. Brian/Antonio asks what the big secret is? Eve interrupts them and once again reiterates that Antonio must be kept calm and quiet until she gets his tests back. Luis thinks Antonio is tough enough, but Sheridan insists this waits. Luis says no, and Brian asks them to spit it out. Sheridan says okay, she’ll tell him right now. Sheridan blurts out that the Cranes will pay her bills, but he says no way, he takes no hand outs from anyone, especially her family. Sheridan says this is payback, not a handout. Brian says he loves her and the money he gave her was given to her with no strings attached. Brian says he takes care of his own debts, and that is why he needs to keep this stay as short as possible. Eve says they will know what is wrong soon. Eve leaves, and Brian says as soon as he gets out of here he’ll be coming to her cottage and stay with Sheridan. Luis is shocked, and Sheridan feels guilty but agrees to let him stay with her. Luis runs out of the room, and Hank decides to go after him. Sheridan feels horrible and leaves to call the maids at the house and have them ready things for him. Sheridan goes out to see Luis, and she says she doesn’t blame him for being angry. Luis knows Antonio is going to be at that cottage in her arms, how does she expect him to feel. Sheridan tells him that she loves him, but he says he doesn’t know that anymore. Sheridan says she just doesn’t know what to do with his brother while he’s ill, and as soon as he’s better they will tell him the truth. Luis thinks that perhaps Sheridan liked being Diana so much that she doesn’t want to go back. Sheridan asks Luis to listen to her, and he says he will listen to her. He asks her who she is engaged to, who does she love? Back in Brian’s room, Brian tells Pilar that he’s glad Sheridan was single, because he doesn’t know if he could give her back if she was taken. Meanwhile, Eve is stunned by Antonio’s results and doesn’t know how she is going to tell him or Pilar.
