A stunned Sam and Grace walk in on Kay and Zombie Charity competing to seduce Miguel. Grace reprimands Kay and "Charity" for their behavior. The girls make excuses for their behavior, and ultimately blame one another. Grace says she would have expected this from Kay, but not from Charity. Charity claims she just can't control herself around Miguel. Grace says they'll talk about this again in the morning. Meanwhile, Miguel tells a startled Sam about the demon he saw, but then how Charity explained everything to him. Sam agrees to let Miguel stay the night, as long as he sleeps ALONE on the couch.
Chad gets Whitney to listen to a song he wrote for her. An angry TC goes after Chad when he finds the young man with his daughter. Eve is torn since she knows Chad didn't drug Whitney, but she can't say anything about Ivy. TC warns Chad to stay away from his daughter. When Eve learns she was talking to Chad about music, she warns Whitney to stay away from that lifestyle and concentrate on her tennis.
Theresa barricades herself in the mansion. Ivy and Rebecca bicker as they struggle to get inside. Theresa is alarmed when an overzealous maid, Phyllis, prepares to use a shotgun to defend her new mistress of the manor. Theresa talks Phyllis into handing over the gun, but Ethan bursts in and assumes Theresa is about to shoot his mother and Rebecca. Ethan races to get the gun away from Theresa and it accidentally fires right at him! Ethan falls to the floor, but is okay. They all bicker about who will stay in the mansion, and Ethan says for tonight they will all stay here. Ethan shows Theresa to the room next to his, and Gwen makes sure to lock the adjoining door. However, What Gwen doesn't know is that Theresa has a master key, thanks to Phyliss.
Kay feels rejected by Grace. Zombie Charity taunts her "cousin." Sam and the fire chief have some questions for Kay regarding the fire at Pilar's house. Zombie Charity throws a fit to keep the investigation open. She suggests that a jealous girl may have finally realized no matter how much she loved Miguel, he would never love her, so she decided to kill him and Charity. Theresa is thrilled to receive a note from Ethan, but is disappointed by what it says. Pilar tries to reason with her daughter, but her efforts fall on deaf ears. Rebecca and Ivy get a sinister idea about how to stop Theresa. Gwen is appalled when she suspects what her mother is planning. Rebecca warns Gwen that Theresa is plotting to get Ethan back. Ethan suggests they offer Theresa a settlement, and Ivy agrees. Woody shows up, and he fears they are going to lose this case. However, when he learns Ethan wants to settle, he realizes Ethan must be scared. Woody suggests Theresa take the settlement Ethan offers her. Sheridan and Brian and Luis and Beth all get ready to have breakfast together. Brian fusses over Sheridan, who isn't feeling well. Sheridan is excited to meet Brian's brother. Meanwhile, Luis tells Beth he's finally starting to move on with his life. He is eager to talk with his brother. Luis and Beth head down to the restaurant, and later Brian and Sheridan leave to meet them.
Tabitha attempts to make Timmy breakfast, but fails miserable. Timmy wants to save Charity and Miguel, and destroy Zombie Charity. Tabitha warns him not to because of the danger. In order to get Timmy a good breakfast, she takes him over to Grace's.
Meanwhile, Zombie Charity points an accusing finger at Kay as being the key to the fire. Sam questions a nervous Kay about the fire. Zombie Charity backpedals and claims she wasn't accusing her of starting the fire, but of knowing someone who might have. Kay claims she knows of no one. Later, the two girls exchange threats. WHen Kay threatens to find the book of spells and do away with Zombie Charity, Zombie Charity consider murdering Tabitha, Timmy, Kay, and the real Charity! Later, Tabitha and Timmy show up, and Tabitha tries to beg for Timmy's life. She asks Zombie Charity for some power to cast a protection spell on Timmy, but ZOmbie refuses and announces she plans on killing him!
Confident he can win his mother's case, Ethan offers a settlement of $10 million to Theresa. Everyone is stunned when Theresa refuses it. Ethan, Woody and Pilar try to reason with her, but she won't listen. Pilar realizes that Theresa is still after Ethan. Theresa says she will get everything that she deserves! Ivy is thrilled when Theresa rejects it because now she will be left with nothing, which is what she thinks Theresa deserves.
Luis begins losing his patience as he and Beth wait for Brian and Sheridan. Beth does her best to keep Luis calm. Luis thinks of the past, and of Sheridan. Meanwhile, Sheridan is eager to meet Luis, while Brian is apprehensive. Brian realizes SHeridan has a fever and insists they go back to the room, but Sheridan refuses to let Brian not talk to his brother. SHe goes back to her room on her own, only she goes into Luis' room. A picture of Luis' family reminds her of Luis, and she is puzzled as to why. SHe then returns to her own room and goes to sleep. MEanwhile, Luis and Brian's reunion once agian turns sour as they begin to bicker. Beth calms them down, and Luis thinks a picture in his room will convince Brian he needs to return to Harmony. Luis leaves, and Beth informs Brian everything Luis had to give up when he left Harmony. Brian thought he was saving his family, not hurting them, by leaving Harmony. Beth asks him what he means? Meanwhile, a maid opens Sheridan's door, but leaves when she realizes she forgot the window cleaner. When Luis walks by, he is stunned to see Sheridan sleeping on the bed!
At the mansion, Ethan doesn't understand Theresa's behavior. Gwen points out Theresa's crazy schemes always revolve around her getting him back, so perhaps that is what the lawsuit is about. Ethan goes to talk to Theresa, and Gwen wonders if he'll ever get over her. Meanwhile, Pilar tries desperately to get Theresa to take the money and leave the Crane mansion. Theresa wants it all, including Ethan, and she vows to have it. Later, Ethan shows up and confronts Theresa about her motives. He tells her that their relationship is over. She begs him for another chance, but he says no. He tells her even if she wins this lawsuit, which he doesn't think she will, it won't change the fact that they are through. Ethan goes back to Gwen and tells her that he explained everything to Theresa. MEanwhile, Theresa tells her mom that if she gets it all, the Crane name, fortune, and empire, she can give it back to Ethan and in turn give him back what she took from him, turning back time. As Theresa tells her mom of her plans, a spying Alistair refuses to lose everything to Theresa and picks up a phone.
In Bermuda, Beth questions Brian about why he felt leaving Harmony would save his family, but he won't open up. She fills him in on what's been going on with his family, especially the whole Ethan Crane/Bennet Theresa/Julian/Baby saga. Brian feels guilty about Theresa and states he's glad Julian is dead. Beth asks how he knew Julian was dead? Brian claims to have read it in the papers. The two then discuss how both of their loves are working to get over their lost loves.
Upstairs, Luis and Sheridan reunite in Sheridan's bedroom. Sheridan doesn't want to go through the pain of losing him again, and begins to cry. She admits after the last time they were seperated she accepted he was gone and allowed herself to feel something for another man. Suddenlt, SHeridan wakes up from, yup, her dream. She is devastated. MEanwhile, Luis gets the picture of his family and heads downstairs. As he walks by Sheridan's room, she sees him and runs after him!
Tabitha and Timmy go back to Tabitha's place, and Kay shows up and asks Timmy if he knows where the silly spell book of Tabitha's is? Timmy says he does know, and shows her where it is. Timmy tells Kay that the book is on Fluffy's scratching post. She wonders why a cat needs a book of spells, but Timmy says she's not a normal cat. Fluffy goes after Kay as she goes for the book. Kay manages to get the book, and Timmy asks Kay if he could see it for a second. Kay says she wants to look first. In order to get Kay to drop the book, Timmy sneezes on her. She gets up to wipe off the Timmy snot, and he runs off with the book. Meanwhile, Zombie Charity catches Tabitha planning a vacation, and she tells Tabitha that she's not going anywhere. Tabitha tells the zombie that she doesn't care who she hurts as long as it is not Timmy! Charity then senses someone is going after the book, and she finds Kay in the living room and asks where Timmy is? She says he went to clean off the book after sneezing on it. Charity is furious and says she'll kill him. Upstairs, as Timmy looks through the book, the scroll appears and shows him the image of him dead on the ground! Tabitha finds Timmy with the book, and he asks her why he's dead on the scroll? He cries that he doesn't want to die.
At the mansion, Ethan assures Gwen that it is over between him and Theresa, but he is concerned about her and the baby's future. Gwen tells Ethan that he has done everything he can to help her, the ball is in her court now. Elsewhere, Alistair makes moves to take care of Theresa. Ethan gets a call and learns Theresa's case has been bumped up to today.
Meanwhile, Pilar tells Theresa that she sounds like a spoiled, vindictive brat who only cares about money, and she is ashamed of her! Theresa says she deserves everything Julian owns for ruining her life! Woody returns and tells Theresa that they're court date has been set for a few hours from now.
The court case to determine who the real Mrs. Crane begins, and both Woody and Ethan makes statements. Woody says Theresa was taken advantage of, but Ethan says Julian and Theresa were drunk and neither new what they were doing when they were getting married. Theresa claims that is not true, she knew exactly what she was doing! Ethan then calls Theresa to the stand.
In Bermuda, Sheridan chases after Luis in the hotel, but ends up losing him in the crowd. Brain finds Sheridan, and for a few moments she thought he was Luis. When she says she saw her lover, he realizes she has a fever and thinks she is just hallucinating. Brian takes Sheridan back to the room, and feels he'll never be able to compete with her past love. Sheridan apologizes and says she doesn't want to lose him because of an old love, and she kisses him.
Down in the cafe, Luis returns with the picture of his family, but Brian has left to check on Diana. Luis hopes this will convince him to come home, and he can even bring his girlfriend. Later, Luis tells Beth that he's ready to move on with her, and they kiss.
