Outside, Simone hangs around Chad and apologizes for not spending as much time with him as she should have. She goes on and on about him, and eventually tells him that she loves him. Chad is torn about what to do, and finally decides to tell Simone the truth. As he is about to do so, TC interrupts them.
In the Bennett house, Father Lonigan discovers Timmy. He knows Timmy is associated with evil, but he can sense that Timmy is not completely evil. Timmy, who refuses to tell Father Lonigan his name, says he works for an evil princess, but is not evil. He says he is here to save Charity, whom he loves. When Timmy says the little angel girl sent him, Father Lonigan believes Timmy can save Charity, but warns him that he may be destroyed by evil in doing so. Timmy thinks long and hard and eventually agrees to save Charity. He says that he cannot live knowing Charity is burning in hell.
Hank, who has been working the FBI to bust more of the drug cartel in France, returns to Harmony and if horrified by what is happening at his house. HE is brought up to date by Luis, and is shocked when Theresa announces that not only are she and Ethan getting married, but Luis and Sheridan will be married with them. Luis tells Hank that is not true, he and SHeridan have not made a decision yet. Hank then talks to Ethan, and welcomes him to the family. He tells Sheridan that it is weird thinking Ethan is family now. Sheridan says it is weird that Ethan isn't part of her family. Theresa talks to Ethan about the Bennett's, and tells him that he owes Sam twice now for his life. Ethan tells Theresa that he doesn't think he will ever be able to accept Sam as his father as long as Sam treats his mother with such disrespect.
Sam talks with Grace about why she didn't come to see him. Grace goes on and on about how his affair with Ivy cost her the baby, and how she'll never be able to trust him again. Grace tells Sam that the only way they can work things out is if he resolves his past with Ivy. Sam says there is nothing to resolve, but Grace says until he tries and he can say that he did not make a mistake leaving Ivy and marrying her, she can never believe anything he tells her again.
TC and Eve catch Ivy spying on Sam and Grace, and Eve gives Ivy a peace of her mind. Eve tells Ivy that she will not let her ruin Sam and Grace's marriage, but Ivy says Grace is doing that for her, she is pushing Sam right into her arms. Ivy is positive that it is only a matter of time before Sam is once again hers!
Sam decides not to listen to father Lonigan and gets the swat team to bring fire proof shields so he and the other men can storm the house. As they do so, the women pray, well most of the women. Ivy continues to scheme to get Sam back, and she tells Eve that her daughters are growing very close to their brother.
Inside, Tabitha catches Timmy as he is about to throw the claw into the portal and tries to persuade him not to. Inside the portal we see the demon serpent has the kids in his grasp. Timmy says that the angel girl told him to do the right thing, so he is choosing to save Charity. Tabitha can't believe what she is hearing. Suddenly, Damien emerges from the portal and greets Tabitha. Tabitha remembers old times with Damien, and assures him that she will keep Timmy from throwing the class into hell.
Sam and the other men storm the house with their swat shields and face off with Damien and his minions. They are no match for the demons, whose fire eats through their shields like acid. The men are wounded, and the women take care of them. Ivy wants to go to Sam, but Pilar tells her that is Grace's job. Grace cleans his wounds, but he tells her to go to Reese, who has nobody to help him. Jessica tends to her father while Grace helps Reese. When Pilar overhears Ivy talking about Sam, she lays into her for being so selfish. She demands that Ivy pray with the rest of them for the children trapped inside, or get the heck out of here!
Back inside, Timmy chucks the demon claw into the closet. The demon serpent, demons, and Damien all begin to go up in flames. Tabitha tells Timmy that he doesn't know what he's just done. As the kids run for the portal, a huge fissure begins to swallow the Bennett house!
At the Bennett's, Timmy and Tabitha watch as hell begins to be destroyed. As the kids run for the portal, Damien and the other demons grab them. Timmy thinks he and Tabitha should run for it, but Tabitha is convinced there is no way out of this house. Tabitha begs the evil ones to give her back her powers and save her because she had nothing to do with this, it was all Timmy's doing. Tabitha promises to bring about more evil if they save her. Timmy tells her that begging is pointless and tells her that they have to run for it. MEanwhile, the kids break away from Damien and the weakening demons, and escape from hell.
Outside, Sam is determined to go back inside, but as he tries to jump the fissure, a wall of fire shoots up! Grace runs to Sam, and when Ivy tries to do the same, Father Lonigan stops her and scolds her. Meanwhile, Ethan can't believe how brave Sam is, and he realizes that Julian would never have gone into hell to save him, even when he thought he was his son. Theresa says that is just the kind of man Chief Bennett is. Elsewhere, Whitney and Simone get into a fight over who will get Chad's fireman gear so he can help Sam. Simone wants to do it because she thinks Chad is her boyfriend. Whitney tells Simone that they will talk about this, but now is not the time. Sam and the other men agree to go back into hell, and a firetruck arrives to put out the fire. They brave the fires once, but have to turn back. Suddenly, the kids appear downstairs, and everyone sees them! Grace and Sam rejoice, and Eve tells Ivy that even though Sam and Grace are having problems, the bond between them still exists. Ivy insists that it is only the emotions, and once everything has calmed down, Grace will continue to push Sam away. Inside, a beam falls on Miguel as they are trying to escape, but he is okay. Unfortunately another beam falls on Timmy as he and Tabitha are attempting to escape. Suddenly, the entire house begins to shake and sink! Outside, the parents watch helplessly as the entire Bennett house begins to sink! Julian and Rebecca show up, and Rebecca says she always heard suburbia was hell, but this is unbelievable! As the house continues to sink, demons fly out the windows into the night sky.
