April 00 Week 1

Monday

April 3
At Tabitha's, Tabitha asks the tome ancient tome to clarify how to bring Charity over to the darkside. Unfortunately, the book doesn't respond. Timmy walks in on ski's and in a skiing outfit, and Tabitha asks him what he thinks he's doing? Timmy says he thought he could take Charity skiing, but Tabitha says skiing is bloody hard and bloody dangerous, which is why she needs to get Charity up to that slope! Timmy thinks that she should forget about the book's prediction, it could be wrong. Suddenly, the book blows up! Tabitha apologizes to the book, and says Timmy didn't know what he was saying. Suddenly, Charity shows up at Tabitha's door! Tabitha realizes she can't let Charity in while her book is on fire because Charity will realize the truth about her. The book eventually goes out, so Tabitha invites Charity in. Charity has brought Tabitha some angel food cake, which Tabitha thinks is sweet (yeah right). She places the cake on the table, and Timmy begins to eat it. Charity says she baked the cake because she was lonely, and she wishes she could have gone on that trip, but the visions are just too strong. Tabitha tells Charity that she thinks she did the right thing by not going. Tabitha tells Charity that if she had gone, people would have thought she was more concerned about her friends then her visions. Charity says Miguel is much more important to her, he saved her life. Tabitha says perhaps her visions are wrong, something could happen to Miguel if she's with him or not. Charity says she didn't think about that, she would hate it if something happened to Miguel and she wasn't there to save him. Charity changes her mind and decides to take the late bus up to the lodge! After Charity runs out of Tabitha's, Tabitha decides to follow Charity. Timmy finds a Swiss Alps outfit up in the attic and changes into it. Tabitha tells Timmy that they aren't going to the lodge to have fun, they are going to watch Charity kill Miguel! Timmy thinks that Charity will need him to comfort her after she does the deed.

The kids arrive at the lodge, and Miguel is feeling down that Charity didn't come with them. Miguel feels like it is his fault for not convincing her to come. Kay tells Simome that Charity has blown her chance to be with Miguel, and tonight she will make Miguel hers! When Miguel goes to pick up his key, Kay begs Simone to distract the manager for her. Simone does, and while she is distracting him by claiming she has a package, Kay switches room keys to make sure her room is next to Miguel's. Kay asks Simone to take her picture with Miguel so they can show it to Charity, and as she does, Reese sneaks himself into the picture. Later, Kay finds out that the lodge has a hot tub, and thinks it is the perfect place to seduce Miguel. She asks Simone deliver a note to Miguel's box asking him to meet her in the hot tub. Simone agrees, but says that she wants to eat first. Kay asks her to just wait fifteen minutes, this is important! Reese shows up and asks Kay to go skiing with him tonight, but Kay says she's busy right now and skiing is the last thing on her mind. Reese talks with Miguel and thinks Kay is loosing interest in him. Miguel tells Reese that Kay is just shy, and he shouldn't read too much into it. Miguel tells Reese not to give up on Kay, because he's still hoping Charity will show up here. Meanwhile, Simone goes to put the note in Miguel's box.

Kay slips into her bikini, and then into the hot tub. She waits for Miguel to show up, and fantasizes about being naked in the hot tub with Miguel. Someone approaches the hot tub with Kay's note in hand. Kay throws her bikini top at him, and closes her eyes. However, she is shocked when it turns out to be Reese! Back in the lodge, Charity surprises Miguel when she shows up. Miguel is thrilled, and the two hug.

At the Crane Cabin, Ethan and Chad jump Theresa and Whitney, who are in their towels. Ethan tackles Theresa on the couch, and Chad grabs Whitney's towel off of her. Ethan is shocked to see Theresa, but not as shocked as Chad is to see Whitney! Whitney grabs her towel back, and Ethan and Chad says they thought they were burglars. Whitney and Theresa say they thought the same about them, but Whitney asks Chad why burglars would be walking around in towels? Chad says they never would have jumped them if they knew who they were. Whitney tells Chad to just forget it. Whitney asks what they are doing here? Chad says they were picking out wedding music. Ethan asks Theresa if he should have known they would be here? Theresa says no, and she explains why she they are here. Theresa says they will just leave, but Ethan tells her there is no reason for them to leave. Whitney tells Theresa no way, but Theresa tells Whitney that this is fate. Whitney thinks this will bring nothing but trouble, but Theresa can't help but wonder if the reason Whitney doesn't want to stay has something to do with Chad. Whitney tells Ethan that they couldn't intrude on their weekend, but Ethan says there is more than enough room and thinks they should all stay. Theresa begs Whitney to let them stay, not only will she be able to work on the wedding, it might be a night they'll remember for the rest of their lives! Whitney thinks she's going to regret this, but agrees to stay. Ethan senses Whitney isn't happy about this, but Whitney says she just didn't expect anyone else to be here. Chad tells her not to worry, nobody is going to go getting any romantic ideas. Theresa decides to cook them something for dinner, and she asks Ethan to help her out. While they are gone, Whitney and Chad talk about love. Chad thinks Whitney has a strong idea about what she wants in a guy. Whitney says she does. Ethan ends up putting on some music, and Theresa and Whitney end up fantasizing about Chad and Ethan. In Theresa's fantasy, Theresa is dancing with Ethan and he's telling her that she's the only woman he's ever loved. In Whitney's, she is kissing Chad. In real life, Chad and Whitney lean in for a kiss.

At the station, Hank finds Luis reading a magazine about Paris, and thinks that Luis has it bad about Sheridan. Luis says he wasn't thinking about Sheridan, and Hank tells him that he is is deep denial. Luis claims he was only curious as to what Paris was like. Hank says that Paris is the place for lovers, and he can see him in Paris with Sheridan. Hank tells Luis he is such an idiot for letting Sheridan get away, but Luis points out that Sheridan wasn't his to begin with. Hank says that Sheridan could have been his if he tried, and he has no idea who he let walk out of his life. Luis says he doesn't know what he did to make Sheridan leave, it was almost like she thought he wronged her some way. Luis eventually tells Hank to just drop this argument, if Sheridan ever comes back he doesn't have to worry about him getting in the way. Hank jokes that maybe he'll check his piggy bank and see if he has enough money to fly to Paris. Luis thinks Hank is crazy because you can't go throwing money around like that. After Hank leaves, a woman who looks like Sheridan comes in, and Luis mistakes her for Sheridan. An officer then tells Luis about the fax that recently came in about a drug dealer named Jean-Luc being killed in Paris. Luis reads the fax, and quickly calls his mom to ask her which hotel Sheridan stays in in Paris. She gives him the number, so Luis calls Sheridan's hotel.

In Paris, Sheridan thinks she has made a big mistake coming to Paris, the city of romance. Sheridan calls Jean-Luc's place and gets his answering machine. She asks why he is never there, he could at least return her calls. She tells him where she is staying, and that he can meet her at the bistro in one hour. Roger and Pierre hear her message and leave for the bistro. At the bistro, Pierre and Roger spy on Sheridan. Sheridan mistakes a man for Luis, and ends up apologizing and running out of the bistro. Sheridan returns to her hotel, and she looks out her window. Pierre and Roger have a rifle aimed at her, they are on the building on the other side of the street. Luis calls Sheridan's room, and she is shocked to hear from him. Suddenly, we see the crosshairs of a gun aimed right at Sheridan's head!

April 4
At the Crane Cabin, Theresa continues to fantasize about Ethan. Ethan asks Theresa to marry him because he wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Meanwhile, Whitney fantasizes about kissing Chad, and almost kisses him in real life before snapping out of it. Whitney shouts "No!" and Theresa and Ethan turn to her to see what has happened. Chad tells her that he was just moving her hair, she was in a daze and it was about to catch fire on a candle. He asks her what she thought he was going to do? Whitney says nothing. Chad doesn't know about this tune they are listening to as something for Ethan and Gwen's wedding reception, but Ethan and Theresa say they love it. Ethan and Chad decide to put on another tune, and Theresa asks Whitney why she screamed? Whitney says it was nothing, she just screamed as a reflex. Theresa tells her "if you say so." Theresa then tells Whitney about her wonderful dream about Ethan. Whitney tells her not to do this, she's just going to drive herself crazy, she needs to be strong. Theresa tells Whitney that she doesn't know what it is like to be in love, when that type of music comes on she doesn't close her eyes and dream of kissing the man of her dreams. Meanwhile, Ethan suggests they play a word game, but Whitney doesn't feel like playing anything. Chad teases her and says she obviously can't play, but Whitney says she's fantastic at word games. Theresa says that Whitney never loses, but Chad says he may be able to give her a run for her money. They begin to play scrabble, and Ethan spells out honey. Theresa adds on moon, spelling honeymoon! Chad spells out desire, and Whitney spells out NEVER! Chad tells her that was boring, and Ethan asks if they will play nicely or will he have to separate them? Ethan spells out wed, and Theresa turns it into wedding. Theresa says "Like my wed . . . your wedding to Gwen." Ethan thinks it is uncanny how similar their words are. Chad spells out condom, and Whitney says she needs to exchange her titles. Theresa decides to help Whitney, and spells sex! Chad ends up winning with a score of 147. Chad asks Whitney if she wants a rematch, but Ethan suggests they go to bed so they can hit the mountains in the morning. Whitney gripes about Theresa forgetting to send in the reservation slip, and Chad tells them not to argue, fate has brought them together. Theresa says that it is funny he says that. Whitney thinks she and Theresa should lock their doors because of Chad. Theresa tells Whitney that it is obvious why she is edgy around Chad, she is trying to stop love. Theresa tells her that love is a force of nature and there is no way to fight it. Whitney says she has always been a fighter. Ethan shows the girls to their room, and Chad decides to take a walk and get some fresh air. Ethan asks him if something is on his mind? Chad looks at Whitney and says yeah, but it is no big deal. Later, Theresa can't seem to sleep, and neither can Ethan. Ethan tells Theresa that he was thinking to make a cup of warm milk, which is what Theresa is drinking. Ethan tells her that they have a lot in common, and it is probably because Pilar taught them so much. He thinks that must be the reason he feels comfortable around her. Ethan asks Theresa what is on her mind, she looked like she was thinking about something? Theresa looks into the fire and remembers camping in front of it with him months ago. Theresa tells Ethan that she was just thinking about happier times. Ethan realizes she's thinking about the boyfriend she lost, and says if they are meant to be together than they will. Theresa says she is a big believer in fate, but lately she doesn't know if it is meant to be. Ethan tells her of course it will, and when she walks down the isle, he'll be there. Theresa tells him that she hopes he will be. Ethan decides to go to bed, but before leaving, tells her that she looks beautiful in the firelight. Meanwhile, Whitney looks out the window and stares at Chad, who turns his head, but Whitney quickly pulls away from the window. CHad tells himself that he could have sworn someone was watching him. Whitney tells herself that she needs to be stronger.

At the lodge, Miguel can't believe Charity is here. Charity tells Miguel that she has been thinking about her bad feelings, and thinks that something bad would happen to him if he wasn't here. Miguel tells Charity that he knows they will have a good time, and he can't wait until Kay finds out about this because he'll be so happy. Charity wonders what there is to do around here, and Miguel says they could go swimming. Out at the hot tub, Reese tells Kay that he got her note. Kay realizes her plan has gone horribly wrong, and knows it is Simone's fault. She says that Simone is a dead woman! Kay tells Reese that this is a mistake, but Reese tells her that she doesn't need to be ashamed of her body. He tells her that he thought she didn't like him anymore, but now she knows she really likes him. Reese takes off his jacket and tells Kay to move over cause here he comes! Reese gets in the tub, and Kay warns him to stay away from her! Reese wonders if that note wasn't meant for him, but he can't think of who else it could have been for. Simone shows up and sees Reese on top of Kay and thinks Kay finally got what she wanted. Reese's glasses end up fogging up, and Simone realizes Reese is in the tub with Kay. Simone asks Kay what is going on here? Kay tells Simone that she is going to strangle her! Suddenly, Miguel and Charity show up! Kay is not pleased at all to see Charity, and asks what she is doing here? Miguel says he should ask them the same question. Kay puts her top back on and says nothing is going on, she was in the hot tub, got hot, and took her top off. Reese says he just happened to be walking by and thought he was invited into the hot tub when a bikini top hit him in the face, and then there was the note. Miguel asks what note, so Reese shows him the note he found in his box. Miguel thinks it is a good thing that it was Reese and not someone who might have taken advantage of the situation. Kay asks Charity why she is here, and Miguel answers for her saying she thought something bad would happen if she wasn't here. Later, Kay lays into Simone, who says she must have put the message in the wrong box when she got distracted by the pastries. Simone tells her that things could have gone worse, and she tried to help. Kay thanks Simone for being a friend, and then dropkicks her into the hot tub. Simone follows Kay back to the lodge and tells Kay that she's had it, she's through helping her with her schemes. Kay apologizes and says she needs her on her side more than ever, this was just a minor set back with Miguel. Kay says she's going to have to think of some other way to take advantage of Miguel while they are here, and if she helps her out then she'll help Simone get Chad. Simone eventually agrees to help her, but she doesn't know why. Elswehere, Charity has another premonition of Miguel, who has a skiing pole stuck through his heart!

In Paris, Sheridan is shocked to hear from Luis. Luis asks her how her flight was? Sheridan says it was good. He asks how Paris is? She says it is wonderful. Luis says he's sorry to bother her about this, but he needs to talk to her about Jean-Luc. Meanwhile, Roger and Pierra have a rifle aimed at Sheridan and are prepared to kill her! Sheridan is furious with Luis, and moves out of range of Peirre's rifle. Sheridan lays into Luis and tells him that she can't believe he called her to talk about this, she won't sit her and listen to him bad mouth her ex-boyfriend! She really doesn't want to hear any holier than thou routine, because he of all people shouldn't judge her. Luis tells her to shut up and listen. Meanwhile, Peirre gets Sheridan back in his sights and says she is on the phone. Roger tells him that if Sheridan learns about Jean-Luc then she will go to the police, so Pierre should kill her now! Luis tells Sheridan that he called her to tell her she could be in trouble. Sheridan wonders what kind of trouble, does she owe an extra ten-minutes of community service? Luis tells her that she is jumping to conclusions and asks her to just listen to him for a minute. Sheridan says she can take care of herself, and hangs up on him. Sheridan calls the hotel desk and asks for her calls to be screamed, and she wants no more calls from Luis in Harmony. Roger continues to tell Peirre to shoot Sheridan, but Pierre says Sheridan won't stop pacing, he can't get a clear shot. Sheridan doesn't understand what Luis is up to, and tries to convince herself to forget about him and move on. Sheridan ends up going out on her balcony for some fresh air, and Pierre finally takes aim on Sheridan's face. Pierre pulls the trigger, but Sheridan moves at the last minute. The bullet grazes her ear, and Sheridan realizes she is bleeding. Sheridan has someone from the hotel come look at her ear. Sheridan thinks a bee or a bird must have hit her. Meanwhile, Roger comes up with another idea to lure Sheridan away from other people, they will send them a note from Jean-Luc inviting her to the country house. Later, Sheridan receives the fake note from Jean- Luc, asking Sheridan to meet him at his house tonight. Sheridan figures "why not!"

Back in Harmony, Pilar finds Luis on the phone with Sheridan and asks him what is wrong? Luis tells Pilar about Jean-Luc and how Sheridan might be in trouble. Pilar tells Luis to call Sheridan back right now! Luis tries, but finds out that she's not taking his calls. Pilar worries about Sheridan and tells him to try again, but Luis refuses and says to hell with her. Pilar tells Luis that Sheridan is in trouble, and he has to help! Luis says Sheridan doesn't want his help, and he doesn't know if she is in trouble or not, all he's going on are instincts. Luis says what he's going on isn't enough to build a case on, and he will let Sheridan take care of herself. Pilar says that this Jean-Luc can't be Sheridan's boyfriend, she'd never get involved with a drug dealer. Luis says Sheridan might not have known, and they start to compare the facts against the timeline. Luis decides to call Julian, only to be warned to leave Sheridan alone. Luis says he's sick of the Cranes and decides to leave her alone, but Pilar continues to worry about Sheridan. However, Luis says his gut feeling tells him something is wrong. Pilar tells Luis to go with that feeling and help her. Pilar tells Luis to fly to Paris, but Luis says they don't have that type of money. Pilar says they will manage, what is money compared to a life. Luis caves and makes a reservation on a plane for Paris.

Wednesday

April 5
Luis is on the plane to Paris and can't stop thinking about Sheridan, why she is so mad at him, and why he's going to Paris. Luis calls his mom from the plane, and he tells her that he's having second thoughts about this trip. He thinks he should just come back home because Sheridan will only laugh in his face when he shows up at her door. Pilar says he can't be certain of that, but Luis says she made it clear that she didn't want to see him again. Pilar tells him that he has to explain to her why he came to Paris, and he must make sure Sheridan is safe. Luis thanks his mom for talking some sense into him, he'd never forgive himself if something happened to Sheridan and he could have prevented it. Pilar tells Luis to follow his instincts and his heart, Sheridan may not know it, but she needs him now more than ever. Luis starts talking to himself, and a stewardess overhears him and asks Luis if something is wrong, he seems worried? Luis tells her that he is just crazy, he's flying a thousand miles to see a woman who has slapped him and hung up on him. The stewardess tells Luis that he's not crazy, he's in love! Luis says he is not in love with Sheridan, he only talks about her because she irritates him and he can't get her out of his mind because he has a hunch about her. The stewardess still insists that Luis is in love with Sheridan, but Luis says he doesn't love her. The pilot says they will be landing in Paris shortly, so the stewardess has to get back to work. Before she leaves, she tells Luis that she envies this Sheridan.

In Paris, Sheridan wakes up from a nap and hopes that now that she has left Harmony, her memories of Luis will fade with time. A maid shows up with some coffee for Sheridan, and Sheridan asks her for some band-aids for her ear. The maid asks her how she injured her ear? Sheridan tells her the story, and how she thinks it must have been a bee sting. The maid finds it strange that a bee would be out at this time of year. Later, Sheridan talks to the maid about her love life, and how every man she seems to become involved with uses her. She thinks there is only one place she can go to now which will ease her pain. Sheridan goes to church and asks the holy mother to help her forget about Luis and start her find a new life. She asks for the wisdom to not get involved with men who just use her, and says there must be someone out there who will love her unconditionally, a man she can trust and feel safe with. She tells herself that she has to get on with her life without Luis.

Luis goes to Sheridan's hotel, and knocks on her door. A maid tells him that if he's looking for Miss Crane, she is gone.

Pierre and Roger go back to Jean-Luc's country home, and Roger tells Peirre that they can make no more mistakes, they must kill Sheridan when she comes here tonight.

At the ski lodge, Kay is ranting to Simone that once again cousin Charity has come between her and Miguel. Kay wishes she had that bird statue, but Simone tells her to forget about the statue, it is too late. Kay doesn't think so because if she could get that statue, she could drive Charity go bonkers again. Simone tries to convince her to forget about the statue, but Kay refuses. Simone refuses to help Kay torture Charity, but Kay tells Simone that she owes her for ruining her hot tub seduction. Kay says they have just enough time to catch the bus back home and then back up to the lodge. Simone tells Kay that there is no way they can go back and get the bird statue now. Suddenly, Eve calls Simone and asks her what she did with the bird statue? Simone says she threw it in the trash before the garbage men came. Kay is furious with Simone for throwing the statue away. Simone says she did it to save her soul. Kay says she'll just have to come up with another way to break up Charity and Miguel, but Simone doubts she will separate them. She also wonders why her mom would be calling about the bird statue.

Julian calls Eve at her house to see if she's gotten the bird statue yet? Eve says no, and tells him not to get upset because they aren't sure if it is the same bird statue. Julian asks Eve if she is willing to bet her future on it? Eve isn't, and Julian tells her that this is all her fault! Eve says she is just as upset as he is, her life would be ruined if TC ever saw those photos. Eve hangs up when she hears TC coming, and TC asks her who was on the phone? Eve says it was just a solicitor. Julian calls back, and TC answers! Julian disguises his voice and pretends like he is calling to confirm a Chinese take-out order. TC thinks something is fishy, so Julian hangs up on him. TC decides to use *69 to find out who called him, but Eve convinces him to forget about it. Sam shows up to see TC and Eve, and TC thinks Sam can help them find the missing bird statue. TC tells him about the statue, and Sam thinks that perhaps the bird statue flew away! TC tells him to be serious, so Sam suggests they call Simone and ask her when she last saw it. TC says she's probably on the slopes right now, so Sam says they can call her later. Sam and TC go to make some coffee, and Eve realizes she has to find that statue before Sam and TC do. Eve calls Simone, and learns that Simone threw the bird statue away.

At the mansion, Ivy catches Julian on the phone and asks him why he is pretending to be a waiter from a Chinese restaurant? It wouldn't have anything to do with a mysterious bird statue would it? Julian tells her not to be absurd, but Ivy thinks Julian is hiding something. Ivy tells him that the more he denies its existence, the more she is convinced that it exists and is a threat to him. Ivy asks what that fake accent was all about? Julian claims he was playing a joke on a friend, but Ivy points out that he has no friends! Julian tells her to go to hell, and walks off. Pilar shows up and asks Ivy if she has heard from Sheridan, but Ivy says no. Pilar says Luis is very worried about Sheridan, and he is on her way to Paris to see her. Ivy says love is a powerful thing, and when she talks about Sam, Pilar tells Ivy that Sam loves Grace now, and he'll never be with her. Ivy says she will have Sam back, all she needs is to find that bird statue. Pilar refuses to believe that Eve would have gotten mixed up with Mr. Crane because she loves TC, but Ivy is positive that Eve got mixed up with Julian for some reason, and the bird will force Eve to help her win Sam. Eve tells TC that she has solved the mystery, Simone threw the statue away. TC decides to run by the dump and search for the statue, but Eve tells him no! TC asks Eve why she won't let him and Sam go to the dump and find the statue? Eve tells him that he should let it go, the bird statue obviously isn't that important, and it would look odd for two well respected men like them to be seen picking through the garbage. TC agrees not to go, and he and Sam go outside to play basketball. After they leave, Eve calls Julian, only to have Ivy answer the phone. Ivy finds it odd that she is so anxious to speak with someone she has no past with. Eve says it is a hospital matter, so Ivy gives the phone to Julian. Eve tells Julian what has become of the bird, and that they have to go to the dump to find it. Eve leaves for the dump, and later, TC tells Sam that he has decided to go to the dump to find that bird after all. Sam decides to tag along.

Back at the mansion, Julian leaves, and Ivy knows something is going on between Julian and Eve. Pilar is shocked when she learns that Eve called Julian. Ivy just wishes someone would respond about her ad, it would be the answer to her prayers.

Eve and Julian begin to search for the statue at the dump, and Julian is repulsed. He says he heard that Harmony had a dump, but he never thought he'd have to see it. He almost vomits when he comes upon the remains of Grace's tomato soup cake. Meanwhile, the homeless man who found the statue decides to see if it is worth something to someone. He recalls an ad in the paper, and decides to see if that person wants to buy the statue. Unfortunately, he doesn't have enough money on him to place a call. The man spots Eve, and he asks to borrow a quarter. She gives him one, and she asks him if he's happen to see a bird statue around here, someone threw it out by mistake. The man lies to her and tells her that he hasn't seen anything like that. After he leaves, Eve scolds Julian for treating that man so poorly. She says she can't believe she ever got involved with him, but Julian says she used to like play time with Julian. The homeless man calls the Crane residents to answer the ad, and Pilar answers the phone! He tells Pilar that he's calling in response to the ad about the bird statue.

Thursday

April 7
Note: This has NOT been proof read! I have been at an archaeology conference all day, and now have a ton of stuff to do tonight before going to bed, and I'm getting up early to head back out tomorrow. If I can proof it before I go to bed I will try.
Eve and Julian are still searching the dump for the bird statue. Meanwhile, Sam and TC show up to look for the statue as well. Eve sees TC and Sam, and they are heading this way! Eve tells TC to hide! Sam gets a call from Luis, who is just checking in with Sam. Meanwhile, Julian jumps in a dumpster, and Eve covers him up with some cardboard. TC asks Eve what she is doing here? Eve says she came here to look for the bird for him, and TC wonders what he did to deserve her. Eve tells TC that she's searched everyone and can't find that bird, she's afraid it is hopeless.

At the Crane mansion, Pilar is shocked to hear the homeless man calling asking about the bird statue. Ivy asks Pilar who is on the phone? Pilar tells the person that they have the wrong number, and hangs up. Ivy sighs and says she thought it might be someone calling about the bird statue. Pilar tells Ivy that she refuses to believe that Eve had an affair with her husband, and what she is doing is not right. Ivy tells Pilar not to lecture her about what is not right, it is not right that Sam is pretending he doesn't care for her, and it is not right that she is trapped in a loveless marriage! Julian comes in, and Ivy asks what that smell is? Pilar says it is garbage. They look at Julian, who is covered in garbage, and Julian tells Ivy not to even ask. After Julian gets cleaned up, Ivy asks Julian if his coming home smelling like trash has anything to do with a bird statue? Julian tells Ivy to watch it! Ivy asks if he and Eve lost a a little birdy? Julian tells her that if there was a bird statue, it is someplace where no one will get their hands on it! Later, the homeless man calls Ivy back about the statue, and this time Ivy answers! (This happens after what happens below with Grace and the homeless man).

Grace drops by Tabitha's house for a visit. Tabitha tells Grace she is sweet, but she has to rush out of town to visit a friend in Florida who has taken ill. Tabitha asks Grace how Charity is doing? Grace says she and Miguel are inseparable once again, and Tabitha is very pleased. Grace wishes Tabitha a safe trip and leaves. Timmy is excited about their trip to Florida because he wants to meet Mickey Mouse, but Tabitha tells him that they aren't going to Florida, they are going to the lodge to watch Charity kill Miguel. Tabby and Timmy get in Tabitha's car, and speed to the lodge, literally!

Sam, Eve, and Grace go back to Sam's house, and when Grace asks where they have been, TC says they've been at dump looking for a bird puzzle that Simone threw away. Meanwhile, the homeless guy with the statue rings Grace's doorbell, she goes to see who it is. He tells her that he has something for her, and shows her the bird statue! He tells her that he saw her sign that she buys almost anything. Grace says it isn't the type of things she sells, though bird statues seem to be hot lately. She gives him some money for food, and tells him to try the collectable shop down the street. He thanks her, and decides to try to find out who placed the ad in the paper. Grace goes back inside and tells them the funny coincidence about the bird statue some homeless man wanted to sell her. Eve is not pleased to hear this bit of news as she falls down into her chair.

Up at the lodge, Miguel is giving Charity some skiing lessons. Miguel asks Charity what she was seeing in her visions, but she prefers not to say and hopes she doesn't have anymore. They then return to Charity's skiing lessons. Inside, Reese suggests to Kay that they meet tonight in one of their rooms and order some room service! Kay says she has plans with Simone, and Reese tells her it's not a problem, now that he knows they will be together they can take it nice and slow. Reese gives Kay a lips and tells "hot lips" that he will see her later. Kay tells Simone that this has turned into the ski trip from hell. Kay watches Charity and Miguel, and she can't stand it. Kay then gets a brilliant idea on how to keep Charity and Miguel apart, and does a little dance to celebrate. Simone asks her what her stupid plan is? Kay tells her to wait and see. They go out to see Charity and Miguel, and Reese shows up to tell Miguel that the clerk at the desk wants to ask him a question. After Reese leaves, Kay suggests to Charity that they take a practice run on Pine Ridge mountain. Kay talks her into going with her, she says Miguel won't mind, so Charity leaves to get her ski lift pass. Once she's gone, Simone tells Kay that Pine Ridge is not for beginners, Charity will never make it down in one piece! Kay tells her "Ta-Da!" Simone doesn't think this plan will work, and when she says she's going to tell Miguel, Kay threatens to sabotage her and Chad if she does. Charity returns and tells Kay that she's changed her mind, doesn't want to go without Miguel. Kay tells her they won't be gone that long, and it will be a surprise for Miguel to see how well he taught her. Charity agrees to give it a try, but says she wants to tell Miguel where they will be. Kay says she'll do that for her while she is getting her equipment. Kay pretends she told Miguel where they were going, and tells Charity that they should go get her equipment. Suddenly, Charity has another vision of Miguel, who is lying dead in the snow!

Tabitha and Timmy arrive at the lodge and spy on Charity. Timmy thinks she is so pretty, and doesn't want to make her kill Miguel. Tabitha tells Timmy that Charity must kill Miguel! Timmy refuses to head up the mountain, and Tabitha tells Timmy that they need to make sure Miguel gets up on that mountain as well, and then they will make sure he doesn't come down! Timmy asks how Miguel will die? Tabitha says it is going to be quite thrilling, and asks Timmy if he knows what an avalanche is.

In Paris, Luis learns from a maid in the hotel that Sheridan isn't in her suite, she has left the hotel. Luis asks where she went? The maid says she went to meet a man, which angers Luis. He thinks Sheridan is out having a good time with her new boyfriend. Meanwhile, Sheridan goes to the bistro and is asked by a waiter how Jean-Luc is? Sheridan says she doesn't know, she went back to America because she broke it off with Jean-Luc. He tells her that he is sorry, but she says it was for the best. The waiter tells her that she will fall in love again soon. Sheridan wonders why Jean-Luc wants to meet at his country home, but tells herself she doesn't have anything better to do. Sheridan decides to head over to Jean-Luc's, and at the same time, Luis shows up at the bistro to get some food. Sheridan is shocked to see Luis, and is touched when he says he came here to see her. A flower seller asks Luis if he'd like to buy his girl a flower. Sheridan says no thank you, but Luis buys her one anyway. Sheridan wants to show Luis things, and Luis says he's so glad to see she's okay, he was worried about her. Sheridan remembers his phone call, and starts yelling at Sheridan. Sheridan tells him that her past relationships are none of his business! Luis tells Sheridan to just listen to him, and he tells her about a drug dealer named Jean-Luc's death. Sheridan tells Luis that this is absurd, there are a million Jean- Luc's in Paris. Luis says he still wants to make sure that this Jean-Luc isn't hers, and he wants to make sure she's safe from his killers. Sheridan says Jean-Luc was a jerk, but he wasn't involved with drugs or killers, does she look like an idiot? Sheridan asks how stupid he thinks she is? Luis says she's not stupid, just pig-headed. He tells her that these drug lords mean business, and they will rub out anyone who could finger them. Sheridan says the dead man can't be Jean-Luc, because he is alive and she's going to meet him later. Luis can't believe she's going to meet him because he used her. Sheridan tells Luis "And your not? Your just as low down and no good as he is!" Luis wonders why he even tries with her, and she can go out with whoever she wants. Sheridan says you bet she can, she can associate with whoever she wants! An organ player asks if he can play a song for them? Luis says no way, this is not l'amore. Luis reads his fax and tells Sheridan that the dead Jean-Luc's last alias was Jean- Luc Milan, but when he looks up, Sheridan is gone.

At Jean-Luc's, Roger and Pierre set things up so it looks exactly Jean-Luc has never left. Later, Sheridan shows up, and Roger answers the door. Roger tells Sheridan that Jean-Luc isn't here, but they have been expecting her. They invite her in, and when she recognizes Roger and Pierre, she accepts thinking they are Jean-Luc's business associates.

Luis decides to head home, and returns to the airport. He runs into the stewardess who he talked to on the way over. Luis says the woman he came to see bit his head off. She asks if he told her that he loved her? Luis says no, and if he saw them together, she would know it is not love. Luis says that right now he is probably with her old scuzball boyfriend.

April 7
This hasn't been proof read, it's been another loooooooong day
At the lodge, Charity has a vision of Miguel with a ski pole through his chest. Kay asks her if she is ready to hit the slopes, and Charity says she is. Simone tells Kay that this plan of hers is awful, something bad could happen to CHarity. Kay tells Simone to stop being a drama queen, the worst thing that will happen is she'll sprain her ankle, and then she'll get to spend the rest of the trip with Miguel. Charity tells Kay she doesn't think she should go after all, so Kay tells her that if Miguel finds out she is worrying about him again, it would ruin his trip. Charity agrees to go with Kay, but a phone call comes in for Charity, so Charity tells them to that she will meet them on the mountain.

Timmy and Tabitha, who are in disguise as skiers, are spying on Charity. Timmy asks Tabitha how Miguel will die in an avalanche? Tabitha says she will be in control of this avalanche, and by the end of the day Miguel will be dead and Charity will turn to the dark side. Timmy reminds Tabitha that Charity has to kill Miguel, so how will CHarity be responsible if she sets off the avalanche? Tabitha says Charity will be the one who sends Miguel up the mountain, not her. When Timmy asks how, Tabitha tells him to wait and see.

Kay and Simone go to the top of the slopes and wait for Charity. Two guys tease them and accuses them of standing here because they are chickens, but Kay and Simone say they are waiting for Kay's cousin. They don't believe them, and end up pushing Kay and Simone down the slope!

Back at the lodge, a man (Tabitha disgusting her voice) tells Charity that he is with the ski patrol and just received word that some kids from Harmony high are messing around on the ski run and causing trouble. Charity says that he needs to tell Miguel, but the guy (Tabitha) says he can't wait and asks her to tell Miguel about this and ask him to go to Pine Ridge and wait for him to arrive. Charity says she will tell him, and Timmy realizes how Charity will be responsible for Miguel's death. CHarity gives Miguel the message, and he decides to head up there to check it out.

Back up on the mountain, Tabitha sets up her dynamite. Timmy thinks she is using a lot of dynamite, but Tabitha says that she needs it to be extra big to make sure Miguel doesn't survive. Timmy thinks others will be hurt too, but Tabitha says "snow happens" and sometimes others have to get hurt for the greater evil. Meanwhile, Miguel and "Reese" head to the top of the mountain, and when they get there, "Reese" removes his hood and reveals he is actually Charity! Charity tells Miguel that she wanted to spend some time with him, and Miguel suggests they ski down the mountain together. Charity agrees, and Miguel assures her that nothing bad will happen. Tabitha looks through her binoculars and sees Miguel and mistakes Reese for Charity. She thinks now is the time to set off the dynamite, because she hates Reese and vowed to get her revenge on him for trying to expose her for being a mermaid. Tabitha lights the dynamite, and Timmy looks through the binoculars to take one last look at Miguel. When he sees that Charity is with him, he begins to scream. Timmy tells Tabitha that Reese isn't with Miguel, Charity is. Tabitha can't believe the mistake she has made and tries to stop the fuse. However, she is too late, and the dynamite explodes. An avalanche begins to race down the mountain and heads right for Charity and Miguel.

Kay and Simone return to the lodge with twigs and leaves in their hair. Reese asks what happened to them? Simone says they were victims of Pine Ridge. Reese is impressed and tells Kay that she is a daredevil, and that turns him on! Kay asks where Miguel is, so Reese tells her that he went up to Pine Ridge to check out some kids who were causing problems, and he let Charity go in his place to spend time with her man. This infuriates Kay. Kay tells Simone that she has a deceitful and treacherous cousin because Charity claimed she would meet them on Pine Ridge, not go spend time with Miguel. Simone tells Kay that she was going to do the exact same thing to Charity so she could spend time with Miguel. Later, the kids here and see the avalanche.

Ethan and Theresa are skiing, and Ethan tells her that she is a great skier, even better than Gwen! Whitney ends up plowing into Ethan, and Ethan asks where Chad is? Whitney says she hasn't seen him since they started down the slope. Theresa thinks Chad is brave to ski the slop he's on since he's a beginner, but Whitney thinks he's just showing off. Ethan and Theresa realize that Chad is going way too fast, and they yell at him to slow down. He ends up running into Whitney, and the two tumble into the snow. Whitney tells him to get off of her, and he tells her to relax and gets up. Theresa asks Ethan to help her with her turning, so he gives her some "hands on" lessons. Theresa and Ethan end up falling down together, and Whitney yanks Theresa aside and tells her that this has gone too far and they are going home. Theresa says she is having a good time, but Whitney says she knows what she is doing, she knew how to do that move she asked Ethan to show her how to do, she just wants to be close to him. Theresa says so what, and tells Whitney that she knows she's enjoying herself with Chad. Theresa says they can't leave now, they'll miss the good stuff like drinking coco with the guys and snuggling in front of the fire with them. Whitney has a vision of getting close to Chad, and then tells Theresa that they are going home now! Theresa tells Whitney that she can go home if she wants, but she is staying. Whitney tells Theresa that she promised to stay away from Ethan and get on with her life, so what is she going to do? Ethan approaches them and says that the line on the other run just opened, but Theresa tells Ethan and Chad that she and Whitney actually have to go home now. Ethan is sad to see her go and asks if she is sure they have to go, and Theresa says she is sure.

Ethan, Chad, Theresa, and Whitney head back to the cabin. Ethan wonders why Theresa and Whitney are leaving all of the sudden, but Chad doesn't know. Theresa and Whitney get ready to go, and Ethan tells Theresa that she can use the extra car that his parents have left here. Ethan and Chad go out to start the car for them, and Theresa and WHitney talk while they are gone. Theresa tells Whitney that if she was honest with herself then she would know she is having a good time here with CHad, but Whitney tells herself that Theresa is wrong, she is not having a good time at all. Theresa leaves the cabin, and Chad tells Whitney that the car is ready. Chad offers to carry Whitney's bag for her, but she says she can do it herself. Chad accuses Whitney of running away because she felt something between them and got scared, but Whitney says he is crazy. Chad asks why she's in such a hurry to get out of here? Whitney says she doesn't want Theresa to be hurt. Chad doesn't believe her at all. Ethan puts their stuff in the car, and Whitney tells Theresa that they need to go. Theresa gives Ethan a hug and thanks him for letting them stay, she had a good time. Ethan says he did too, and everyone says goodbye to one another. Theresa and Whitney get in the car, and Theresa doesn't feel like leaving is for the best. Later, Theresa and Whitney are caught in the avalanche as they drive down the mountain.

In Paris, Luis is at the airport thinking that he was a fool to think Sheridan was in danger, and Sheridan obviously doesn't want his help. However, he just can't ignore his instincts, which tell him that she is in danger. The stewardess fond of Luis decides to bump him up to first class where she is working so she will get to know him better, since things didn't work out with the woman he came to be with. Luis says he didn't come here to be with Sheridan. The stewardess still thinks he loves Sheridan, but he tells her that he doesn't, he's a cop and he came here to do his job, that is all. Luis continues to worry about Sheridan, and decides to stay in Paris and make sure Sheridan is safe, but then changes his mind again and decides to go back home. Luis ends up getting on the plane, but continues to worry about Sheridan. He realizes that he can't leave Paris, and leaves the plane. Luis goes to Sheridan's place, and the maid tells him that Sheridan still isn't back, and she is worried about her. Luis realizes Sheridan is in trouble and he says he has to find her before it is too late.

At Jean-Luc's country house, Roger and Pierre invite SHeridan in. Sheridan says that is okay, she just wants to drop Jean-Luc's things off. They tell her that Jean-Luc really wants to see her, and they will keep her company while they wait for him to return. Sheridan agrees and walks inside, not realizing that Pierre is holding a gun. Peirre tries to take a shot at her back, but hides his gun when she turns around. She asks if Jean-Luc will be here soon? Roger says he just went to get some cigarettes, and offers her some tea. She accepts, and Roger and Peirre go to make the tea, Roger tells Peirre that he's changed his mind, a gun would be too messy and can be traced, so he's decided to kill Sheridan the same way they killed Jean-Luc. Pierre says he will get to work on a bomb right away. As Sheridan and Roger have tea, Pierre plants a car bomb under Sheridan's car. Sheridan becomes tired of waiting and says she has to go. She gets into her car, but it won't start. Meanwhile, Pierre tells Roger that he didn't have time to finish hooking up the bomb. Sheridan tells Roger that her car isn't starting, so Pierre tells her that he'll take a look at it. Sheridan tells him not to bother, she'll call a cab. Suddenly, Roger grabs Sheridan's phone and tells her she is not going anywhere! Pierre pulls his gun on a very shocked Sheridan.
