Potato Salad

Dressing:

• 1/2 cup salad oil
• 2 Tblsp flavored vinegar
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 1 Tblsp. sugar
• 2 tsp. worcestershire
• 1 Tblsp. poppy seeds
• 1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, wisking well. Then add:

• 6 Medium-sized potatoes, cubed and cooked
• 1/2 cup celery
• 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
• 1 Cup mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients well and place into serving bowl. Slice 3 hard-boiled eggs and lay out ontop of the salad. Sprinkle paprika over all.
