Homemade Chocolate
For making into candies or for dipping

Ingredients:

Procedure:

Place white and semi-sweet chips into bag. Micro for 90 seconds. Knead bag and repeat in 60 second intervals until white chocolate has begun to soften. Add remaining chips and micro and knead until most of the chips are soft and will blend. Remove from micro and knead until smooth and completely blended.

If you are using the chocolate for dipping, you can keep it soft by placing it in a double boiler.
