UltraPaint Beta 6 Copyright 1999 by David Piepgrass

Description: A High- and True-Color image editor tested on Windows 95, 98 and NT. It's being released free for a limited time as a public beta version.
	- Six zoom settings, five pens, custom pens.
	- Many effects including two types of blur, grayscale with hue exclusion, hue/sat/lum (tint, color, brightness and contrast) adjustment, color find-and-replace/swap, primary color component swapping, "waves", and standard filters.
	- There's eight graphics primatives, each with the ability to use a texture (another bitmap) to draw with, two-color gradients, and alpha blending effects.
	- The selection tool includes the ability to smoothly scale, rotate at arbitrary angles, and deform selections.

Beta 6 has a new windowing system. This may fix some bugs and may not; at least now the default buttons (OK and Cancel) can be used with the standard keyboard interface, i.e. press Enter for OK and Escape for Cancel.

New in Beta 5:
- Apply Wave
- Apply Standard Filters
- Add Noise
- Associate file extensions with UltraPaint
- Rotate image 90 degrees
- Updated help files

This particular version of the program is free; it may not remain free so enjoy it while it is! I'd give you some legal drivel except that I'm not sure what to say.
