One thing we learn from life is that nothing is perfect, and therefore we shouldn't worry about being perfect. We all make mistake, but it is how we take our mistakes that makes us who we are. Have you met some people, who you wonder "Is there something wrong with him/her?" or "She/he has a problem." Perhaps we just overlook the fact that he/she went through an experience that made her/him like that. The next time you meet this person, smile, and be kind. You could help that person go through life with just a kind smile.
Is there anybody who can say,
"I have never been
lonely, I have never been depressed,
I have never had
grief, I have never felt isolation,
I have never felt
guilt"? Why have you felt all those things?
You have chosen to feel it. Through that, you learned.

You must learn,
and you must enjoy it

Regardless of what religion you are or if you believe in no religion at all, I have acknowledge that the teachings are not bad. It is only what humans do with the teachings that make the teachings what they are and the term "religion" to become a negative term.

Perhaps you have met some people who you wonder "How do that person be so lively, so active, energetic, etc.." or "That person doesn't seem to have a bad day at all." Or perhaps you sense the warmth and glow of that persons presence.
That person just have a positive-thinking mind. If we all had one, perhaps we might be that person.
Above all, WHETHER YOU ARE A MAN OR A WOMAN, we still need to live. And to make living better, we should find and acknowledge the truth in ourself and the world: whatever is good and helpful to our mentality(I'm not talking about drugs here) to make it healthy and clear, we should cherish it. Whatever is not, please seek another path. To be the best that we can be, we need to be strong/brave inside.{*__*}
I believe once we are still able to laugh and joke with family and friends (not mock or sarcasticism), then we are living a positive life. And I admire these people, for they take life as it comes in a positive way.
