
| Solution: The ten rules form a chain, in which each rule tells you how to decipher the following rule. The figure below shows the ten rules in order, in their original and deciphered states. For example, the first rule is unencrypted, "Use code: 2461 37 16352". This code tells you how to read the rule "PSIWRAN". Assigning P to the number 1, S to the number 2, and so on, the code spells out "Swap In Pairs", which should be used to decipher the rule starting "USSBITUTET...", which becomes "SUBSTITUTE...". |

| The final rule tells you how to find the answer. The ten original rules must be aligned in the discovered order by the letter "S" (See figure below). Which "S" to use is given by the number in parathesis before each rule. Reading up to the diagonal gives the phrase "Mins In June", and doing the calculation, the number of minutes in June is 43,200. |
