| Does it meet the following criteria: |
| 1) No pornography. |
| 2) No racism or hate speech. |
| 3) Doesn't create a lot of "pop up" windows for other sites. |
| 4) All or "nearly all" of the links work. |
| 5) Loads fairly quickly. |
| 6) Has a high degree of "Hooah!"ness. |
| 7) Is of military content in some way. |
| If it does, fill out the brief form below and the Private Major will take a look at it. |
| If he agrees with your assessment you'll be awarded the coveted "Hooah!" Award. You will then be sent the HTML code to add the award to your site. A link to that site will also be added to the Award Winners' page. |
