The dark path slopes upward, and leads on to the crest of the hillside, the darkness of the path blocks out any other light, leaving you in darkness, all except the slight light of the moons. The path, which is wide in length, is tilted upward, probably leading to a crest or something larger. You slowly and cautiously ascend the dark pathway. When you arrive at the tip, the meadow abruptly just STOPS, a ledge. From here, you can see almost every point of the Isle--Ferro Mountain in the very distance, the snowy slopes and the forest of the surrounding land, and the very, very distance desert that stretches out of the horizon.
The size of Kuei meadow doesn't even matter know, you're high up above it all. The point of contact here is astonishing, you can even see the distant waterfall which is tucked away neatly in the flooded jungle, as well as the heart of the jungle, a huge tree. You stay a while, and look out over the prolific veiw, before you suddenly hear some hooves shuffling in a very sheepish manner from behind you. You turn to look...
It's a young Rakish stallion! He looks at you with intelligent bright green eyes, short, red forelocks hanging in his eyes slightly, and three silver earrings showing in his left ear. Judging by his mane, he's probably Carrie's son. o.O; He grins sheepishly at you, scuffing at the ground with a hoof, and you notice a cat pendant around his neck. "S.. Sorry to interrupt you, wanderer. But, wanderer, I was just coming to wait for the third moon to rise-- I usually sleep up here. I found this place when I was a colt, and I've come here ever since." He smiles warily, flicking an ear back and looking rather shy. You blink warily, nodding some, and the stallion relaxes slightly. "Oh... I'm Atchi'Tanaira. S'Cool Cat in our language.." He wrinkles his nose slightly at that. "Mom always did like odd names, you know? Anki's my dad, and Carrie's my Mom... Mom lives here, but Dad lives at Sationala, kinda far away." You nod, and step around him, causing to relax even more, nodding sheepishly yet again. "Sorry I interrupted you... But.. Bye.." You nod politely, then slip away back down to the rest of the meadow.
