Father, we set before another opportunity for you to be glorified in the lives of this mother to be and her unborn, Sienna. Lord, you know Suzi's body it is no mystery to you. It is you that heal up wounds for childbearing and it is you that cut them off. Let it be Your will Father, that these two receive your grace and that both come out on the otherside, normal, well and intact. In Jesus' mighty name we stand praying and believing, amen.
Prayer Update: March 1st I just got home from the hospital, where we almost lost Suzi. Thank you for all your prayers. I'm sure that without them we would have lost her. Everything was going fine until the eppitural. It numbed her from the neck down and stopped her breathing. The nurse called for a code blue and about 40 medical people came running into her room. They eventually intubated her and brought her back around and stabilized her. They moved her into OR for a c-section, which went smoothly until they could not control the bleeding. They re-operated and performed an emergency hysterectomy. Believe me there is nothing like being told that if the final resort procedure does not work there would no other hope and we would lose her! Ruben and I and the hospital staff all prayed together and waited a very anxious hour for word from OR. Suzi is recovering in the intensive care unit. She doesn't look very good right now, but I'm sure she'll be better in the morning. Sienna Victoria Medina weighed in at 9 lb 3.5 oz., 20-1/2" long. She's beautiful !!! and Suzi has still not seen her, and probably won't until late tomorrow if then. Again... thank you all for your prayers. They were answered. God Bless You All. Gloria
Scripture John 16:20-22 Most assuredly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; and you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy. A woman, when she is in labor, has sorrow because her hour has come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world. Therefore you now have sorrow; but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no one will take from you.

Scripture Psalm 103:15-18 As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes. For the wind passes over it, and it is gone, And its place remembers it no more. But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting On those who fear Him, And His righteousness to children's children, To such as keep His covenant, And to those who remember His commandments to do them.
