| March 29, 2001 Forwarding... Thought you could post this info on your Geocities Cancer websight. Wow! This is cool! Yes, I am back! Got in at 12:30 a.m. last night (so am pretty tired!!!!). My mom is recuperating nicely! Please continue to pray for her healing -- when she coughs it hurts like crazy! And she has a difficult time getting in and out of bed and in and out of the shower. One of the incisions on her leg (where they took out the vein to use for the bypass surgery - she has a total of 4 incisions) is still open and has to be swabbed daily and bandaged. Pray it heals quickly. My mom also has diabetes which complicates healing and is high-risk for infections. Wish I could have stayed another 2 weeks but the Lord has provided twice-weekly nursing care so that makes me feel a bit better. I was also not able to find anyone to come and clean her house on a regular basis -- please pray I can find someone to take care of that for her and at a reasonable cost. I talked with her about her moving here. It has now moved up to "maybe" from "no way!" so there is some progress being made. Pray for her to be comfortable in the moving plans and then for all the logistics of the actual move to be covered (maybe by next year....). Thanks again and again for your prayers; I do covet and appreciate them greatly!!!! PS - I've moved! I am now in Cube 559, across from Meryl Lucas. Hope to see you soon!
