The Landing Gear Page
Attaching the landing gear was one of the first steps in building the Lite. The instructions are fairly clear on this. Having no prior building experience, I was glad I ordered the Kitfox Lite Tool Kit. Just working with the right reamers certainly helped. Below are some photos of the landing gear installation.
The Next Step is to attach the axles. Since this is the first time you have to drill on this kit, please take your time to read the builders tips on drilling. It's not difficult, but it must be square and the metal of the axle is thick.
