You have a terrific site and I eagerly look forward to updates. I also enjoy deep sinking in full latex and rubber gear, sinking well beneath the surface with a breathing tube. I once leapt into a mud pit, fully encapsulated in rubber with an attached b
eathing tube, and jack-knifed well beneath the surface. With the addition of weights, and the mud's thick consistency, it was hours before I surfaced, and not without some outside help ;-).

So far I've been fortunate enough to find these great places to sink. --- almost like gaydar, you just get this gut feeling that there's mud waiting for you.
Sometimes, the mud will open it's arms to you when you need to let go of a little stress. And seriously - I've gone to the point where I slept overnight in it during one summer.
I feel strongly, that sinking in mud as a sport does build 'confidence' in others to take on challenges. --- heck, if you can pull yourself out of a pit, you can tackle anything that life throws at you.
