Oh, What a Beautiful Morning!



Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday the Brother Rice swim team enjoys a brisk morning work out from 6:00am-7:15am. It consists of medicine balls, cords, jump ropes, hops, sprints, sit-ups, and push-ups.
