Oriental Chicken Salad

1 split chicken breast per serving
fresh iceberg lettuce, washed, drained and chilled
sweet red bell pepper strips, red onion ringlets
crispy chow mein noodles
"Knott's Berry Farm" oriental chicken salad dressing

�Remove skin from chicken breasts and season with garlic salt, �cayenne, �and �MSG. �Arrange fleshy side �up on rack in baking pan and spray �with cooking �oil spray. ��Place pan under preheated �broiler until chicken is nicely browned, �then �place pan in oven for 10 minutes more to cook throughout. ��Let cool for �15 minutes and �tear flesh �from ribs �into strips for salad. �Arrange lettuce on �large plate, then onion ringlets and red pepper strips followed by torn chicken �pieces. ��Top with genrous amount of sesame dressing and �finally chow �mein �noodles. Serve with your favorite soup and crackers.
