Multi-use facility with
40 stories above grade
and 7 basement levels.
The facility will have
2 levels of Automated
Parking, 4 levels of
Self Parking, 10 levels
of Retail Sales Area,
26 floors of Office
Space, and 3 levels for
an Executive Suite and
Office. The
Sub-structure is reinforced concrete construction, and the Super-structure is steel with slab on deck. There are 17 types of Curtainwall comprised mostly of glass set in aluminum extrusions with stainless steel trim. There are 10 floors of exterior structural glazing designed around the Pilkington System. Vertical Transportation is provided by 34 elevators, and 20 escalators.
