Central Bank
A complex of buildings amounting to 550,000sq
ft of office space, completed in 1986, housing the Central
Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and various departments of the Ministry
of Finance. The existing city scale was preserved
by the configuration and height of the three storey
Podium Block which houses the Auditorium, Security and Banking
facilities, Executive area and Finance podium. In the towers
the only structural columns are located outside the building
envelope to allow for internal flexibility on the office floors.
