Bay-Adelaide Centre
In December 1997, TrizecHahn formed a
joint venture with a subsidiary of
the CN
Pension Fund to develop
the
Bay-Adelaide Centre office
site in
downtown Toronto. This tower
will be 50-stories, 1.2
million
square foot, and a Class A
office tower. Construction on the
Bay-Adelaide
Centre, the first significant
new office
building in downtown Toronto
in
10 years, is scheduled to begin
in late
1998 and finish mid-year 2000.
