The City of Etobicoke

Etobicoke is the most western municipality within Metropolitan Toronto and is conveniently located between Pearson International Airport and the financial core of Canada.

Etobicoke has become a vibrant, business-oriented city offering more than 5,000 hotel rooms and convention/meeting facilities for visiting business people. Four of Ontario's most efficient expressways are strategically located within Etobicoke facilitating efficient and timely distribution.

As a business environment, Etobicoke offers skilled labor, existing supply and distribution infrastructures, reasonable utility and mill rates, and lease rates 30% less expensive than downtown Toronto. As well, Etobicoke does not have development charges on industrial and commercial development.
