Etobicoke is the most western municipality within Metropolitan Toronto and is conveniently located between Pearson International Airport and the financial core of Canada.
Etobicoke has become a vibrant, business-oriented city offering more than 5,000 hotel rooms and convention/meeting facilities for visiting business people. Four of Ontario's most efficient expressways are strategically located within Etobicoke facilitating efficient and timely distribution.
As a business environment, Etobicoke offers skilled labor, existing supply and distribution infrastructures, reasonable utility and mill rates, and lease rates 30% less expensive than downtown Toronto. As well, Etobicoke does not have development charges on industrial and commercial development.
Etobicoke offers many outstanding lifestyle amenities and natural features, including recreational facilities, waterfront parks, yacht clubs, golf courses, the Woodbine Race Track, regional shopping centres and many fine places for dining and entertainment.
