We are located about 45 minutes southwest of Cincinnati, Ohio. Our town is called Rising Sun, Indiana.
We are just 30 minutes off the cincinnati bypass, Interstate 275, which runs in a loop around Cincinnati, bisecting both Interstates, 75 and 71. Depending on your run routes, 75 runs all the way from Sault Ste Marie, on the Canadian Border, to Southern Florida where it goes to Naples, then across to Ft Lauderdale. My parents and I live three point one miles apart on the same road, so are able to help each other at the drop of a hat. My parents have the unused 1.5 acre pasture, which has electric fencing at the moment, but they are talking of putting up board later this year. We use electric tape not wire, so injuries are avoided. They have more than adequate room to be able to welcome at least 3 guests into their home at a time. I am currently living with and caring for my 91 year old grandmother, and our house is actually seperated into two halves by 2 double garages. My portion of the house is not being used at this time, and could be made available to visitors as needed. I have pasture on my property as well, but it is home to my miniature horses.

We are off of 96 west bound exit 129 fowlerville exit go north thru town about 10 miles turn left on Lovejoy Rd continue three miles turn right on State Rd we will be the 5th house on your left handside we have a row of pine trees in front. A Semi truck would not have any problem going down any of these roads. The only problem would be getting into our pastures with something that big. I don't see a problem backing into our driveway but any farther would be in possible. Another way into our place if you are coming from Port Huron would be 69 westbound to the Perry exit 105 go south first light turn left on Lansing Rd continue till you come to State Rd. you can only turn right (there will be a pond there) continue down State Rd for 8 miles. State Rd turns into dirt our house will be on the right handside. If you need anymore infor please contact me.
We have a riding a arena that is 64 x 80 with high tensile fencing around it. And also have an area that is about an acre fenced with electric high tensile wire. We are in the process of fencing in the rest of out 10 acres. Our neighbor has been letting us use there 10 acres until we finish fencing. that should be finished before the snow falls. Yes, showers and coffee will be provided. And if I can get an idea of how many people there is. I can also make a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our number here is 517-625-8675 or 517-625-5777.
