My name is Cindy Willoughby and I rescued my first cat back in August of 1986. This cat led me to a very fulfilling volunteer career....rescueing animals. This first rescue was an abandoned pregnant cat we called Mama Kitty. We won her confidence enough for her to come into the house to have her kittens. Out of Mama Kitty's litter was born Kitt..a black/white domestic longhair who became my first cat. We placed Mama and the rest of her family in good homes. I lost Kitt last year at the age of 12 to congestive heart failure. This website is made in Kitt's memory...that we may find homes for other cats where they will be as loved as Kitt was.
