My reef tank started as a 72g in wall tank on August 1, 2002. It got moved to a 90g tank upstairs (where it would be viewed more frequently) in the Spring of 2005.
This tank houses the following fish... a royal gramma (purchased Sept '02), a hippo tang (purchased Dec '02), a banggai (purchased Jan '03), a pair of percs (one purchased Mar '03 and one purchased Jan '05), and a magnificent foxface (purchased Jun '05)
Inverts (not including corals) include 2 skunk cleaner shrimp, 3 peppermint shrimp, a serpant star, a brittle star, a rock-boring urchin, some blue leg hermits, and a whole bunch of snails! And just got a purple based riterri anemone which my clowns took to immediately (almost before he was even settled!)
The corals in this tank include an open brain (damaged pretty badly by a racoon butterfly that I added in error), red tooth brain, finger leather, toadstool leather, bubble, hammer, frogspawn, star polyps, goniopora, assorted zoos, and a porite coral (aka Christmas tree rock), with a bunch of Christmas tree worms living on it.
I also have a crocea clam, a maxima teardrop clam, and a durasa clam.
This tank has 2 x 250W 20K MH bulbs, and 2 x 110W actinics (strictly for dawn/dusk purposes).My favorite thing to watch at the moment is my new anemone, and the clowns playing in it. :o)
