Teeka is the new addition to our family. She is a black and white flowered baby girl. She has come from another great breeder Karen at www.kanine.com.
What exactly is a flowered Pei? Well a flowered pei, is a Shar-Pei whose coat is not a solid color, as required for Conformation Competition according to the current AKC & CKC written Standard for the Chinese Shar-Pei breed. A Flowered Shar-Pei has a coat that is at least 50% white, with a ^ mark on the back of their heads. The base coat of a flowered pei is white and can be mixed with any color. The flowered Shar-Pei is really quite stiking in appearance.
Teeka has come to live with us at the age of 8weeks. We have found her to be a fun, energetic and curious puppy. She has also taught the boys (Mingus&Capone) that she will not be bullied!
