Lord of the Dance
This page is about Lord of the Dance and Michael Flatley.
For the people who don't know this yet, LOTD is a group of tap dancers, in Irish stile. In a great show they tell the story about a "good" and a "bad" clan. There is a little spirit, who helps the good guys defeat the bad, despite their efforts trying to seduce the good guy in a romance with the beautiful but mean temptress Morrighan. Since about a year I'm a big fan of LOTD. I've been to the show in May 1999. Sadly, Michael wasn't dancing with the troupe. Nevertheless it was a great show and loved every minute of it. It is so great to be in a hall and hear them dance and see the stage vibrate under their feet. If you've never seen them before you should, or if you have a tape but never seen them live, it is really worth it, you'll never forget!
This year LOTD is coming to Holland again, and this time they bring Michael. And of course I'm going to be there, together with my mom, who is a LOTD fan also, and my dad. He is a fan of Daire Nolan, who plays the Dark Lord.
