I'm a pedigree Beagle Girl my name is "Sundance" but my family and friends call me "Dancer". I now wait at the RAINBOW BRIDGE with "Cindy", "Brandy Boy" and "Brandy Girl" [all beagles] for the rest of my family and friends. We wait in green meadows with cool streams and of course treats, no one has pain anymore...
I started life in a Puppy Mill where I was kept in an outdoor cage that was rasied off the ground. It was those first
couple of weeks that I devolped ear mites, kennel cough and intestinal problems I also kept getting cuts all over from my
cage. It is here that I devolped a fear of the rain, thunder, lighting and most of all being alone. From the Mill I was sent
to the a Mall where I was placed in a cage with a happy health plump little boy. My new mom say me in the back of this
cage and new from that moment on I would be hers, even though buying from a store is wrong I needed to be helped right
then. Well first Vet vist came and it wasn't good, after my new Doc took a look he gave mom a look and wispered
something, well I don't know what he said but moms answer was NO if she made it this far she has a right to have a chance
at life and we are going to give her that chance.
Mom called me Sundance or Dancer for short I liked that one, we had a hard
first few weeks every time I went potty my cuts would open and bleed it seemed I always had a towel under me. I slowly got
better and mom had made plenty of calls about that store it was closed by the Board of Health for selling pups like me
and I must say after the first week when the calls started the store asked for me back mom said NO [I new that she would].
Well I haven't mentioned my sister yet you see when I came home mom put me down on the carpet in the middle of the living room and I met Brandy see came up to me sniffed me then licked me head to tail. After that first week everyone
was concerned with my eating habits "I didn't", Brandy came up with her own answer she went into false pregency and wanted to feed me herself, she was my Hero we were never separted once from that day on mom saw to that always.
