COOKIE RECIPE (YUM!)
INGREDIENTS
2 cups unbleached flour

1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup brewers yeast
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup chicken stock
Preheat oven, 400F (180C), oil baking trays.
Combine first three ingredients. Combine oil & garlic in large bowl. Slowly
stir flour mixture & stock into oil & garlic, beating well until dough
is well mixed. Shape dough into a ball & roll out on a lightly floured
surface. Cut into rounds or whatever shape you want. Bake for 20-25 minutes or
until well browned. Turn off heat & allow biscuits to cool in oven.
Store in refrigerator or freeze.
