This has been a rough few years here at Pooh Bear kennels, and due to all the problems Eddie and I have decided to only breed the few healthy ones we have. He has been the light at the end of my tunnel. Just sitting here looking at all the health issues I have been forced to face it's a miracle I found Lynn and Jack Olds.

Lynn Olds is as far as I am concerned one of the few breeders left in this world who is HONEST about this breed. She has gone that extra mile to give all buyers not only healthy dogs, but also  the mental security of each of her dogs having a long life. Jack's granddaddy BISS CH. Lava's BOS Mo-Jo Man owned by Lynn Olds @ Lava Kennels is 16 years old. As you all know this is a wonderful age for a shar-pei as most of our shar-pei never see that age.  I too wish to have one of mine live this long.

Since Eddie and I only have 2 breeding females and 2 breeding males we won't be breeding as we used to. But I promise that when we do the Lava line will be the line we use. I only wished I had met Lynn Olds years ago. I love what she has done with the horse coats. If we had met earlier in my quest for a shar-pei, I might not have faced so many health issues with my previous dogs.
