Belle Meade Plantation
This was a wonderful place to visit-made even better by our guide, John. It seems that he is a fixture there,he is a retired teacher and works there every day,he even lives across the street so that he is close by.If you stop here when in Nashville try to get on one of his tours.His stories are fantastic! Belle Meade is of course known internationally for its racing horses, however alot more has taken place there.

I know that these photos are not very large but if you look close enough you may see bullet marks on the columns that are from the civil war.
