Hi there! I have two piggies right now (Ziggy and Chip) and my third one is due home next Friday. Ziggy and Chip's father is a Silver Agouti and their mother is Himalayan. Chip looks like his mom and Ziggy is a golden agouti color. They're about 3 months old now. My new little guy is totally black and not quite 3 weeks old. His mom is Himalayan and dad looks like a black Satin maybe. Dad is totally black and very shiny. I don't know yet what I'll call him :) Good luck with your site and your piggies!

First of all, I think you need to learn how to spell. Second of all, my vet says that pine bedding and living in an aquarium is just fine for them as long as you have them away from heating elements like the sun or heaters. Always, always keep them away rom drafts. My two guineas have igloos inside of their aquariums and love it. I think you need to do more research on the subject before you open up your own site, and updating it from time to time wouldn't hurt.

First of all, I have been raising guinea pigs for over 4 years now, and the first three my guinea pig was in an aquarium!!! (with no health or other problems) Also, they get fresh tap water daily. Hi, My guinea pigs name is Sir Chadwick. He's a long-haired Peruvian. I've had him for about a month. I only have one guinea pig. I worry that he may get lonely. I hold him and play with him every night. I read in some books that I should give him a bat occationally. I have four female piggies intended to be pets for my two children. Needless to say I'm the piggies mommy also. I would like to see more info on guinea pigs not feeling well thats why I looked you up. My oldest piggy, peaches is not feeling well. She is a prox. 5 years. She has sore hocks and she sounds like she might have a cold. I put cornstarch on her paws and I have started her on antibiotics.And ofcourse lots of T.L.C.

Hello, I have 6 pigs at home. My oldest is very picky in taste. When we first got him he won't eat anything fresh or green. We're always finding new things he likes to eat. A while back, we got two "girls". Jazz, the boy, and Penny,the girl, had triples.: They all are very smart and do a few tricks. (Training them takes hours everyday) We love them dearly. P.S.
