Please limit your posts to two per day.� If you have anything really important to say and you've already exceeded this limit, send your message to Christine.��
Use a descriptive subject that allows the players to know what your post is going to be about.� Don't write "Digest Post", instead use something like "We have a new boarder!"��
The subject line must have the words "HB:" in it, as well as the name and barn of the person posting (eg. HB: Barn Updates (Leia at WES)).�
Don't send chain letters, attached files, results or anything else that doesn't concern most of HoofBeats.��
If a player's post interests you, do not reply to the newsletter unless you're sure that it's something the other players would like to see.� Instead, click on the player's email address to reply to her.�
Never forward anything to the digest.� If it's something you feel is really important, then email Christine.
Please do not use HTML when posting.� If you're using Netscape Mail or Internet Explorer Mail, please disable the "send in plain text and HTML" and "send in HTML" options.��
