Why Apply for HECC Status?
With the HECC label by your horse's name, prestige is added to the equine, its owner and its barn. Not only does the equine's value increase, its offsprings' value, in turn, increase as well due to its excellent bloodlines. An owner and the barn of a HECC equine prove, with hard evidence, that they are certainly doing something right, thus making it more likely for people to board or train their horses there. The SEAC is an elite association whcih approves only the best horses in HoofBeats.

HECC Application Rules
Only HB equines can apply for HECC approval.
No show records and achievements from any game besides HB and HC.
1 application per owner per 2 weeks maximum.
HECC-approved equines are invited to put (HECC) behind their horse's name.
Be polite, rudeness won't get you anywhere with us.
