Rules when Applying for a Date

Show dates for all events must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance.�

All results have to be in to the Current Results Webster, Leia, the day of the event.�

Associations have to hold at least one show in two months.

Please send your class lists to the Class List Webster 2 weeks before the event at latest.

2 events can be hosted on the same day but a horse or rider can only enter one of them.

Reservations for show dates will only be open one month beforehand, ie. April dates will only be available in March.

Please request all dates in this format (mini-barn owners, put down your barn's name and not just your mini-barn's name!):
