Crystal Memorabilia Order Form

All proceeds from Memorabilia sales are contributed back into the community and help provide support to local Boy Scouts & Girl Scout troops, Army Community programs, Scholarships, and many other organizations.  To see some of the contributions this money go towards click here.

All Crystal items have a hand etched Warrant Officer Logo on them, expertly etched at our local Bavarian Crystal factories.  All Crystal is of the highest quality and available only from our chapter.  Although some of the prices seem a little high, remember that this in fine crystal and not some ordinary glass mug or cheap imitation.   We offer multi item purchase discounts for all orders that are in "sets" or "groups".  If you have any questions or would like to inquire about a discount, please email us at the link below.

Currently we can not offer online ordering of any merchandise from our memorabilia shop.  Please print off this order form and mail it to the address shown below with you payment includes.  Currently we accept checks or money orders ONLY.   Please do not send cash. Personal checks will take an additional two weeks for processing with our local bank.  Make checks payable to Oberpfalz-Franken WOA. 

Once your order has been received we will provide an E-mail confirming that we have received your order and then let you know with a follow up E-mail when it is shipped to you.
