This P-38, belonging to the Fighter Collection, was restored in the paint scheme of "Happy Jack's Go Buggy". This aircraft was later repainted as "California Cutie" and was tragically destroyed in a crash at Duxford.

This P-51K, painted with the markings of the 55th.FG, was owned by a William Clarke of State College, PA. From the reports I have read it was
destroyed in a fatal crash in 1988, however I am sure there must be more pictures of it lying around somewhere...
I'd love to see them!

This is, by no means a complete list of the whereabouts of all the specified aircraft, but more of a guide to the more visible examples. Many privately owned aircraft have not been included, as they often can be seen at airshows throughout the country.
