Our new building has 3 storefront and 14 apartments for low-income housing. The entrance on your left is our Program/Activity area. The entrance on your right has been rehabbed as a Kitchen and dining room area, which we call "The Trail Side Dinner" where we are able to feed 100 people in one sitting. Below are some snap shots of our rehabbing.
The whole area first had to be gutted. Rotten wood, old rusted pluming, defective electrical all had to be pulled out. The floor had to be re-leveled. The front window foundation was caving in and had to be reinforced. There was a lot of work we never expected.
