100% DISABLED BY THE V.A: DD-214 showing Honorable Discharge , Letter from the V.A. showing evaluation as 100% Disabled & commissary and exchange privileges and whether a re-evaluation is necessary , Marriage Certificate , Birth Certificates for children , Social Security Cards for children , Divorce Decree (if divorced)
